Zero stars if possible. GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER TUX RENTAL PLACE. Out of our 6 rented tuxes only ONE was the correct size. They have the WORST hours and terrible customer service. After sending back one of the suits they forgot to order a vest for one of the suits.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Never was there a verbal or written contract on when the suits where suppose to be return. NEVER did they mention that the suits had a late fee. They had the audacity to argue with underage kids and try to threaten to “call the authorities” when they were on the wrong. horrible place. 0/10 never recommend.

The groomsmen paid half of what their rental was and following the pandemic the wedding was canceled. They were notified a month and a half before the wedding and promised to get refunds return but has yet to do so. Each time I call, the owner was sick, then she was on bed rest, then she fell and broke her arm, and now they are just not answering. The voicemail is even full therefore you cant leave a message. Its really sad to say you are a professional business but not in the business of treating your customers right. Im going to consult with my lawyer. I wouldnt ever refer someone of such poor professionalism and poor communication skills. These people wont call back even after leaving many messages. It has been over 8 months that I have been calling them and yes they hour are conflicting.

Voicemail and website state that they are open until 5pm. The business answering machine tells people that call that they are open until 5pm. I show up at 4:10 to give this local business my money, but they were closed.A tiny sign in the window tells you they close at 4. Closing at 5 is ridiculous enough being that most people work until 5pm. Also, The emergency number has a full voicemail consistently. These people make it very difficult to give them your money. Im going to Madison or Huntsville from now on.

Ordered tuxedos a few months in advance put a down payment and went to pick up on the wedding day and they didnt have them in stock had to go to jcpenney instead

I ordered my wedding dress and my tux months ahead of time I went to pick it up they did not have it told me to come back the next day that they would have. I came back the next day they did not have it ........I ended up with my gown but no tuxedo at all ....it was my 25 th year vow renewal & it was the next day. I ended up with no tuxedo or anything because of them.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE EVER. THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL .... CHECK YOUR ORDERS IN ADVANCE

I went shopping for my wedding dress on a day when the shop wasnt open, but the owner let me look around and i found my dress. It was lovely. The service was very good. Its definitely worth a look.

The 2 ladies that helped with my granddaughters prom dress was so sweet & very positive. Thanks for your kindness. Made her feel great about herself in her dreas.Will return next yr. for prom dress. Thank you, she was beautiful in her dress.

We were in there today to have my son and brother - in - law fitted for an out of town wedding. The girl sizing them was a sweetheart however, she was told in front of us to get to the people that would actually be ordering stuff from them and to not worry with us. We were there before the other people and willing to pay for their time. So needless to say we sat there for a bit just to have a card handed to us. When I asked if they were done with us she said there was a charge. I said yes we were told but our transaction was interrupted. She looked at me and said OK, bye. Very rude. I have several formals to buy for but, I wont be using them.

It’s Ridiculous that they do not stay open as stated on their business hours posted online and on their door. Guess they don’t care if they lose customers. This has happened twice. I’ll never make an attempt to shop here again.

Did not notify that dresses were discontinued after I had chosen them for months, promised to pay for some alterations and did not, and even though I ordered them on time my dresses did not come in until two weeks before the wedding. One wasnt even in until five days before. I used to have good service here but I had continuous troubles this past year.

All of my bridesmaids dresses and groomsmens tuxes were ordered through Michael Mason Bridal. They worked with me through picking out which brand, color, and material my bridesmaids dresses would be, and they also helped find vests and ties for the groomsmen that matched the bridesmaids dresses. My circumstances were especially difficult because almost every single person in the wedding party was in a different state, and two were even in another country. I let my bridesmaids choose what style dress they wanted within the brand, color, and material I picked out, and Michael Mason was always very accommodating in taking orders and measurements for all the different styles of dresses. If I had it to do over, I would use Michael Mason again!

They really helped my mom and I during my wedding. I didnt buy my dress from them but I could have. They had one sales associate named Peyton who really did a great job of taking care of us. I would recommend them to people especially in the Decatur area.

Horrible customer service. The owner is rude. I was told by my salesperson that I could put a deposit on a dress that was the last of its kind and that I could get my money back if I changed my mind about it. When I called to find out what the process is to get a refund of my $500 down payment the owner stated “All sales are final” and “You should have read your contract”. I didn’t sign a contract. All I signed was a sales slip that requested my name and contact information. The dress never left their store and no alterations have been made. I will never do business here again and you really shouldn’t either.

My husband rented his tux for our wedding from here, the tux looked great and the staff was help with getting him what he needed.

We rented a tux for my son and basically nothing fit. The ladies who worked there went to work and got a tux out of the back and hemmed the sleeves and pants to make it fit.The store closed at 5 but they stayed late till 545pm to make it work .So even though there was problem they went to extra effort to make it right

We rented a tux last year for prom and the girl was very nice but did not set the return date with us. She just said to return the tux Monday or Tuesday. When we took it back on Tuesday, they charged us $20. Ok. Maybe I got it wrong, I thought. So, this year we go on a Friday and get fitted to rent a jacket and vest to the tune of $92! We could have practically gotten the whole shebang for that. Then we realize that my son told her the wrong date! We call them on Monday to correct it only to be charged an extra $20! So $112 just to rent a jacket and vest. So, now, he just went to pick it up for prom TOMORROW NIGHT and they have sent it back!!! We paid the extra for them to hold it and they sent it back anyeay!Ridiculous! Go here if you want extra charges for no reaso, if you want to pay a lot for a rental OR if you want poorly handled business. BEYOND VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Bought my wedding dress from here and it was the best experience !

Horrible! My son rented his Senior Prom tux from them when he put the tux on friday night the coat sleeves hung past his finger tips, the shirt was huge and the pa ts hung on him. The only thing that fit was the shoes. I called and complained Friday when he was getting ready the girl who answered the phone didnt even say Michael masons I had to ask if I had the right number. I told her what was wrong she said when I brought it back today that they would make it right, they offered me 25.00! 25.00 for screwing up my sons senior prom, for him having to wear something 2 if jot 3 time too big for him, really..... I would not rent a tux for my dog much less any one else from these people.
