Trish at LensCrafters in the Volusia Mall on International Speedway Blvd. is amazing at fitting & adjusting glasses! I purchased my glasses from a LensCrafters location in Orlando however no one at that location has the skill and expertise of Trish. I am considering changing to the International Speedway Blvd. LensCrafters for all my eye glass needs. Trish is a true expert!

Everyone here was super nice and helpful. They didnt try to upsell more or tell me some off-the-wall stuff about my eyes. They had my best interest in mind the entire time. They also had a wide variety of frames, including my favorite Ray-Bans. Would highly recommend coming here.

Had a fear of anyone getting near my eyes but this Dr. Was awesome. Discovered glaucoma so I can see a specialist. I splurged on myself buying a pair of Versace. The salesperson was helpful telling me which pair looked better. Thank you for everything

Karen is definitely the person to see! All the ladies were lovely and accommodating and very welcoming. But we dealt with Karen and she was so professional but she cares for her customers. And to me that is what matters and she is in the right field and has the right skills and is understanding of your needs. She addresses patients/customers concerns, and really takes her time to help you get the best of what youre looking for. They get a 10 from us, but if youve got the pleasure of meeting her, trust me you wont regret it. Shes very informative and goes beyond to make sure you and youre family are satisfied. Not the best experience. Requested a refund & will be seeking a refund with the in store Optometrist. Prescription for Bi-focal sun glasses as well as regular glasses. Two weeks is too long to wait for poor performance. The new distance prescription was worse than the one I came in with & the close distance was unusable. Unsuccessful attempt was made by staff to tell me that my prescription was different from the last & that could be the cause.I have been a LensCrafters customer for over 20 years and was extremely disappointed with this experience. I will try another store.

Fabulous service! Acknowledges you when you come in and greets you, even if theyre with another customer. Very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable of their products and aim to please. Youre satisfaction guaranteed! I cant say enough how pleasant the staff was and efficient in making sure the items you tried on are in stock. This is the store to go to, weve been to many eye glass stores and there is no comparison. This place is the #1 place to go.If shes available ask for Karen! She is phenomenal. Takes youre needs into consideration and is very patient and attentive.

Called at 330pm for apt and they said come right down. While waiting for the doc they assisted me with my 2 pair of glasses. I was very pleased with the great customer service. The whole staff went above and beyond to make it a great experience!
Upset. Ordered Ray bans prescription sun glasses, my sales person, did not tell me that there was a upcharge, to get Ray bans insignia edged in lens. They were sorry about that. Gave me a discount & for my troubles .They turned a unhappy customer to happy. Love my Jackie O glasses.

Im from out of state and my dog did actually stepped on my glasses so went to them. Super friendly and they were super busy so i left and shopped and came back and them knowing i had my dogs in the car tryed to get it done. After i had them i went to car and they called and was willing to meet me in parking lot cause i left my cleaning cloth. Super sweet of them.
Unprofessional staff. Were speaking about commissions in front of patients/customers. Was told to come in and my glasses would be done in an hour. I wasn’t told that the only way that’s possible is if I buy $300 lenses. The staff was inattentive as well. I was also told prior to coming in that they had my insurance on file and I just needed my ID. Once I arrived, the technician asked if I would mind pulling up my insurance info, which entailed me walking around the mall looking for signal. All in all, it was a huge waste of time. Took my prescription from them up the road to the other lenscrafters location in Daytona and had my affordable, single vision lenses done in an hour

While on vacation my son broke his glasses. I called them at 5 oclock and they were able to locate his prescription and information from the original purchasing store. They had a new pair made and ready to go by 11 oclock the next day. Great customer service has earned them a lifetime customer.
In Volusia Mall. Friendly staff. Appt on time. Expensive exam, $100. Do not accept some insurances. Frames expensive, over $200. Some frames for $99 but none to my liking. Offers discount on lenses. Waiting one week and new glasses still not ready.

Black Friday sale my a**First off I went in to get pricing for a new pair of glasses greeted by Amy was told to give her a minute to wrap up. Waited around finally left to get a drink came back someone waited on me then I was given a price of $601for a new pair of glasses!!!!!I cancelled the eye exam I had for 3 and went to visionworks and got a new pair same frames and lenses for way less!!!!! Their black Friday prices rock!!!!Ill never recommend anyone to go to lenscrafters!!!!!
Dr. Phil is an amazing asset to this office. Worth the drive if you’re not local as he loves what he does and is willing to share his knowledge.
They won’t release a contact lens prescription after one year even though the prescription hasn’t changed in 3 years. They just want to scam everyone into paying an eye exam fee every year.
Honestly, the single worst place Ive ever been for glasses. Very good inventory, terrible service. Not only did this store try to scam me out of $200, but waited 20 minutes without being talked to after the fact and had to ask to be greeted. The staff is very unknowledgable and air-headed.

Not the best experience actually the worst I‘ve had there, considering that I purchase glasses there once every year for the past 4 years. During the service all my information was wrong from my previous MANY purchases here, I was not told the proper information about my insurance coverage (had to find out from the other LensCrafters store) I was told that the glasses will be ready in one week, but it actually took two weeks, and noone call me to let me know that they were ready, so I had to call to find out. They had my name spelled wrong on their system. And last but not least THEY TYPED MY PRESCRIPTION WRONG, so I walked out of the store wearing glasses with a wrong prescription, it took me just a minute to know that something was wrong with an immediate headache and dizziness. Unfortunately I will not be coming back or recommend this store to anyone.
Accidentally stepped on my glasses. Completely smashed the frames but the lenses were okay. Walmart optical told me to write them off and get a new pair. Went to LensCrafters and they repaired them within an hour at no charge.

Customer service has gone down hill. After spending two hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my glasses, I was told they have to talk to management and they would call me back that afternoon, never received a call.The quality of the lenses isnt the same since they where taken over. We will not be going back.
