Like any other U.S Cellular store, great service and a well kept store. Not entirely a fan of the hexagonal couches. Especially if your waiting for extended periods of time but other than that its a nice store.

Terrible service from Ryan Curly, i stopped in with a phone issue/problem. He didnt know what to do (it was a tech issue) so i told him to diagnose it with a small machine they had for troubleshooting. He said he didnt trust it, I said what does that mean/, He said well i just dont know how to use it( What an idiot) So i to him (twice) to call USC tech support to get an answer to my problem, that maybe they know what the issue is? Instead he decides to show me and attempt to talk me into a new phone, which i didnt want (at this time).Just for my own knowledge, I asked Curly if he could GUARANTEE the phone he was showing me WOULD NOT HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AS I AM CURRENTLY HAVING? And he said NO. So i respondedTHEN WHY THE HECK SHOULD A GET A NEW PHONE THAT ALSO WONT WORK !!!!!!!! So then, because he is lazy and stupid, he tries to boot me out the door and tells me to go to a business nearby called YOU BREAK WE FIX (very rude and even moreso exemplifying his stupidity and laziness) So i did NOT go to the other store because USC is the Company who i have had service with since 1999 and who should be assisting me, IF they want to keep me as a customer !!!!! So I left very unhappy and the next day i called USC tech support on my own time, and guess what ? In the first sentence of speaking to the Tech Heather, she told me EXACTLY what the issue was and created a trouble ticket to get it handled !!! I told Heather that Curly needs to pulled aside by his mgr and taught how to do his job!!!!! She agreed with all of my complaints and apologized for Curlys rude and crappy behavior. So if you have to visit this store, BE SURE AND NOT VISIT WITH RYAN CURLY, BECAUSE HES A RUDE IDIOT.

I went into the store thinking that there was no assistance in Spanish but there is a boy who looks like Guero but does speak Spanish. That boy did help me in a very polite way and he also gave me the honor of checking my account to see if he could give me some savings! I am satisfied with that boys service and would definitely recommend going to that location and asking for assistance in Spanish to get customer service and uncomplicated assistance!I dont remember his name very well but he is the only one who speaks Spanish. God bless that boy
