Christine and Aimee (and Isabella!!) made my wedding dress shopping experience better than I could have imagined. I had appointments at both Sweet Elegance and Bridals by Aimee which are both owned by this amazing mother daughter duo. They are the only stores in Georgia that carry a brand that I was interested in and I am so happy I found them! They made my guests and I feel welcome and at home right away. They knew what I was interested in and didn’t push me to try on anything I didn’t want to. They were so kind from beginning to end and were extremely communicative between the two stores so the experience was seamless. It’s obvious that Christine and Aimee take very much pride in the dresses they choose, which shows through their beautiful inventory. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had my bridal appointment today and it was amazing! Ashley was the BEST and made the experience so much fun! She listened to exactly what I wanted and she delivered! LOVE her personality!The atmosphere was relaxed and the store was clean and super cute!My only con is that you cant take pictures of all the dresses you try on :( you can only take pictures of the dress you say yes to. and they have to take it on their phone and sent it to you....This was something that was kinda important to me because it was a special memory and I wanted to look back at ALL of them. I understand they have a privacy policy but in the future I REALLY hope they find a way around it because it really made me sad. No other bridal store I know of has this policy and several of my friends have pictures of all the dresses they tried on so I know its possible.Overall my experience was awesome and once again, Ashley was incredible!! Thank yall for making my experience great!

The associate who helped me was very kind and helpful, but this place doesn’t let you take photos of the dresses you try on unless you 100% commit to buying one that day, and is weirdly secretive about the names/info of the specific dresses you’re interested in. Taking photos is so important so you can look back and review your favorites (especially if you have multiple appointments) and not knowing what the dress I loved was named/designer was strange.. I was told they’d put it in my file, and I could see it again if I came back, but I couldn’t know what it was?? The dresses are beautiful and well priced, so if you’re sure you want to buy one here it might be a better experience.

Had a great experience at sweet elegance today looking for a mother of the groom dress with my mom! Christine was tuned in and figured out what would work best and what my mom was looking for. We were in and out within an hour or so with my mom‘s new dress! The process was very easy and stress-free! Would highly recommend sweet elegance!

Just when I was about to give up on my dream wedding dress, Sweet Elegance came through for me. I was in the market for a Silver wedding dress and Sweet elegance accommodated me with a short notice appointment and worked with me. The customer service was beyond excellent (Christine is the best!).. Brides you won’t be disappointed if give Sweet Elegance a try.

This place is awesome! Very professional… we had a wedding and needed a bridesmaid dress in less then 4 days.. They have a seamstress on site and we was fitted on the spot. I highly recommended them. I will come back to them a thousand times … thank you thank you..

This is an amazing place and Nancy helped me and my family have a great experience. She was upbeat and happy. She listened to all concerns and expectations and overall she found me my dream dress. I probably tried 15 dresses on and the first dress ended up being the dress I bought. I would recommend every time!

What a wonderful experience. My daughter had no idea what she wanted and Nancy helped her through everything. We found the most beautiful dress. I was taken to this location by my daughters. My youngest daughter is the bride-to-be. The wedding planner arranged for me to purchase a mother of the bride dress. The number of dresses to chose from were numerous and the prices were good. I was treated like a queen! There was Champaign and lots of giggling. We had a ball!

Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Sweet Elegance. I sent pictures of dresses ahead of my appointment that were not acknowledged by the staff. I ended up finding my dress myself when perusing the racks. The young woman who was tending to me didn’t know how to take measurements, so my future MIL and friend who came with me had to wait quite a while while I stood in the dressing room waiting for the more senior staff member to come in and measure. Not a huge deal as I definitely wanted the measurements to be accurate, but a bit frustrating. The most disappointing part of the whole experience was the dress pickup. The woman at Sweet Elegance was nice enough to let me pick up my dress at Bridals by Aimee since it was more convenient for me. But when I got there with my friend, she was not very warm and welcoming and we felt more like a checkbox on her to do list than valued customer. In the dressing room, she commented about how she had been worried about the dress fitting when she saw how small the size was when it came in because so many of her brides have gained weight during COVID. I hated to hear her talking in this negative way about other women. She then proceeded to tell me that the company I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from is super low quality and she had once had to wear a dress from there that was awful. But the final blow came when I tried on my sister’s veil with the dress… she remarked that I might end up looking like a flying nun wearing it at my beach wedding, so I might want to go without it.Ultimately, I love my dress. But I did not love the experience and most likely won’t refer brides here.

