GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. June 2021. Eric completly messed up my new account, costing me hundreds of dollars. I was supposed to get a free phone for trade in but my trade in wasnt rung up, so I was charged for the phone. He added a third line to my account because it would be free so might as well. but the line wasnt free and he shouldve known that based on what we told him about our plan with this account, where we would be transferring a number from sprint. Acting on his assurances, we switched someone else to our account, and now have to pay for their line forever.

Came in because my car phone had somehow disappeared from my car. They showed patience and got me reconnected in a few minutes and on my way. Thanks Sprint for the time.

Everyone at this spring store tells you something different we signed up for a lease plan and where quoted one amount and are now paying and extra $80 a month. Jessica the manager has is the least friendly person we talked to at this location, and had no resolution to fix or problem.

Jessica, the store manager, is wonderful! Shes extremely knowledgeable and is always helpful. The De Pere store is hands down the best around. Thank you guys for going above and beyond for me!

I needed help with my phone to get it to stop going into international roaming all the time and I was still in Wisconsin. I probably had 13 didnt associates within sprint try to figure it out. Jake was the only one that was able to help me. And he was so patient and really tried to help understand and fix my problem.

Went here for my first iPhone a while back, but the store was very slow which allowed us to get a great interaction with the staff member who helped show us the phones and get all of our contacts switched over.
