Wireless solution kept my phone after I changed my mind on the transaction. This store is supposed to by acting as a authorizated dealer of Verizon but only follows the policy of wireless solution. Dont think your buying a phone from Verizon but wireless solutions. The manager held my phone for hostage and lied about what I owed on my trade and also received $20 additional dollars of my money during the transactions.

Terrible service and very bad employees

Horrible. Avoid
