To best honest is was a really troubled experience changing from one cellphone company to another but the young man Tristian that was helping me was fantastic he worked hard and very professional to complete the service for me. He apologized I was very impressed with him. Thank you Tristian for making what was a horrible experience much more tolerable. You rocked it!!!!!

My experience was fantastic. Jakus directed meTo exactly what I was looking for and was very calm, genuine, and polite. We did have a minor snafu with the checkout process; but he kept his cool, kept me informed, and was very polite and patient as we waited for resolution. I will DEFINITELY be returning for any future needs I may have.

This store trying to charge me $3.00 service fee when i use my card to pay for my bill .. there not suppose to do that when u pay with a card .. only when paying with cash there crooked .. 1 star goes to that store

My West De Pere Verizon store knocked it out of the park for me again today. Just a broken charger cable but walked out with some excellent solutions for my remote access capabilities for our travel trailer this summer. I will be able to work almost like I am sitting in my office...amazing!

This store ordered an iwatch for me.. when I went to pick it up they could not get the pricing in the system correct and told me I wouldn’t be able to have the watch until it was straightened out and that they would submit a trouble ticket... I called back once a week and Kyle told me it was still not fixed each time... it’s now been a month and when I called today I was told the issue couldn’t be fixed and that it was sent back..and that I should have received an email..I received nothing no email no phone call.. but now I’m being billed for it for the first and second time both that they tried to put it through..2 activation fees and a month of service on a device that I’ve never had!.. so I’ve now been on the phone with actual corporate Verizon trying to get it straight. Never go to a 3rd party store!!

Kyle was excellent to work with, he help my whole family switch over 4 phones with no problems at all. The time was very quick as well but quickness did not hinder quality. If you are having troubles with your current cellular provider and are not using Verizon, I would recommend the Verizon store in Depere, where Kyle is the manager. No pressure at all and made sure our phones were all set before we left. His store mate even drove across town to get the color IPhone my daughter was looking for that he didnt have it, now that is service.

We stopped in and were so lucky to work with Allen. He spent hours with us as we changed 4 lines over from another carrier. He was even able to change over one line for my daughter while she was in Milwaukee! Thanks so much for great customer service, patience and product knowledge.

Allen was excellent to work with! He was honest, patient, made sure everything in my old phone transferred to my new one and had some laughs. Probably my best phone purchasing experience. You can tell he is passionate about his job. High five to Verizon for employing this gentleman!

Abby and Amanda work so well together! I hope the company realizes what value these 2 people bring to their business. Im saying this because I am a business owner and I know how hard it is to find awesome employees like this! They are both very personal and friendly which eases the length of time us customers have to wait for our phones to be set up or fixed. Best customer service Ive ever had at a Verizon store!

I came in today because I was interested in switching from Sprint. I didnt end up switching because the promotion I came in for was expired, but I had the best customer service experience that Ive had in years. I worked with a woman named Autumn, or April, or some season. She was really knowledgeable and helped me with the features of the new S8 Edge. I really wish it made sense for me to switch to Verizon, so that i could have given them because of my experience with Autumn.

The reps at this store are the absolute greatest. I upgraded to the S8 and Autumn was very helpful in getting me set up and in in the best deal possible. I would highly recommend this store and have already sent my boyfriend and his parents in to upgrade. This is the store to go to for deals and great customer service!

I stopped in today because I had an issue with my iPhone and the girl there, I think her name is Abby did a great job. She was very personable, friendly, and was considerate of my time. I would highly recommend going to this Verizon store over any other ones in the area.

I switched my phone line onto my moms account and upgraded my phone to a S7. Autumn was amazing and very helpful during the extremely long process. (It should of been quick and simple but took a total of 4 hours of my personal time to get completed) I also bought a screen protector for my phone since I did not have a cover for it yet, had the screen protector for a day, and absolutely hated it. It didnt cover my screen and wasnt adhered completely after 24 hours. She returned the screen protector for me. She is amazing and I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to go to Verizon De Pere.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not buy anything from this place. My dad purchased a phone and decided after a few days to return it, no damage or anything wrong with it. We were given the run around at the store saying we couldn’t return it there and sent to multiple other stores, only to be told we had to return it to the original store.This is the opposite of what we were told by Verizon’s customer service (that we had 14 days to return it and could return it anywhere). Also neither the store or store manager manager answered their phone when the other stores tried calling them about this issue. This store is only helpful when they’re trying to sell you something. I will never buy anything from this store again and wouldn’t recommended anyone else does either. Definitely not the way to run a business, and they’re giving Verizon a bad name.

Abby and Autumn are so helpful and willing to help when issue.Purchased my S8 and also got the lifetime warranty screen protector. They have replaced it right in the store and took care of sending old screen protector back to company. Even replaced screen protector while I didnt have the old one and held box and information for me to return the next day with old one.Also replaced 2nd screen protector after another Verizon store in the Valley area was not willing to replace in store!

On Black Friday 2016 I upgraded three phones and opened up a new line/phone at the De Pere location. In addition to the other promotions, the sales representative stated we would receive Visa gift cards in the mail for the total amount of $500. $100 gift cards for each upgraded phone and a $200 gift card for the new line and phone. She stated we should receive these cards in 12-16 weeks. I visited the store with my receipt on 3/25/2017 inquiring on the gift cards. I was told I was not the only one who did not receive their cards. She made a note on my account of the issue and said I would be contacted within the next week with an update on the gift cards. Two weeks passed and I was not contacted. I called the store on 4/7/2017 and talked to a different representative who apologized for not contacting me, but also stated there was no notes on my account in their system either. This representative took down my name again and said she would be in contact with me after she contacted her Verizon account representative. Again I was told I was not the only who didn’t receive their gift cards. In the next few weeks I received a few calls requesting additional information which I supplied. Then on 4/27/2017 I received a voicemail, which I still have saved, from the representative at A Wireless stating everything has been figured out, that Verizon “forgot about the promotion” and instead of Visa gift cards I will be receiving bill credits on my monthly Verizon bill for the full amount of $500. Four months later and after numerous visits and calls to the store I have yet to receive a credit. The last time I called I was told “There is nothing more we can do on our end, since we are not technically Verizon.” However, when I call Verizon they stated they don’t show any notes or credits for my account.

*****Warning*****. Ill give you a brief overview. Went into the store making the switch from Cellcom to Verizon because my wife has a 20% discount through her work and our contract was expired.The lady we worked withe was very nice and helpful BUT as a normal financially smart human being we wanted to make sure we were getting a better price than Cellcom had to offer or we would have stayed with them, we were 12 year customers with 0 issues. Anyway, we were there for about an hour going over everything, she wrote down our monthly charges and it was confirmed, Verizon was less expensive so we signed. My wife was the only one getting a phone, I already had one. Well, just received my 1st bill, $351.10!! There was a $195.00 charge which I was informed of at the time of purchase BUT I was told my bill was going to be $91.XX before taxes, NOPE, just got off the phone with Verizon, they gave me the breakdown, she forgot to mention all the OTHER charges even though we asked repeatedly what our monthly bill was going to be. And Verizon noted that there is only a 14 day grace period, Im stuck with what I have. Now Im upset I left Cellcom since Ive never had a billing or customer service issue in the 12 plus years I was with them... and after taxes my bill was $95.XX, with both phones being paid for. So, if I were you I would look at Cellcom 1st, I lost 1GB of data with Verizon vs Cellcom and now have a bill that is $60.00 a month more... I guess I wasnt financially responsible here. This goes out to all looking at Verizon, do your due diligence and check out Cellcom or any of the other carriers, I dont think Verizon has the best pricing.
