Always good for tires

Got home and had no oil in my car after the oil change due to the technician not tightening the oil filter cap.

Tire blew today. They helped with replacing tire. Checking all other tires for proper air pressure & wear.

I dropped off a tire with a screw in it(in the tread) on a Saturday at 11am. They had my tire patched and ready to go in less than 30 minutes.

What a joke!! First off the manager interrupted another customer to talk to me and I had to ask the guy customer if he was done talking to the MANAGER! Then they told me they wouldn’t rotate my back tires to the front. Ok cool just put the new tires on front then. Almost and hour and a half later the manager tells me the tire in the back is 17 years old. Ok you’re replacing the front tires!!! Hello!! Going on two hours who knows when two tires will get done! Ridiculous!! I will never be back here!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!

Went to buy two new tires for daughter’s car. We dropped the car off there and went to dinner. Got a call from service tech that there was plenty of tread left on the tires and he felt we would be wasting money if we bought new tires. He did not want us to feel as if we had been ripped off. He made sure the pressure was good in all the tires and did not charge us anything. We always go there for tires and oil changes and will continue to do so. ⭐️

Great service for a cheap price

My husband and I got an oil change here today. (7-9-17) Karlos greeted us very warmly when we walked in! When we were finished and walked out to get our keys from Karlos, he had emptied our small trash can that we keep in the car and vacuumed our front rugs for us. A simple small act of kindness that he definately didnt have to do for us. Weve always had great experiences here from all of the gentlemen in the Auto Center. Keep up the great work guys!

Just about got scammed into buying new tires. I went there for a simple slow leak on a tire and was told my tread was less than 3/32 of an inch and it was a liability and they wouldnt do the repair. and wanted to know if I wanted to replace the tire. They even showed me their gauge reading. I went home measured the tread with my gauge plus a micrometer and my measurements came out 4.0 to 5.5 /32nds well above the minimum recommendation of 2/32 and almost double what they said. WATCH OUT for these guys!