I had an amazing experience at Sweet Elegance! They had an expansive selection of dresses that fit my style, needs and requests (and their prices were great). The sales associates were all very nice and helpful, the owner even personally helped out with my appointment. I love that they gave out champagne to my sister and I while we were looking/shopping. The only downside is that you cant take pictures in the dresses or know the designer/style number until you purchase a gown.

This was my first experience trying on bridal gowns and I left Sweet Elegance feeling well served. Megan help me so much and she picked such beautiful gowns for me to try on! I wish that we could have recorded and taken pics, but it’s against that store’s policy. Keep up the good work Sweet Elegance!

Words cannot begin to describe my experience today, I have never had service like I had today, I knew picking the dress I did was meant to be, Amiee and Nancy were absolutely the sweetest ladies I have ever met! I wanted to stay and talk to these ladies all day! I am so excited for the dress I picked it is absolutely beautiful and is absolutely the dress of my dreams! She’s so sweet and has such a kind soul, and didn’t pressure me into trying anything or buying anything. I felt so relaxed. I’ve tried so many other stores and I felt right at home here! The staff was absolute sweethearts! I’m so happy I found my dream dress here! I know you can’t take pictures there but just ask one of the bridal consultants to take a picture on their phone so they can show you how you look from the side. Honestly so happy I only brought my mom, too many people commenting and having different opinions on my dress only add to the stress. Very disappointed in the policies of this boutique and lack of follow up from the staff. The staff seemed fairly nice, but it was just a really frustrating experience. They made me put on the dresses in front of them which was very uncomfortable since i dont like being semi-nude/topless in front of someone i dont know. In addition, they wouldnt let me take a photo of ANY of the dresses to show my friends or family to get their opinions. There was one dress i tried on and really loved and they took a photo of me in it and they told me they would send it to me to show my friends and get a second opinion and they NEVER SENT IT TO ME. I even sent them an email as a reminder. I even confirmed my email address with them before leaving, so its not like they sent it to the wrong account. All I want is a photo of me in the dress to show my friend to get a second opinion. Is that really that much to ask???? I really think it is the dress I want for my wedding and I just want to see what I looked like in the photo just to confirm i really liked it.

We started our mother and daughter day at Sweet Elegance Bridal. The moment my daughter and I walked into Sweet Elegance Bridal, a cherished moment began between mother and daughter. After years of dreaming of this day, we were not disappointed. The whole staff especially the owners treated us like their own family. It was a joyful time and every detail and wish we had was listened to by Kristy. They really saw my daughters vision and every dress they pulled was exceptional and beautiful on my daughter, Alexandria. They respected and helped us with our budget. And we left that day with the dress of her dreams. We cried, we laughed and we felt wonderful!We have gone back for her fittings and the same warmth and love we felt that day with the whole staff was still with us! We highly recommend Sweet Elegance Bridal! They found my daughter her dream dress and gave me joy for every mom wants her daughter to have the wedding dress of her dreams.

This was my first bridal gown appointment and I was very excited after making the appointment over the phone, super easy and the lady was very polite. When we first arrived to check in, the woman at the desk had the initial response of “oh no... we are really busy and you have an extra person in your party.. “ (my mum, my aunt and my maid of honor).I thought it was an odd customer service interaction and made me feel as though we had inconvenienced them right off the bat.I tried on a lot of beautiful dresses, and on the last one I tried I was so in love with the dress but not quite ready to “say yes”. One of the owners took a video of me in the dress and on my way out I asked if she could send it and she took out a piece of paper and a pen and told me to write down my name and number. I called back asking for the video to which the other store owner told me she could not send because of their policy and then told me how she found it “very hard to believe” that I was told I could see the video- I was told to write down my name and number after asking if it could be sent! So frustrating. The person on the phone was so averse to telling me anything about the dress until finally she revealed the brand and assured me I would not find that dress with a “good luck” before saying goodbye and hanging up the phone. I just wanted to look at the dress!!Here is the thing- I understand the prerogative to protect the designs of the “exclusive” dresses in the store, but you completely took the wind out of my sails for such an exciting moment of looking at my potential wedding dress. This is not a decision to be made lightly and you did not help with that AT ALL. In fact, I then truly hoped that I would be able to find a different dress so I did not have to come back to Sweet Elegance. So maybe a thought for you guys- had the video been sent and I saw the dress, that most likely would have been the dress for me, what a win for Sweet Elegance! Instead you lost my purchase of a $7,000 dress simply because your “exclusivity” was more important than how you made a customer feel.A pro- I loved the owner who speaks Spanish! She was really sweet and fun to have help me during my appointment.

