Stopped in yesterday to look around, a gentleman by the name of brook helped us ( I give him 5 stars ) he is extremely helpful…… came done to purchasing a piece of furniture, tried to talk to Jim ( I believe that was the owner) the only customers in the store ….he was so preoccupied by the phone …. It really felt like we were bothering him, so we called back today to purchase and they said we would have to talk to Jim so we left our # …. waited a couple of hours for an employee to call us back …… so that’s twice he ignored us ….honestly didn’t feel valued at all … I would understand if this store was busy …. but we were the only customers there ……

If your looking for a real bargain look no further. Beautiful items to choose from the prices are pocketbook friendly.

Nicely put together store. I was referred here by a neighbor. Surprised to find that resale mixed with new. Great concept... mostly contemporary but with some vintage and antique thrown in. I purchased new mattresses for a very reasonable price and with very quick delivery. Im so glad I stopped in.

Lots of rooms. Mainly USED furnishings, I didnt realize that. I purchased little glass figurine, she didnt wrap, but the leg fell off before I even made it to the car. Was not expensive, so I didnt care, and most of store is VERY affordable if you dont mind used furniture.

I have bought 2 house fulls of furniture from Southern Home over the past 2 years for my main home and my rental property. This store by far is the best in central Florida for pre-owned furniture. They have a huge selection and everything is so clean! I also bought my new Simmons mattress set from here and I LOVE it!

I have literally been to every new/used furniture store in the Daytona Beach area. None of the stores compare to this one. All the furniture was spotless and displayed very well. The best thing about this store is that I was never harassed or followed around the store by the staff. Jim, who checked on me a couple times was very knowledgeable and friendly. Im glad I finally found a store in this area with great old fashion southern hospitality!! Thanks for the great shopping experience, I will be back!!

I like them, nice assortment of furniture and other odds and ends that one could possibly need or want for the home. Prices were reasonable, staff was beyond friendly and they do delivery although they do charge for delivery

The people were really nice or so it seemed but they sold me a sectional that was broken. The cushen had been taped back together and i didnt realize it right away now a month later theres a huge dip in my sectional part and its practically unusable. Will not shop here or reconmend here to anyone. Waste of 500 bucks

I recently purchased a couple of items from Southern Home Furniture. Make sure to go into the back rooms...we almost missed our perfect piece. They have a wonderful selection of furniture and beach wall items as well.

This store is probably the cleanest used furniture store ive ever been in. Everything looked practically new. I have been in many furniture stores with my wife over the last few months as we recently bought a new home. This store by far has the best prices! The best part is the staff does not follow you around and harass, they just let you browse and are there if you need help. Keep up the good work!!

Great, Cheap furniture!! Some stuff was out dated but other stuff was modern. no matter what you might be in the market for they have alot to offer!! Im not a big used furniture kinda person, but I was comfortable buying from there! Really is a great price and place.

The employees at Southern Home Furniture are very caring, helpful and professional. They carry a wide variety of furniture (new & used) and decor. Would highly recommend them if your searching for furniture.

Finally had to get rid of the King Koil mattress I bought from this place 7 months ago because since buying it the body impressions have gotten worst. Feels like sleeping on lumps of rocks. The sad part is that nobody wants to honor the supposedly 10 year warrant without me having to pay shipping cost to the manufacturer. I would end up paying almost twice what I paid for it. So be careful of warranties if the seller isn’t willing to do their part in the claim process.
