When we switched over our family plan [4 lines], we specifically asked to have myself put down as the account manager. My fiancee owns her own business so the plan itself is under a business account. The reason we did that is that she is a very busy lady and I handle all of our personal business as she has more than enough on her plate. Now,somehow I am no longer able to do anything on the account. Its just incompetence at its finest. I [we] are totally frustrated with this B.S.