I would love to express how helpful Yolanda was during my bridal experience. She was alert, friendly and provided genuine insight on my choices! She went above and beyond me make me feel like a Bridal Queen! Also, she got me to say YES to a dress!

Small but very nice. They held a promotion and had some great deals on dresses during their normal day off. It looks like they are normally closed on Saturdays so that may be inconvenient. The staff was super friendly, helpful and made the event exciting. The store did have some plus sizes available but was generally set up for wedding dress sizes 14 and below. Parking was decent and dressing rooms were decent size for an average sized train to pull out and see.

We scheduled an appointment for my daughter to try on gowns. There is no mention on the website as to any restrictions as to the number of people allowed. 2 days before the appointment, she receives a message that the party must be restricted to 2 people. When called and asked about this, they were rude and advised that she wasnt their only bride! Wow!!! If this is your policy, then put it on your website and when questioned try not to be so rude. My daughter told me she would rather wear a potato sack than buy a dress from there.

Lindsey is absolutely amazing. Not only did she make the most beautiful cake for my friends, but she did it in a short turn around time. We came from out of state and needed a cake ASAP and she did not disappoint. Everyone at the party thought the cake was stunning and delicious. Thank you so much Lindsey at Sweet Elegance!

Amazing staff from the moment you step through the door. They are professional yet personable. You will leave feeling like family! The variety of dresses are amazing with many different styles to choose from. When deciding on a dress, they take the time to get to know your vision. They find what is flattering for your body. I would recommend them 10 times over!!!

The staff are super patient! My daughter found the perfect wedding dress and veil. It was delivered as expected. Their contract seamstress did an amazing job making a custom long sleeved lace and beaded modesty bodysuit to match the strapless gown. I highly recommend this place.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. It was the first of three that I visited last weekend in hopes of finding my dress. Right from the get-go, Nancy made the appointment personal and made me feel welcome and excited about dress shopping (not that I wasnt already!). She had me introduce everyone in my group and then asked what style I was looking for and what price point. Throughout the whole appointment, Nancy was attentive and engaged. I fell in love with the third dress she had me try on but left the salon to see if I could find better options at the other places I had made appointments. I didnt. The other salons prices, quality, selection, and service paled in comparison to that of Sweet Elegance. After a disappointing rest of the day, I returned to Sweet Elegance just before they closed for the day and said yes to the dress I had fallen in love with earlier. When I returned, Nancy, the owner, and other associates were all present and could not be more excited for me. Both initially and on my return to the salon, I did not feel any pressure to buy, was not shown dresses above my price-point, and was catered to by Nancy. It was exactly the experience I had always pictured in my head of the day that I would find my perfect wedding dress. I would absolutely recommend visiting Sweet Elegance Bridal!

Nancy was amazing and completely understood what I was looking for in a dress, she also understood that I had a budget I did not want to go over. I found my dream dress for the absolute best price. I came to Sweet Elegance Bridal in hopes to find a wedding dress for my upcoming nuptials. The ladies were nice and I would recommended them to anyone looking for great quality lace dresses.Cons:You cant take any photos.they will not reveal the designer until you say yes to the dress.If you are there with another bride you have to share the spotlight with someone else.Pros:Good amount of decent priced dresses.Small and quaint shopKnowledgeable staff.

I live in Dallas Texas and I purchased my gown and veil from Sweet Elegance Bridal in Atlanta.My dress and veil had to ordered so my parents had to pick them up and transport them to Dallas Texas. My parents were not told to inspect the veil, so they only inspected the dress which was beautiful. I did not unwrap my veil until a few days before the wedding because I didn’t want it to be wrinkled and I lived with my fiancé so I wanted everything to be a surprise for the wedding day. On my last fitting a few days before the wedding I discovered the veil I received was not the veil I ordered. I had to purchase another veil in Dallas because it would have taken several weeks to get the veil I originally purchased . We were dealing with a lot that week and didn’t call the store immediately because we thought we could just get our money returned later. Our wedding was in Austin so were on a time crunch.My mom called the store, and Instead of refunding my money they offered me a store credit. My mom has gone round and round with them on the phone. Instead of being gracious about their mistake, they want to argue with her. Sometimes when you own a business it is called “Good Will” to treat your clients with grace.I would be very careful dealing with this store. If something is wrong they will not stand behind their customers. It is all about them losing money, not making things right for you. They wanted to offer me a store credit after my wedding lol. I guess for my second marriage!

