It was okay. Very nice establishment. Building is pretty inside. Nice variety of freshly baked desserts and pies. Pies were $7 which I thought was expensive for a single slice but they sure were tempting! The chocolate chip cookie was moist, airy and delicious. There was a little section to sample juices that were on ice, I just never took a second to read the flavors and sample any. I ordered the Beach Bum. It was alright. Tasted a lot like orange juice in blended ice. If I go back, I think I’ll try something different. Both my friends enjoyed their Smoothie bowls, which looked beautiful.

My wife loves taking me here for a shake or bowl after our workouts. The ingredients are very fresh and the flavors keep you coming back for more. A great place for a healthy and fun date.

I stopped in after my ob apt today, I wanted a healthy drink! Stood there for a while never acknowledged I was in there! To busy taking to friends that were in there. If you want to be made you don’t belong definitely go to this place. Expensive and the smoothie sucked totally disgusting and very disappointed with this place and service! Not going back there ever again and I recommend not trying it if you have been wanting to! I wish there was a negative star option.

Placed an order for the first time this evening. The garlic tomato avocado toast was to die for! It’s a bit pricey, two smoothie bowls & two pieces of avocado toast cost us almost $30, but it was so worth it. My only complaint is that they don’t have nutritional information available on all of their menu items.

My absolute FAVORITE place in town. I live on the far east side of Green Bay and come out here a few times a week to stock up on delicious juices! The PB and Greens smoothie is my favorite as well as the spicy avocado toast! Always recommend this place to everyone I meet

Bona Fide is literally my favorite spot! I love that they have samples of juices out to sample in their cooler! Ive tried many of their juices, smoothies, treats and smoothie bowls and have never been disappointed. The staff is great at helping you customize your order and offer suggestions. You can add protein to smoothies or smoothie bowls for a fun after work out treat :) Bona Fide also offers cleanses and a food menu. Cant wait to try it all!!

My gf loves to find the local health spots when we visit different areas. She found this one. We originally came to get smoothies after working out but could not resist these great drinks. If in the area please stop by and check them out. They also have mini shots of Wheatgrass which is awesome. Customer service was fast and friendly. Reasonably priced as well.

Excellent smoothie bowls- you can taste that there are only fruit and real ingredients with no unnecessary sugars. I love the freshness and the two times I have been to the De Pere location I was greeted promptly and treated very well. I even was able to add chocolate chips- my weakness- to my PB Açaí bowl. I really appreciate great customer service and I plan to stop in whenever I’m in the area!

As a vegetarian, I am so happy that this is so close to me and my work. I love getting something as easy as a smoothie while also having the option to grab a salad or panini. I dont think Ive had anything that I dont like from here!

I absolutely love Bona Fide Juicery. I have been trying to be healthier and this place is just what I needed. They are a little expensive but worth it. Their juices taste amazing and their smoothies are to die for. They have other foods there for lunch and dinner and desserts as well. They make scotcharoos and avocado moose that is a great sweet substitute.

I visited the De Pere location for the first time yesterday and got the Straw Nana smoothie bowl. The ingredients were fresh and it tasted amazing.

The staff at bona fide juicers are fantastic! When requesting a combination juice cleanse that wasn’t available, they created a combination based on our conversation. The quality and flavor of the juices and bone broth are wonderful as well.

Hands down the BEST juicer and cafe in the area. I love everything! They are always coming up with new and delicious menu items, and always have fresh options available in the cooler to grab in a quick pinch. The staff is beyond attentive and accommodating, and they always go above and beyond to meet your needs. So great to finally have something like this close by.

Let me start by saying I just love this place. I text my order in when I leave my house in the morning with an ETA, and everything is ready once I arrive. The salads are great, and reasonably priced for all organic. My all time favorites are the smoothies. Best TASTING smoothies out of all the juicerys in the area. Great cooler selection of cold pressed juices too. Im definitely hooked. Thank you Bona Fide for bringing a great up to date way of getting food on the good, with such terrific health benefits.

This is the Mecca for health nuts and those who love delicious, and also nutritious, food. What an asset to our Northeast Wisconsin community to have fresh options like juices, smoothies, and smoothie bowls available year round. Highly recommend.

Open early which is really convenient for me. I hate the mess that comes with juicing at home. Polite and helpful with a great variety and cute cashier too :) Lol!

Finally, a place in small town De Pere to get super clean health-freak food. My açaí bowl was delicious and my thin mint cold brew was bomb. Staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely coming here more often before I head back to LA.

The smoothies and food were very good but the attitude of the employees was a complete disappointment. I’ve never felt less welcome walking into an establishment and when I had questions the employee acted like I was a burden. Great food, extremely poor service.

Great local spot for smoothie, bowls, juice, tea, and shots. Staff was friendly and very fast with the creation of my smoothie. At the time of visit, the location was about empty but had a flow of people coming in to walkout with a drink/item. Would recommend and will for sure make this a stop on the regular lunch spots.

