We went today and the place was practically infested with fruit flys and smells like mold. I got a brown sugar milk tea boba and the boba was undercooked; hard in the middle. The brick walls were dusty and overall a not good experience.

Oh my gosh we are OBSESSED with SunO & so wish we had one back home in Jacksonville!! The fluffy layers of creamy ice are unlike anything Ive ever tried, its like boba tea & froyo had a delicious baby. Taro is always the go-to for us & if youve never tried it, please do yourself a favor & give it a go!

First time customer and the service was great! Cashier was very detailed on our questions and concerns also gave great advice on likings to meet our satisfaction. My girlfriend loves this place now because it is sweet but low on calories. We will be back!

The customer service however was horrible! Maybe he was Rude because I am Muslim..I told the cashier man I wanted a top for my ice cream when I ordered, then he proceeded to NOT give me a top for my ice cream…then when I politely asked for it again and he threw it at the table very rudely. Not sure if he was rude becuse I’m a covered hijabi Muslim or if he’s just rude.

They have so many options of desserts from Bubble tea to slushies to Sunos. I had brownie bonanza it was good. You can customize your toppings they will charge you extra. Their coffee jelly us my favourite. I had tropical SunO. It was fresh and I could taste a lot of mango. Must visit this place.

I came here after seeing that Tea Leaf and Creamery across the street has dine in and people are inside with masks off. I was so happy to see that SunO is taking so many precautions to keep customers and employees safe. They do not have dine in and all wear masks correctly. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The store is clean, and the drinks are delicious! I got a taro slush and my sister got a lychee black tea and they were both very good! Glad I came here!

Last time I try to go to this location, something always happens with the order or they are closed magically without posting that or saying anything. I just wish other locations were open closer to Alpharetta because this location isnt worth it.

I was craving boba tea despite the cold weather so I decided to try out SunO. The cashier was friendly & gave some suggestions since it was my first time there. I ordered their delicious Thai tea; she told me beforehand that it was really sweet, but she gladly made it less sweet per my request. After paying, I received my drink within less than a minute! I will be back!COVID note: sign on the door says only 1 patron is allowed inside at a time & masks are required. I was the only one there so I walked right in.

The place was clean. The staff was very professional. My issue is that they only gave 1 cookie and 1 worm in my ice cream.

One of my worst experiences!! There was no ice added to my bubble drink like every other bubble tea. There was barely any tapioca (4-6 pieces) in the 4 drinks I ordered.

The workers are polite and have good customer service. The smell inside left the food undesirable but I gave it a shot.

The YouTuber I subscribe to (Brandon The Garbage Disposal Clark) is a competitive eater and he drove from all the way from Memphis, Tennessee to SunO Dessert to try all of their menu items! He gave rave reviews of everything! Will go there asap!!

Came to this place several times and love to try the menu with my sisters. Rose is my favorite person who works there. She is so kind and welcoming. Not only offered me a sample when I had a hard time choosing but answered all our questions. She opened the store right at 12:00 and was ready to take our orders. I truly appreciate her I got to enjoy some more Suno memories before they go back to college.Love this place highly recommend

Im not a fan of shaved ice but this is good! Their suno is made of milk so that explains why its creamier than shaved ice and almost have the same texture as ice cream. I got the byo with taro suno as a base. I also got taro bubble tea and lavender milk tea (separate time 😂). The suno is definitely the highlight.

The teas are very good. Dont get the tapioca bubbles though. I got them in my tea a few times, and every time theyve been hard and small.

The whole place had this off-putting smell as soon as you walked in. It was also a bit dirty and the entire decor of the shop felt bland. I ordered the black coconut milk tea with boba and it was entirely too sweet. The tea also looked like it had curdled or split. The coconut flavour was also too strong, tasted more like sun tan lotion. I was overall a bit disappointed, considering the mostly good reviews. There are much better bubble tea places around that are more worth your money and offer more customization, especially with sweetness levels.

It had great atmosphere for such a small desert place and if you are into trendy things or just got out of school or something this is the place to go. Also the young ladies who make things were very nice. I got the mocha smoothie.

First time trying this place after driving by and going to other restaurants in the same plaza for years. I will definitely go back. I saw a few things on the menu that I would like to try. The shaved ice and ice cream was very good. Portions are large some large enough to share. They have non-dairy options as well.