I made a last-minute appointment and Nancy was super accommodating and set my party up nicely in the bridal room. We were immediately served water and champagne.My stylist, Abby, was amazing! She sat me down and asked me about my wedding and what style I was interested in. She pulled dresses first and then told my party we could walk around after I tried some of her picks on. But, this was not necessary because Abby found my dress on her 2nd try! It was perfect for my figure and better than anything I had tried on before (this was my 3rd bridal boutique). It had notes from my style and some that were not what I had picked, but fit me perfectly! Abby was super helpful in the fitting room and asked me a lot of questions on the feel and comfort of the dresses. She helped me pick out a belt to go with my dress and let me try on several different veils. She was not pushy at all and always made sure we were having a great time!After saying YTTD Abby and Nancy let us sit for a while and celebrate with champagne. This was such a fun and relaxing experience that I definitely recommend for any bride trying to find their dress!

I went with my friend to look at wedding dresses. Now neither of us thought she would find the dress in this little bridal shop. We were both so wrong. Sweet Elegance Bridal has a vast array of gowns and sizes. We were so impressed and the service was excellent. We were also surprised by how reasonable the prices were. My friend found her dress in less than 30 minutes. It was absolutely stunning and the service was great. I highly recommend this bridal shop!!!

This place was amazing! I didnt have an appointment but they managed to squeeze me in. The showroom for the dresses is beautiful. It is very comfortable for your guest to watch you model the dresses. They have the biggest variety of dresses that I have ever seen. The staff was very helpful, friendly and the owner is downright funny! I actually left a pair of my earrings there and they were nice enough to ship them back to me since I live three hours away.

I took my future sister in law from Brazil there, was such magical moment for her! All the ladies were friendly and got what she wanted!She was just looking around but she found the dress that gave her tears. She was so happy and relieved that didn’t take to long shopping. She also loved the fair prices.

When I did my bridal fitting I had already been to two other shops and was very disappointed. This beautiful boutique turned all of that around and made this the most wonderful experience for me and my family

They are extremely knowledgeable and know how to dress all body types. They have a beautiful selection of dresses at a variety of price points. Sweet elegance is a wonderful bridal store. I got my gown for my sons wedding here recently. I needed to change many things on the gown, and Amy assured me it will come out great. Posting this for the bride....The bride quickly fell in love with her wedding dress. The owner referred her to a seamstress, named Valentina (V), who is contracted out through the bridal store. The second to last fitting, V was two hours late to the fitting appointment. The owner was helpful and called V to see what was going on. Fast forward to the brides final fitting (a week before the wedding), the dress STILL wasn’t up to par & the bride was unhappy. She requested that Valentina make the dress fit better (it was still too big), take in the butt area, and tighten the chest area. Every time V pinned the dress to make it smaller, the bride was unhappy with what she did and finally just requested that the butt area be fixed & the chest, that’s it. The dress wasn’t going to be ready until two days before the wedding so the bride’s MIL was going to pick it up for her. The Thursday before the wedding we had the bride try on her wedding dress so we could make sure all was well and we could practice the bustling. She put the dress on and was absolutely devastated. V didn’t listen to the bride and took in the wrong area making the dress uncomfortable, and she didn’t fix the chest. We noticed that there was a hole in the side, one of the chest cups had a pin left in it and it wasn’t sewn into the dress.There was nothing we could do until wedding day since it was already after store hours. That morning I called V and explained the situation. She denied there being a hole and said she couldn’t help unless we came to her. I told her it was the brides wedding day, we wouldn’t be going anywhere, and she was shocked and asked if the wedding was today...I demanded the extra money back that the bride was charged for the “final alterations” or that V come help. She refused both. I ended up calling the owner of the bridal store and she was incredibly helpful. To make a very long and stressful story short, the owner was able to call V & express our concerns. The owner said she would put a check in the mail & no longer refer V. DO NOT USE VALENTINA as a seamstress. Overall, the bride was very happy with the bridal shop itself and we were able to make her dress work for the big day.

First, NONE of the designer gorgeous dresses that are shown online remotely exist in the store. It’s more like David’s Bridal. Most of the dresses look like curtains and carpet. Also, the fact that they are sticklers about having your phone visible and god forbid you take a photo. Much more elegant bridal shops encourage taking photos and videos and make it a memorable and fun experience. They are very sketchy and not transparent about the designer names and where it’s made, etc. Don’t let the champagne fool you.

