I tried to order three different items listed on their menu and they were out of everything. The man taking my order at the drive thru was RUDE! I will NEVER go back. Not to mention he hurt my sons feelings. Don’t waste your time. Employees are HATEFUL and make you feel dumb when you ask a question about their menu.

There are some Baskin-Robbins where they give you big scoops...and there are some that give you scoops so small that two scoops would equal one at a different Baskin Robbins. This is one of the tiny scoop ones, sadly

Small scoops no bananas no indoor or outdoor seating and the nuts on my sundae were not crunchy. I will not be back to this one.

I ordered a unicorn ice cream cake online, and it was perfect! The customer service was beyond amazing when I went to pick it up. My daughter loved it! And great price.

I ordered a cake on a friday evening /saturday morning, and by sunday 2 hours before I was suppose to pick the cake up, they called and cancelled. I normally let things go but I had to run around and find a cake last minute which was horrible to do for my 9 year old daughters birthday.

Went thru drive thru and no one answered the speaker, after 15 minutes we went inside. Inside we waited another 15 minutes before being acknowledged eventho there were alot of employees working.

Went to Baskin Robbins on March 26th on a Friday and saw people at the drive through window who saw us pull in. So we went to order in the drive thru. When we got there no one answered us and we looked at what time they closed and it said 10 PM on Google. It was 8:30 so we thought they werent closed. We pulled up to the window and saw that there was no one in the store. The lights then turned off and so we drove off and saw the employees leaving and locking up. They didnt even look at us when they were leaving. They need to update hours on Google.

Disappointed yet again.Order is never correct.

Went to dunkin here and got my usual iced coffee

Got my order wrong 2 times during one visit . When I got down the road and took a bite found out it was still wrong.. they never get it right .dont think I will go back.

Ive been inside once, service was slow..I tried the drive thru tonight at about 6:40pm. They said they stopped servicing ice cream for the evening because they were closing soon... it would have been at least 7 before they closed. Cant serve something out of a freezer the last half hour?? 🙄

I just wanted to say thank you. For Mother’s Day my children decided to buy an ice cream cake for me. My husband received a call on Saturday night. The person on the other line was in a complete panic. She stated that their decorator was no longer working there and she was the person that would be decorating my cake. She stated that she could not design the exact cake that was ordered and apologized. This was only her third cake to decorate.The customer service of this phone call was absolutely amazing. Plus, my ice cream cake was super delicious!As a small business owner myself, it is the little things that count!Thank you!!!!

I ordered 2 hot fudge Sunday’s with whip cream and lids. I get home no hot fudge and a Vandra refused a refund. She said I had to call Tony when he works tomorrow.

If I could rate as a zero I would. Ordered a cake by phone 2 days ago only to send our kids today to pick it up to be told that they didn’t make the cake. I understand mistakes happen but the staff could’ve cared less about making it right nor even having the desire to take their orders for what they wanted to purchase since the cake wasn’t made. They couldn’t even get the order right for a few simple scoops of ice cream. How do you mess that up ? Our teenagers know what great customer service looks like and they were very vocal about how this experience was not even close to acceptable.

Nice treat for the kids. Service was good and do was the ice cream. I went on a Friday afternoon and it wasnt busy, though Im sure that will change when school gets out for the summer.

Never have the more popular flavors in stock. Everytime out of stock whether Rocky road, etc. Management needs to do better job of keeping inventory stocked. Dont see them staying open long.

We went to the drive-thru and they were out of Cookies & Cream ice cream, they were out of Chocolate ice cream And this location doesnt carry Baskin-Robbins dairy-free flavors either. Its summertime! You cant be out of all these!

Employees were not friendly at all. They acted like it was an inconvenience to dip ice cream, even though the place was completely empty. 3 employees with the personality of a slug. Cashier acted like it was painful for him to punch in a few items. Customer service needs to improve or the place will be shutting down. Completely empty on a Friday evening in August should have given me a hint.

If you like ice cream, then I highly suggest you go here, they got the best flavors of Decatur...

Out of waffle cones, and no one was making any. Out if flavor of the month and a few others, and this location only has maybe 16 or so flavors. To top it off, in the womens restroom, the huge roll of toilet paper thats supposed to go in the holder was just resting on the handicap bars. Went to pick it up and noticed blood smears down the side of the roll. No toilet paper in the holder. The employees were indifferent to customer service and seemed lazy

Very good! Neat, clean and has lots of ice-cream to choose from! But sometimes when i go there machines are broken.

We ordered, pulled around to the window, and then had to tell them what we ordered. It didnt matter because it took us 3 times to get the correct order. A lack of training was evident.

Almost every single time we go to this location they are out of all waffle cones. Weve gone once(out of 7 times) and actually got one. Today we were told the waffle iron was broken.... we got cake cones and they were very stale. Not likely to return.
