Umeki is great customer service, she spent all the time I needed to help me with everything. She can answer all my questions. Anytime I go in the store she is nice, friendly and always will to help me. Enjoy going in S&R because of her.

The best place for customer service. Love that they have multiple locations. Questions are answered with respect. There are no stupid questions. They break down everything perfectly. Every location is stocked staffed and clean.

Went to the Decatur store last minute on a Saturday afternoon. Umeki was friendly and knowledgeable. She patiently answered our questions and was welcoming, as we are new to the area. We will definitely be back.

I have had my machine serviced here and got great results last summer. This week had a new issue and Ms. Nicki went above and beyond to help troubleshoot the issue. She has so many customers coming in and out so this was really kind on her part. She knows her stuff and I would recommend her completely. She is a one woman show so you have to be patient as she deals with many people at once. Thankful to have Willow Tree and S & R right here in town. Great team of women who can help you.

Terrible customer service. Every question I politely asked was answered with I dont know along grunts and moans, not even any estimates. They were simple questions too such as time frame and price range. Did not feel like I was in good hands whatsoever.