SunO is amazing! Theres so many flavor combinations youre sure to find a favorite. Taro Slushies, Taro SunO with Taro Custard, & Thai Tea with Bubbles are my all time favorites. The staff are super nice and so helpful. I discovered SunO many years ago at an Atlanta Asian Festival. Over the years SunO has became a family tradition. Im sure youll love SunO too!

The bubbles here is always freshly made! They also use actual tea leaves for their tea. You can also ask for more sweet or less sweet for your teas. They give student discount and different daily special! They also have different flavors of shave ice milk base that is kinda between ice cream and shave ice so its not too sweet when you add different toppings and syrups on! And free parking!

I love it here! I always come in for boba drinks, I have yet to try their ice dessert but I saw someone order a bowl and it looked SO GOOD I will have to try it soon. I have only ever encountered lovely and experienced staff here. Great atmosphere to sit with friends or bring a laptop and do work.

My hubby and I were craving the Shave ice we had in Hawaii and decided to give SunO a try. He had the moose tracks and I had the tropical delight. The consistency was very similar to what we had. My tropical delight only came in small and I was very disappointed they didnt have pineapple toppings. My husband enjoyed his moose tracks but would leave off the marshmallows if he got it again. He felt the chewy texture seemed stale. Overall a decent dessert place in a strip mall. We sat outside in their little deck area.

The first time I went to this location they didnt even have any Pearls at all, the second time I went I ordered a large honey milk tea and Not only was it not sweet at all, the pearls didnt taste good. ( the amount of pearls placed in my large drink looked about the same amount that you would put in a small drink) also my daughters had the rainbow icee type cup of desert, which neither of them finished. Although I will say The pricing at this establishment is very good.

Might taste great but had to wait in line for twenty minutes while the girl at the counter chatted with friends.

Only place near Emory/Decatur to get Korean style shaved ice dessert that I know of. Decent place but could be better in terms of their bubble tea and smoothie options. And the seating could be kept cleaner. The floors always seem to be sticky.. Which feels kind of gross. The place is OK if youre craving it but it wont impress guests or a date so dont go out of your way.

Dont sleep on the Suno! The milk teas are my go to (Taro!) but the Suno shaved ice desserts are quite tasty too.

Refreshing sweet shaved ice dessert, and nice staff, but not a very welcoming or comfortable atmosphere.

Delicious, and great service. The server even topped off our dessert half way through with more sauce.

I go there way more often than I should! A friend introduced me to the Duluth location more than a decade ago, and I have been going to Suno ever since. I love the plethora of ingredients and beverage options and enjoy the lighter taste and feel of shaved ice, compared to ice cream. I love their crepe bowls too! Just an FYI, Im definitely biased when it comes to East Asian and South East Asian anything, as in Ill always pick that option over anything else! Not to say that this place doesnt do a great job (because they definitely do!), but someone like me always loves places like this. :)

I’ve been there a few times, and the Suno is pretty good. However, I just ordered a XL Thai Tea Boba, and it tastes just like water with boba in it 😔 It was busy here tonight, and the workers probably didnt put enough powder and didnt add any condensed milk to make up for the largest size. Please improve your boba drinks because theyre always just mediocre and lack flavor 😕

Mango and passion fruit slushie with boba just tasted like really sweet vanilla incense?! Also, I’d be willing to pay twice as much for a frozen treat like this that actually uses real fruit instead of questionable syrup made in a factory somewhere.

Really like this place but please have at least two peopl working at a time. Ive seen many people walk out because it takes forever if there are more than a couple of people in line. Its not fair to your employees either.

This place is ADDICTIVE!!! Everything they sale makes you feel alive lol not even being dramatic... Ive never tasted anything like their desserts its sooooooo good and their bubble teas are amazing like most bubble teas are... & they also have a little patio area its small and intimate nd its conveniently off to the side away from alot of foot traffic but perfectly located on a main street to people watch (if thats your thing)

This place is different. I use it as a cheat when I am trying to stay away from high calorie sweets, but dont be fooled you will not trick yourself into thinking you are eating ice cream. Never the less, I like it for a light treat.

The shaved ice is excellent, but its RIDICULOUS how long it takes to get your order. There is no reason you should only have one employee working at a time. I was here (2nd person in line) for over 30 minutes for a TO GO order. 6 people walked out without ordering because the wait was so long. Youre losing money and losing business. Have at least 2 people working.

The matcha is so bad. And you can only get it frozen. There are better places for milk tea selections up buford highway. Authentic selections is what I was looking for.