My family and I had the most WONDERFUL experience at Sweet Elegance Bridal. I had 2 other bridal appointments the day we started at Sweet Elegance and cancelled them without hesitation. The staff are so warm and welcoming and really listen to what the bride envisions, and then helps make her vision come true. If I could give them 100 stars I would. My whole family was impressed with the service and selection. My sister already cant wait to come back when its her turn to find the dress. We also found the perfect bridesmaid dresses with the help and direction of the staff. The first dress they pulled for myself (the bride) and my bridesmaids based on what I described were both the dresses we ended up with. We even found the MOB and step-MOB dresses while we were there. Amazing selection, amazing staff. The experience was wonderful, I cant say enough good things about this bridal salon.

You might not notice the store-front on Church Street but step inside - fabulous and varied selection (even for a bride looking for something a little different!). Attentive staff - Christine worked with me even after the store was closed. I found my dream wedding gown there AND they found a way to get it discounted for me. Stellar experience all around! Sweet Elegance Bridal is the BEST! Kristin helped me order my dress and was able to have it shipped in quickly for my wedding because my previous dress was ruined by the retailer. She then worked with me for almost 3 hours to help me find the perfect veil. She did not just refer me to someone else, she worked hard, calling Spain and looking up about 30 different veils by my dress designer before finally finding a beautiful veil to look amazing with my dress. Kristin made me feel so special by truly caring about my wedding and not just seeing me as another girl buying a wedding dress. The whole team there was so helpful and kind. I could NOT have asked for a better bridal experience! 10/10 recommend coming here before going to big name stores!

All the dresses were unique and beyond what I had seen in any other bridal boutique. The staff are extremely helpful; they immediately understood what I was looking for and helped me find the dress, which is one I never would have pulled for myself. I wouldnt have found my dress without them! They have a wide selection of styles and prices and can help you plan how to make the dress unique to you, from customizations to accessories.

I said Yes to the Dress at Sweet Elegance! I was blown away by the beautiful gown selection. Initially, I was nervous about the appointment since it was so crowded on a Saturday and seemed a little crammed. I would have preferred going on a weekday if I could. I think the bigger groups are given the more spacious area, but once I fell in love with my dress- Jasmine made sure I could go in the big room and get the full effect before saying yes. Jasmine made the whole process so relaxing and fun; and the owner even stepped in to help me find the perfect veil. I went to several dress stores in search of the perfect wedding dress and Sweet Elegance Bridal was the best! Not only do they have a wide variety of dresses but their customer service was unmatched by other stores. I made an appointment and brought a few of my bridesmaids. Christine (the person helping me) was ready right on time! I had a hard time deciding what kind of dress I wanted and she was so patient with me. I asked tons of questions and tried on many many dresses. The whole process was very relaxed and I never felt rushed or pressured. At one point they even let me walk around to see the dress in different lighting. In the end I decided to look at one more store before I made a decision, and Christine encouraged me to do so to make sure I found the right dress. I think this really speaks to the fact that she truly cares about her customers finding their dream dress. I ended up going right back to Sweet Elegance that afternoon to purchase my dress. They even let me try it on again before I made the decision to purchase it. When I came back to pick up my dress, it was hanging up and packaged in a very nice bag. They provided recommended vendors for alterations (some of them will even meet you at the store) and talked me through how to care for the dress before the big day. One of the ladies even carried it out and put it into my car for me. Overall I had the best experience getting my wedding dress from Sweet Elegance and would highly recommend it!

I Love my dress !! The staff made me feel welcome and worthy. I am a plus size bride and other ships made me feel like nothing one shop even told me as soon as I walked in oh we dont carry your size. Here at Sweet Elegance Bridal I was made to feel that any dress I wanted could be in my size. They made sure I had several to try on I feel in love with the third dress I visited several other stores before I made my decision and I always compared them to my dress at Sweet Elegance I returned months later and they remembered me and my favorite dress they pulled it and I put it back on and purchased my dress. I cant wait to wear it .

As soon as I came in I was welcomed by the sweet lady up front and was asked to sit down. Our stylist Leah came right over did not have to wait, she asked very important questions about the dress I would like and listened well as to what my preference was. As soon as I stepped into the back I felt like royalty as well as my friends and family who joined me. She picked out my perfect dress on the first choice! Adding accessories and the veil, I now have the dress of my dreams and the best experience in finding it! Prices are amazing and they make sure to work with your budget! Loved this place!