Bona Fide Juicery is one of my favorite places to get healthy “fast food.” The menu is vegan and organic, filled with a variety of veggies/fruits. All the juices are cold-pressed and made fresh daily, and they taste amazing. Green Bay has so many unhealthy quick fixes, so I love that Bona Fide gives people an option to make a healthy choice with a reasonable price. The staff are also very friendly and helpful with all questions!They also are on Uber, so if you can’t stop in, they’re willing to deliver their tasty items to you! :-)

Edit: The owner reached out after my review offering apologies and refunding my previous visit. I’ve since returned to experience improved customer service and the same delicious smoothie bowls. I’m glad they take reviews seriously and are looking to improve the overall customer experience. I am changing my original 2 Star to a 4 Star rating.I loved this place...until today. The first time I booked a sauna the staff was great and I received the full hour in the sauna at full temperature for the program I selected. Today, the sauna wasn’t pre-heated (which according to the staff was my fault because I booked it at the last minute) and it only lasted 28 minutes, never reaching the max temp. If you don’t have time to give a customer the session they paid for, don’t allow last minute online bookings!! I was not impressed with the customer service either when I questioned them about the service. Blank stares and a “not our problem” attitude. I’ll miss their smoothie bowls but it’s not worth the money or my time to drive from Howard. Hopefully as they gain more business experience, things will improve. I wish them the best.

I tried the Immunity Smoothie Bowl today. It was very good, very filling and satisfying. We had called our order ahead of time and picked it up. I was greeted by young, friendly staff. The only feedback for improvement I have is to not use marker to write on the bowls. The bowls build up condensation when they are in the cooler awaiting pickup and the marker wore off on my hand once the bowl started to sweat. No biggie, still delicious and will definitely order again and again!

People often will review the most negative things before stepping back to appreciate the positive. After moving from Minneapolis, it’s been hard to find places that serve up delicious and nutritious items in a store. Mostly, you will find cheese curds and a bagel before some fresh fruit. Thank you Bona Fide for working so hard to open up a spot that is truly the facelift that downtown Appleton needed. Your store is so calming and spacious, but the smoothie bowls are absolutely DELICIOUS! Excellent customer service and just beyond impressed. Keep up the great work!

A wonderful business in downtown West De Pere. Nicole, Chris and Lauren and the rest of the staff at Bona Fide are nothing short of amazing. Customer service is outstanding (as it should be). I feel the staff truly cares about the needs/wants of their clients and does everything in their power to cater to those needs.The products served are always fresh, healthy AND delicious(as they should be). My personal favorites are the Dr Greenz bowl and the energy balls. The food is great, I’ve never had anything I don’t like. But customer service is lacking. I placed a phone order, went to pick it up and the two people working didn’t say a single word to me. No even hello or thank you. They also stared at me like I have 3 heads. Not impressed with your DePere location and most likely won’t be returning.

My juice was delicious, the sweet potatoe salad I had was only okayish tasting. The only thing I had a problem with is the staff was what I consider rude. They didnt say hello or thank you or have a good day. At least the girl behind the counter gave me a little smile, but the man with glasses behind the counter just seemed pretty rude to me & to others. For me costumer service is everything, when I am having a bad day & go to a store or a restaurant, whether I thought product was good or not; if an employee is friendly, helpful &smiling it really makes my day. So I highly suggest to the employees to make a little more conversation& put a smile on your face, so you dont lose business..

I lived in Chicago for several years before moving to this area.. So glad to have a place like this in town. The customer service makes it even more enjoyable.

It’s really quite a shame some people have to rate bad because they have different opinions and tastes. These people are probably so used to eating modified fruits with chemicals pumped into them for taste and longer shelf time shipped from different countries. So they don’t like the taste of real organic foods with no added preservatives (some even locally grown)! Juice freshly juiced in store is going to spoil faster then juice from a store modified with sugars and ingredients they can’t even pronounce to keep it on the shelf longer. I love Bona Fide Juicery because it’s real. It’s fresh. And they are a wonderful contribution to the city.

I stop here a couple times a week. The pre bottled juices and shots are the best. The ginger flu shot and wheatgrass shots have replaced my unhealthy energy drinks and make me feel amazing!

Between the standoffish employees to the food poisoning I received, not to mention the produce sticker I found in my smoothie bowl, dirty tables, this establishment is atrocious.My first visit there will definitely be my last, and was a Bona Fide bad time.Other things that stood out and made me question their business practices:-Unwashed kiwis with the rinds kept on-no signage on the building just a window sticker that blends in with their Christmas decorations-unwrapped straws and spoons-leaving dirty smoothie blender after use.

By far my favorite juicery. The smoothies, juices and avocado toast are to die for! I make sure to stop here every time I’m back in the area!
