Convenient location too
The store location was easily accessible and appeared well stocked with accessories, however, I could not resolve my service issues nor get definitive answers. Too much technogarble, too little problem solving.
Mo is the best! I had my doubts about switching to boost, but every issue Ive encountered, he has resolved for me! Also very good about keeping the store clean and safe in these covid times

Ive been with boost for about 6 years now and overall Im pretty happy with the service😊. Whenever I have a problem that I cant solve I go to the store to try and get someones help. Most of the time there a knowledgeable employee on hand willing to help. On occasion I have left frustrated but for the most part Ive been pleased. However, I dont understand why the store charges extra to take a monthly payment?

Ive used Boost for 10 years and never even stepped into a store. Finally had to since I was adding a family plan. The blonde manager at this location, Ill call MB based off the receipt, was very kind, and she helped up us every step of the way into buying a phone and speaker set, and setting up the new account.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! I will never do business at this store again they are liars and don’t honor their return policy. One of the co workers didn’t even know about a promo to help me get a better deal on the phones they have I had to educate her on promo deals I learn from what the store on Beville told me. The manager clearly doesn’t care about the customer the employees care more than the manager does, definitely time for new management here. I got a better cheaper deal on the same phone at the store on Beville by Publix! I will go there from now on and I encourage others to do the same if you want a better deal with excellent customer service with more knowledgeable employees and better management.

I went there on Easter looking to buy 2 SIM cards. I was already told by boost tech support that I could either get the 2 SIM cards for free or purchase a SIM card at any boost mobile store for $10 - $15 each. The guy at this particular boost store tried to say $30 a piece. Really? Tried to rip me off on Easter? Its ok though because Ill wait the 3 - 5 business days for the free cards and that gives me plenty of time to report him to Corperate.
Hey everyone,I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know about BoostMobile Express stores in central Florida, more specifically in the#DaytonaBeach / #HollyHill area.I purchased a #VirginMobile #Mingle #wifi hotspot from these guysaround Feb.18 2015. After spending damn near 2-3 days trying to getthe device set up with Virgin mobile, they came to the conclusionthe device and battery were broken.I went ahead and returned the device on Feb. 23rd to the#HollyHillFL #BoostMobile Express, and much to my chagrin, I wasforced to pay a $25 restocking fee on the broken item. I met theredeadline of returning an item before the 24th of any month toreceive my refund from thecorporate office the following month.It is now Sept. 1st and I have still yet to receive my refund!I have spoken with the salesperson Ryan numerous times in regards tothis matter. I was then forwarded over to the manager David, whom Ialso spoke with numerous times over the phone and via email. Davidescalated the problem to one of the owners of the company, of which,obviously did not help the issue at all as I am still awaiting myrefund.I gave all of them my information. I was supposed to receive a checkin the mail, of which never came. Then after several months I wasinformed the money was all refunded to my credit card, of which, Idid not see anything come through.Long story short, I was charged a restocking fee for a broken device(as stated by #VirginMobile), and I have been waiting for over 6months for my refund.As we all know, these days things are made to break, things you buybrand new are all to frequently faulty or broken from the start, andnow us as consumers have to foot the bill via restocking fees. Now Iunderstand the processes of refunds. There is overhead involved,there are merchant processing fees that have to be paid, there arethe hours of all employees involved in the refund process, etc.When something is broken one would think that the company that soldit to them would do anything they could to resolve the issue at handin a rapid fashion as to negate the possibility of bad reviews beingposted. This would also keep the customer happy as well asempowering them to spread the positive word about their businessexperience.Word of mouth is still the most powerful form of marketing andadvertising. These guys make no sense what so ever. The amount ofmoney I am owed is peanuts compared to what they will mostdefinitely lose in business from negative word of mouth along withthe negative reviews that will be posted as well.I tried calling probably 30+ times, written 30+ emails, and have yetto see anything.Buyers Beware!!!
Bought a $250 phone which stopped working 15 days later for no reason other then a defective device was told there wasnt anything they could do about it as it was 1 day over the 14 day return / exchange policy please dont buy or use there services as they dont care about anything but making money RIP OFF ARTISTS