Today I picked up my dress and I must share my experience. From the time I made my appointment until Mrs. Nancy put my dress in my car and hugged me SSSOOO TIGHT, I felt as if I was at home and valued. Mrs. Kristine made me feel like the most beautiful bride. I felt hopeless, and that’s where the magic happened. I cried and on the verge of a mental breakdown and she made sure that I left smiling, encouraged, important and blessed! I wouldn’t have gotten my dress anywhere else. Might I add the selection of dresses is by far the best that I’ve seen! Im grateful for all that hard sweating and taking the time to HELP me get in EVERY dress until I found the one! Amazed by the service and love, I will recommend every bride to go and purchase their dress from there! Thank you!!!

My appointment was last Saturday morning. My husband and I drove from SC to GA. What a wonderful experience, I was shopping for a mother of the bride dress. The service I got was basically the same service that my daughter got at another shop as the bride. Emily consulted with me about what style of dress I was looking for. I told her what I wanted and she brought dresses one by one into the fitting room and basically dressed me. I choose a few possibilities and she told me to put on a robe and go out and look for myself. That was when I found the dress! I wanted a gown with bling, not the usual rhinestones or sequins. It fit almost perfectly, just have to have it hemmed and tweaked a little bit on the shoulder! Now, the best part, wait for it, wait for it ... I was able to buy the dress off the rack! No bridal shop has ever offered me that option. No need to try on a too small dresses and order it not knowing how it will fit. I was allowed to take pictures after purchase and sent to my daughter who lives in another state. She agreed that the dress was perfect. After three months of dress shopping, I finally found it.Emily was so friendly and helpful. The store owner came over and spoke to us, the other ladies were all chatting about the mother of the bride being the best dressed after the bride. We had a nice exchange going, laughing and talking. Emily walked us out to the car and carried the dress out and put it in the trunk, we even hugged goodbye! It was just a wonderful experience. I felt like I was the bride because it was such a lovely experience. If I need another dress for any event I know where I will be going. Thank you Sweet Elegance.

I have been to several bridal shops and this one by far was the most amazing experience. The store was fantastic the dresses were beautiful and good selection the staff was so helpful. The second dress I tried on was the one for me. Just by looking at you they were able to pull dresses that were so flattering. I would recommend this boutique to be the 1st place you go if looking for bridal gowns.

I came in looking for a mother-of-the-bride dress. I told my sales associate, Ashleigh, what I was looking for and the color that I wanted to coordinate with the wedding colors. Ashleigh brought me about 8 different dresses and helped me get into them and zipped me up. We narrowed it down to 2 dresses, but the one dress didnt come in the color that I wanted. So Ashleigh offered to call the manufacturer to see if they could switch the fabric to make it the right color for me. Ashleigh really went the extra mile to try and help me find the right dress.

Leeann was super helpful in selecting gowns that met my requirements but also in selecting gowns that were flattering that I would not have chosen. I bought a beautiful dress that I probably would not have tried on. The shop had many gowns to choose from for the mother of the bride. I would definitely recommend this shop.

This was the FIRST and ONLY bridal shop I went to find the perfect dress, and I FOUND IT!!! I had such an amazing experience and the service was exceptional! I brought along 10 of my family members and closets friends, and the shop had no problem at all accommodating us. I was fortunate enough to have the shop owner- Amy, her daughter, and another stylist assist me throughout my appointment, and they ALL made me feel so special! They catered to my group from the very beginning. When I first arrived, Amy pulled me aside and asked me my budget and kept it between her, me, and my mom which I so much appreciated. I showed Amy a few pictures of dresses that I liked that I knew the shop carried. Amy said “I will pull those dresses for you to try on, but I don’t want you to try those on first. I was totally okay with that, since I wanted to try on as much as I could. The first dress Amy brought into the dressing room on a hanger - my immediate response was, “I don’t think I am going to like that!” She replied, “Don’t go by how you see it on the hanger, and wait until you have it on.” She dressed me and put jewelry on, along with a veil. She didn’t allow me to look at myself all while she was doing this. I walked out and my group’s reaction was priceless!! They LOVED it! Once I was able to see myself, I KNEW this was the dress I wanted to get married in! I tried on maybe a total of 10 dresses, and still went back to the first one. At the end of my appointment, Amy put me back in the first dress and added the veil and belt I wanted. IT WAS PERFECT! My group and I started crying, and so did AMY! I said YES to the dress!! The ladies at Sweet Elegance were beyond my expectations and made me feel so special! They were so much fun and had us laughing all day long! We will definitely be going back when my sister gets married!

