As I took in the decorum I noticed how clean and organize all the beautiful gowns were. She has a very nice selection plus many catalogs to see more dresses that could be ordered in as well. We ordered all of our bridesmaids dresses from Luxe Bridal. I love that Jerica is knowledgeable of her inventory and designer’s. Additionally, she has answered my after hours phone calls. Sis,Your business ethics and customer service skills are HORRIFIC & HORRENDOUS. You dont/didnt respect that I drove 300 miles on 2/24/2021 to get my dress. You never responded by phone call or text. Sad to say this is obviously a practice of yours, because the other girls in the bridal party said you did them the same way. Black businesses that operate like YOURS is what gives ALL black owned businesses a BAD NAME. I pray in the near future you elevate in your THINKING. Very disappointed with this experience!!! Not actually the bride but as someone that has been going through this process with the bride it was definitely less than stellar. First appointment she was a no show when 3 hours before the appt. time a reminder was sent to confirm. Rescheduled for next day and she was late for that appt. and seemed less than enthused and not really very apologetic about being late and blamed traffic!! We live in Atlanta, there is always traffic especially on a rainy day!!! Still tried on dresses and even liked a few but after four days still no follow up email with the dresses and info that was suppose to be sent. Overall after these two experiences the bride wasn’t very interested in giving her business to someone that really didn’t seem motivated to give good customer service!!

I really enjoyed the “experience” from walking in to a nice glass of sparkly and a sweet strawberry. I needed a dress for a black tie party and she definitely wowed me with the selections she had hand picked before I arrived. I really appreciated having a personal stylist in a very intimate environment. She was definitely attentive and super professional but at the same time really comforting. I walked out feeling like a star.

My experience with Luxe Bridal was awesome ! The owner was very helpful and patient with us while making decisions. I had made a mistake and gave the wrong address for our wedding invitation once I noticed Jerica jumped on it and ensured me not to worry and she came through as promised.

Very bad experience. First the dresses was late getting in. Then the dresses came in with the wrong underlace so they had to be resent back. My measurement was extremely off. 2 sizes to big and extremely long and had to get and additional 2 1/2 inches cut off height wise. The response time was awful when having questions in regards to dresses. Sometimes a or two later. Unsympathetic in regards to timing for further alterations. The wrong dresses was ship to the wrong ladies and of course they had to come out of pocket to reship them to the right ladies. 2 weeks before the wedding we are all scrambling trying to get alterations done which cancelled us out of alot of businesses that require 6 weeks notice. Overall experience.🖓🖓🖓
