So I bought a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from delray Nissan September 2020 I was told the car was a clean carfax no accidents I don’t physically have the carfax in front of me right now I think I threw it out but I have 2 pics at the time of purchase that I had sent to my wife. Today I’m trying to sell back the car and the car was in 2 accidents according to the carfax and dealer was able to show me where the repairs was done and where it was painted so I think this was very unfair I feel cheated
HGREG NISSAN in general has not been a positive experience. I enrolled in a maintenance plan with all these promises when it turns out nothing that was promised is included. Also, they told me service was at any Nissan, but it turns out its only HGreg and both locations nearest to me are over 30 miles away. I love my Nissan Murano, but even simple questions cant be answered over the phone. I visited not too long ago because of my splash guard and they wanted to charge me a minimum of $150 to take the piece off. Ill stick to Nissan, but not HGreg. They push their survey the moment they sell the car but I have yet to fill it out because of the issues
