They have great buys on all their brands and name brands. All those that work there are very nice and helpful.

WORST experience EVER!!! I arrived to the store at 8:50 thinking they are open until 10 PM which I was rudely informed that they close at nine once entering the store which I understood and swiftly tried to find some thing that I would enjoy and make a purchase. However, at 8:55 I was reminded that they were closing soon at 8:58 they said we’re closing really loud… And then at 9 o’clock they said “WE ARE CLOSED” so I had to exit the store immediately. I am a single parent and I had a very bad day and was hoping to enjoy my evening a little bit with a beverage but that will not happen now as I cannot drive 30 minutes to the next ABC liquor store. I am extremely disappointed at the service I experienced at this location and I will NEVER return and I will make sure to notify whoever I need to in management of my experience. Customer Service is the most important thing for a business.... the right thing that either of the employees that were working while I was there could have done would have been to be helpful with me finding some thing that I wanted to purchase or God for bid give me another minute to make a decision on my own. As I was walking out of the store one of the employees said “you couldn’t find anything?“… How is anyone supposed to find anything when they’re being told every minute that they’re going to be closing with no offer of any assistance or guidance. Thank you for ruining my night and reminding me that horrible customer service can exist even in business establishments that I have been a supporter of for over 20 years. I will say I have a very good reason now to switch the way I make purchases when it comes to alcohol and go to total wine instead of taking a chance of being utterly disappointed after a really bad day by a business that is supposed to be family owned in Florida for 20+ years. Again I cannot express how frustrated I am and extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism or assistance by the two men working this evening at this location. We all understand that we want to go home at the end of the day… But when your job is customer service… You must perform GOOD customer service.

I was assisted by an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly young man - I think his name is Jared- who should be teaching!!! He took the time to explain about the different Scotches and Ryes (as well as other things), gave recommendations and (according to my husband) was spot on!!!! (They also always offer to help bring the box or bags to the car.)

I was sent a $5 coupon to use in store. When I went to redeem it, they said that the bar code was not downloading and they would not honor the coupon,even though I had the Email showing I had the credit. I walked out leaving $70 worth of merchandise on the counter. Considering the amount of money I spend there they should have went out of their way to help.I guess I will bring that money elseware. Nice way to lose a customer over $5 and the terrible reviews you will get from me. Horrible customer service.

Cashier was the best. One stocker did not wish to help. Told me to ask the cashier if they carried what I was asking for. Cashier took me to the item and was genuinely professional. For that reason I will go back.

The kid who i talked to on the phone and then brought my bag out to my car was so rude to me and my daughter was in the car and shes 16 yrs old and she said, mom why was he so rude. It was my first time doing curbside and my last time and Ill never go back to a ABC Liquor store again and will tell my family and friends, coworkers and whoever else I can about my experience and hope theyll never go back!

Has the basics, but more of the specialty brands than the T-superstore. Well-curated selection for someone looking for seasonal releases, wide variety of whisky (even a good selection of Japanese) and a growing variety of gins. Im more impressed every time I go in. Doesnt have the house brands of T, but when Im looking for my personal call brands, better selection.

Was looking for a masala wine for cooking gentleman was very helpful in explaining the difference between a dry and sweet and the cheap brand and the more expensive brand. Definitely go with the more expensive brand makes a big difference and your dishes when you make a marsala dish.

Cant understand why retailers hire such rude people. The salesperson approached me, help not requested, and proceeded to lean in to smell me! OMG! Then he made a noise like I smelled bad. Then he was very bothered to explain some wine terms to me. I will not go back to this store. The wine I purchased here is a dollar cheaper at Total Wine.