Ive been to 6 bridal shops in Atlanta and this one was my favorite by far. They had by far the the best quality veils, well constructed that wouldnt rip. The dresses range in styles with lots of vintage re-makes and classic styles. I bought a petticoat here for my grandmothers vintage gown. This was the only place that carried them in a variety of shapes and styles. Great staff and a well lit, comfortable atmosphere. Great selection without being overwhelming.

GREAT atmosphere, Wonderful people Emily worked with me and she was so nice and sweet she answered all my questions and she helped me with everything i needed. I liked the fact that my guests could not use their phones... all the attention was on me. Thank you SEB for helping me through this special moment!!!

Amy stayed late on her husbands birthday just to find me the perfect dress. shes funny and honest and truly knows her stuff. the selection is endless there, soooo many different dresses and styles to chose from. my sister bought her dress there two years ago and i just said yes to the dress there as well. i will send EVERYONE i know there. 5 stars is not enough.

I was less than pleased with my bridal appointment at Sweet Elegance. As far as booking goes, it was easy! I picked this store for 2 reasons- 1) They had the best reviews in Atlanta 2) They told me they could accommodate a crowd and were very kind about it on the phone. I am fortunate enough to have several people who wanted to join me on this special outing. When we arrived, they immediately were making a big deal about the number of guests I had with me. This was only frustrating because I had specifically asked about this on the phone and was told it was no problem and they would accommodate. So thats how it started. I then met with my consultant who just so happened to be the owner. I showed her some pictures on my phone of dresses I liked and went back to the dressing room. My family was allowed to pick dresses they liked, but I was never given the opportunity to look. She also told me that some dresses that my family was picking she wasnt even bringing in because she didnt like them. While I certainly appreciate her opinion because this is her area of expertise, I also welcomed my familys opinions and would have liked to be able to see what they were picking. I found a dress I loved, but I didnt want to commit to it without trying on a dress I knew they had in their store. This dress was one I tried on at another shop and had it stuck in my mind. The owner told me it was cheap looking and I shouldnt even try it on. After asking 3-4 times and having my mom ask, the owner told me she would find the dress but she knew I would not like it. She brought a dress that was similar but it was definitely not the same dress. It felt like a totally different dress. I knew it and I kept saying that. She denied until I said it enough she finally admitted that it was similar but she ordered it a different style....AKA NOT the same dress. She also wouldnt let me show my family and again said it was too cheap looking. Well if its so cheap looking why do you have it in your store?! She also made several comments to me and my family and certainly not in a private manner about how certain dresses wouldnt fit me or go over my hips. I didnt appreciate that. When Im shopping for a wedding dress (the most important dress of my life), the last thing I want is someone rudely pointing out flaws. I went back to the dress I loved but just could not commit to it without seeing the other one I had tried on at another store so I asked her to save the information of the particular dress (since they do not give you brand names or style information) and told her I would come back. Lets go back to the beginning of the appointment when she told me I would have plenty of time to get a dress since my wedding is in October. Well, that sure changed when I wasnt spending any money on Saturday. She told me if I didnt order soon I would likely not have a dress by October. I did not appreciate the pressure. I also felt rushed around the end of my appointment. And they discussed another bride and her size in a derogatory way in my fitting room. I would not go back to this shop and I certainly would not recommend it to another bride.

They were very nice and professional... my consultant brought me the exact type of dresses I wanted to try on and stayed in my budget! I chose the 2nd dress I tried on!!! Def recommend.... just can’t pics until after you say yes

Amazing selections. I definitely have curves and they have beautiful selections for u to try on! The staff knows exactly what theyre doing and if something doesnt look right on u they will be honest with you which I appreciate bc Im so indecisive and I wanted an outside perspective. Leah helped me out and I felt so comfortable with her!!! The owner is hilarious and will give you that mama/honest advice :)

I can not say enough great things about this store and staff!!! I went shopping to about 7 bridal salons and Sweet Elegance is definitely one of the best!! The dresses are BEAUTIFUL and at a great price, but Aimee and her staff is really what makes this place stand out!! The girls who helped me were 100% attentive to what I wanted and to my group (they were not distracted or helping other costumers) and they really did understand exactly what I wanted. They pulled dresses I immediately loved! However, I realized I had my mind set on a dress at another store, but I so wish I could have bought a dress from sweet elegance because they were so AMAZING. And Aimee (the owner), was incredible, even though she knew I had decided on another dress at another store, she did not treat me any differently she actually gave me some very helpful dress advice - how I should alter it etc.! I will definitely be bringing all my future bride friends here!!!

