It is one of my favorite stores but the floor of the store attracts attention as it is very dirty!

This publix is a little hidden. They have a smaller cosmetic section but a bigger pharmacy than usual (in my opinion). They appear to serve a big Jewish population, so lots of kosher foods available. I saw a gigantic Jackfruit!

This particular Publix is smaller than the ones at Jog + Lake Ida as well as the one on Hagen Ranch + Flavor Pic. Therefore they have less variety and that cant be helped. The real problem here in the Oriole store is the unfriendly, unhelpful and even sullen attitude of many of its employees. Never a hello, nor a smile or a can I help you find etc.Its a shame because its the closest to my home, but now I go to the other stores whenever I can. I hope the management wakes up to this problem and makes some changes.

Hey...you know what they say: where shopping is a pleasure. And I find the Publix on Atlantic Ave is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly, respectful and helpful.

Publixs is not and never will be any where as good as Wegmans, but you do get some great deals now and then.

Older store but prices are the same as other Publix store.

I have to congratulate the management at all Publix in my experience but particularly at this location for their excellent effort to ensure their staff provides top level customer service. Clearly these are nice people but they have also been well trained. In my 20 minutes in the store today I was greeted with plenty of smiles and not less than 3 offers of assistance. Great service, not just on this visit but consistently over the years. What a lovely difference from other stores where the staff couldnt care less. Keep it up!

Clean store I find the prices here are much higher than WalmartTerrible bakery dept. Little selection I love bagels but refuse to pay 1.40 for a tiny bagel. Watch the dates on bread in the bakery Shop here if you must but I definitely prefer Walmart

Its PUBLIX. Smaller store so selection somewhat limited. Customers older and not always compliant with regard to CO-VID restrictions, but good service overall.

Customer service at this place is above par. It sparkles with cleanliness. The selections are amazing considering the location. Prices were fair and staff very friendly. Highly recommend.

I found some great products in the supermarkets that I have been waiting for the same time. They were decently priced and of quality. The best shopping experience.

Smaller Publix that doesnt always have a large variety of an item like the bigger stores do. This store has something more important.. Great customer service and the best employees of any Publix Ive ever been to. From the managers all the way down they are all very helpful, polite and actually show that they care.

I dont know where to start if i could it this Publix no stars I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Nobody knows where anything is, the cashiers are rude and never greet people. The deli, that department. Omg, i dont know how any of them still have jobs, The food always looks old and dry. When order online they never get my order right, if they dont have something in stock they dont call and let you know until you get to the store. I like shopping at Publix but not this one, I hope management reads this and hire better people or train them better on what customer service is.

The staff is great everyone is the friendliest Ive seen in a grocery store. But it is just a sea of elderly people in that area who are lost or confused in the middle of the isles making grocery shopping a 2 hour excursion or making checkout impossible. Sometimes some of the produce is not so fresh is the only thing I could ding (already getting brown in the bag of veggies; should not even be put on the shelf). I guess sometimes there are not enough lanes open to checkout, but that seems to be a problem at times everywhere. I do agree with another review, it is a fairly small store overall; not a plus or minus either way really as it still has everything. Unfortunately on to a new store as my regular Publix as I just dont have half a day to grocery shop around the elderly.

Very Slow checkout! I was in the store yesterday afternoon and it seemed they had some new cashiers and not many open. They were very slow and once one closed up, there was a woman (maybe a manager) that opened and took the person in the long line I was in behind me instead of taking the person who should have been next. Needless to say, I put down my basket and walked out! For shame on them.

Noticed a much larger veggie and and over over all healthy/ local expansion in the past 2 months. VERY HAPPY. would still like to see lower prices on kombucha and steam in bag veggies.

Seems everytime I shop there things that I always purchase are not there. Im not talking toilet paper either

Very disappointed. Meat dept. Gives an attitude when asked to split a package...not the first time. Stock on lemon LeCroix soda water very rarely on the shelf...have to go to another store to purchase that. I have written e mails about it, has not been solved. his store has lost me as a customer.

Not enough shopping carts. I believe shopping carts are being rolled away by shoppers in the neighboring communities. The large gated community of Huntington Lakes has approximately 50 apartment buildings. Each building has an electical room or trash room off the elevator lobby with several carts. The building I live in has 4 Publix shopping carts. The carts get abused here because they are used to carry bags of cement by contractors and bags of mulch by gardeners.

DELI DEPARTMENT-Disgusting. Looking area for fresh subs.I took the cahance anyway and when I got home the bread was hard as a rock! You really need to put people back there and or speak to the manager of people actually care about what theyre serving the station was a mess the lettuce and all kinds other items in it the spinach was running to the end of the thing the guy took the spinach in a bag and then put it right into the container with the old spinach use his gloves to open the dirty cabinets never change his gloves when he puts food and we touch machinery and its not good he didnt look sanitary I took a chance anyway and one of having to bring it back because the bread was hard as a rock.Please fix this issue as this is the closest Publix to my house and I would prefer not to have to drive 2 miles to go to get a sandwich thank you!

Everything is expired. Not even just a few days, I got a product that was 2 f***ing months expired. I know it isnt just a one time thing, because my neighbor also gets everything expired

Make sure you reserve a good 30 mins when purchasing chicken or anything from the deli. Ive waited a good 30 mins before i was even served. Guess what? I was the only one in line...this publix sucks.

Worst service ever from HELENE in food (Subs) department, the service was the worst in the word, she was so rude, will never come back. MANAGER TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEE TO TREAT WITH RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

The people are really nice and helpful and most of the people working to have a smile on their face and it was just a very good opportunity

We came to Publix to get sub sandwiches from the deli and the women working at the deli were unnecessarily rude. It was not closing time but they were packing up and acted like they did not want to serve us.

Store is a bit older, but well maintained. Staff is amazingly polite and helpful.