I heard great things about this place from a friend but I was thoroughly disappointed how I was treated. During my appointment, I specifically went over my budget with Jasmine. The first dress she pulled was $500 over my budget . I told Jasmine even though its a pretty dress, I d like to stay within my budget of $1500. Jasmine respond was Let me check the sale rack and see what I can find. I left shortly after that. If your budget is under $1500 this is not the place for you. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I first went to Sweet Elegance on a Saturday, when it was busy and hectic. I felt overwhelmed by the choices without enough time, because that is simply the nature of a Bridal store on the weekend. Im SO glad I didnt end my search at Sweet Elegance based on that Saturday and returned on a weekday. I was well listened to, was able to take my time, and found the perfect dress and veil. Christine was incredibly helpful, and listened to everything I liked/disliked about each dress to better assist me in choosing the right dress for me. I ended up choosing the least expensive dress I tried, and didnt feel pressured to choose a more expensive gown just because of the price. If you have the ability, go on a weekday--regardless of whether or not your MOH/friends can come--for a low-pressure, high-customer service experience!

If you have family that cant attend your appointment with you like me (mom in PA, sister in TX) this probably isnt a good place for you to shop. They dont allow pictures... never heard of this. They expected me to pick a dress all by myself, without input from my family. I was heartbroken, left in tears. Told me I could face time them, yeah FaceTime my 70 yr old mom who doesnt even have a smartphone or know how to use a computer. They tried to save face by telling me I could take one picture of my favorite dress... which doesnt help me with wanting my mom and sister to help me pick one. Completely ridiculous and uncaring... I dont care what their reasons are it completely ruined my day and dress shopping experience. Beautiful shop though with gorgeous looking dresses that I never even got to try on.

Beautiful shop. Staff is friendly and attentive. Floors are cold and they prefer no socks, so I advise you to bring non slip footies, if you are trying on dresses barefoot(Beach wedding). They were busy on a Saturday even with an appointment but the wait was not that long. Dress I picked was not in stock so waiting for delivery from designer. They do not allow pictures.. Unless you buy that dress. So anyone hoping to snag moments trying on multiple dresses to capture the experience are out of luck.

Absolutely trilled by my recent experience at Sweet Elegance! The show room is beautiful and set up perfectly for company of the bride to admire dresses! I loved the staff and my favorite thing was having them pick dresses for me, especially since I had no idea what I was looking for. The staff was so sincere and made my pricey and huge decision that much easier. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had an amazing first and final dress fitting at this place. I went to three other places in the atl area and I was drawn back to this place!

If you want to kick off your wedding preparations with a bitter taste in your mouth and an upset stomach, I highly recommend visiting this place! I walked in before closing time (the sign said “open”), to peruse their prete-a-porter, with the intention of reviewing couture. A young saleswoman freaked out after abrasively asking if I was looking for a bridesmaid or bridal dress. Before even having a chance to listen to my answer, she said they were closed. Do the bridal sweep out of this place and forget about the price point.

Sweet Elegance Bridal has the most stunning collection of dresses. Having been to a few other boutiques in Atlanta, I know the minute I walked into this store that they exceeded the previous shops. I had a friend say, Run, dont walk to Sweet Elegance Bridal when I asked for bridal shop recommendations. Man, she couldnt have said anything more true! I went to one other bridal shop in Atlanta the morning before coming to SEB. They were great, friendly, all the things that youd want when trying on wedding gowns. But that afternoon, from the minute we stepped in the door of SEB, I was blown away. They actually LISTENED to what type of dress I wanted and didnt bother with making me try on anything else. They dressed me in dresses that I didnt get to pick out first (which was a little hard to accept internally since I thought I knew exactly what I wanted), but then gave me the opportunity to pick some to try on myself. It didnt matter. The second dress they put me in was the winner. They do not allow phones or cameras in the bridal salon, but once youve picked out your dress, they will allow pictures. They carry the most fashion-forward dresses in Atlanta, hands down, and their service is second to none. I am THRILLED with my dress and just cant wait to get married in it! If you want a unique dress, you have to come here.
