I want to say how much I love this Publix and how close I live to it. I try ordering a sub Passed the ordering time allowed on the Publix app. Thankfully I was able to call in and order a sub by phone. I was awesome to show up and they actually had the sub ready for me, and didnt even take my name. I hope the management commends their employees for the outstanding customer service.I did tip the employee who made my sub. And also just so Publix knows, tipping is acceptable, Its customer service and they deserve tips. Please allow your employees to take tips. it was hard enough to give them one for them to even accept it. Its wrong to tell your employees not to take tips.Thank you! Supportive customer!

Nothing better than local, fresh produce! As an added bonus, there is freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious baked goods! Ive been shopping here for years and they never disappoint!

Very small and limited on items. Deli workers was very rude when making salad and subs for me and my family. They were not social able and not helpful when I ask about the chicken tender quick bites. I ask for wedges with the quick bite not macaroni. They said they were out when I see a bag of potatoes wedges sitting near there fryers vat. I stop by there cause it said 1.8 miles from I-95 south but it was misleading cause its not. I did talk with a manager about the situation.

Pharmacy has thirty own guidelines as to who they will sell medical supplies to. If you do not get your prescriptions here, then dont expect to receive ANY help whatsoever. The assistant pharmacy technician was completely rude to me as I tried to get syringes to take my medicine Ive been on for 5 years. I even had my medicine with me and she refused to even speak with me about what I should do. I am sick and tired of people like her. I didnt choose to have to take this medicine everyday and I have been disrespected and treated like Im an addict. Its an IM syringe for Gods sake. I will never go I thos store again.

This is my local publix and they have all the TV dinners I need to survive the week. The staff also are super friendly

Went in to get a aPub sub before returning to work and it took forever! There was no line, just me but it still took a while. Sub ended up tasting rely good though!

This Publix is smaller than most--but dont let that fool you! They carry a lot of high-end products, as well as hard to find items I cant get at other Publix stores. If you live anywhere near Lake Ida Rd and Federal Hwy, its well worth a visit!

Customer service is great but the prices are wicked high !

I went to the deli and was able to get me a sandwich, chips and fruit. I am glad for the conversation I had with the person at the deli while she was making my sandwich. I was able to get in and out quickly before my appointment. I will visit again

I’ve been coming to this Publix for 6 years. It’s the best grocery store I’ve ever used. Every employee goes beyond every time. Management is exceptional. Store isn’t the biggest but it is the best in my experience.

Angie the bully of a manager needs to be immediately terminated for making fun of someones disability. How disgusting of a person to be 50+ years old and still doesnt know how to treat people kindly. How can you be a leader when you dont know how to act yourself. What a poor representation of Publix. Her husband should be ashamed, hes also a Publix manager.

The min-Pub will always be the min-Pub, because there is no room to expand. It is great for mid-week pick up of items. However to do the weekly shopping, we usually head to a bigger store. This is the neighborhood store, where we see our friends.

Its a routine stop on my way home from the dentist! Its a smaller store than my regular store and the layout is different. The employees are always willing to help me find items.

Nice place to buy groceries and convenient as well. I had came in today to buy from the deli and the server took it upon herself to add something to my sub that I didn’t ask for and blamed me for it. She told me that I had wanted my sub toasted and I told her no I did not so she’s going back and forth with me about it and dismissed me saying “bye”. I’m not a child

Clean friendly and well stocked. Doesnt have everything that a full size Publix would have but it should have you pretty well covered.

Drove down from Melbourne, stopped in for some cocktails and appetizers. Great Bloody Marys, and the appetizers were so delicious.

Very cute old school style publix. Its smaller than others but it has what you need. Employees are very nice here. About 4 or 5 asked me if I needed help. They are very good about that. I live publix for the selection of prepared foods in the deli...thats probably why I get asked if I I need help...theres so many goodies. Their salads are great too. The produce section always has top notch vegetables and fruits. However publix is VERY pricey. Too much so. So I shop other stores for stock up items and publix is for the variety in the deli and bakery. Has fresh sushi...really good.

The cleanest place! When I 1st got out during covid lock down, went to few places, but inside their stores was the cleanest of all stores I visited, I forgot about the virus!!

07-10-21 Saturday 12:30 pm weekend and only 2 cashiers was working, getting everyday worse than a day before !!! more than 10 years I am costumer for this location, they can not handle population grooving in Delray Beach, best location, best staff but not a good management lately .

I travel to shop at this little Publix store. The staff are helpful and friendly. Parking is easy in and out.I use this pharmacy and have complimented the service. Today was a different story. I arrived to pick up my.prescriptions. A woman named Baby waited on me and had the most abbrasive personality. She would not let me talk and made me feel unsure that I was going to receive correct prescription.as it was changed. Bring back the nice staff who listen and make you feel confident.

Just like most other Publix, clean and tidy. The manager there was helpful. This one is a small one and the layout is the same as the one near me so I know where to find what I needed.

This Publix is very clean, well stocked, and the clerks are very friendly. I always go here later at night, and carts are always sanitized. No mess around the store, parking lot is clean.

This is my FAVORITE Publix ever!!! Shopping here for several years probably like 22. There are so many wonderful people that work here I would like to name a few of them such as Tony in the deli, Joanne in the bakery, Jake in produce and my gosh I have seen customers that can be pretty rude at times The most recent would be with Jake in produce and he is always so kind I just don’t like to see that, he handled it very well though I almost said something to the customer anyway also, Martinel, Marie, Russel, Dumer and Dumers cousin Robens, Alonso, Andrea, Louise, Sheena, Vanessa and JEAN that helps with my groceries gosh I had a sheet of paper with everyone’s names and I can’t find it but the people that have worked there for years in years they are the very best they always are it makes it fun to spend my money on groceries LOL!!! From walking in the front door and heading all the way back to the meat and produce department and then back up to the cashier and back out the door every single one of them are FABULOUS and friendly!!!!!! All the managers that have been there for years I can’t remember their names either are always wonderful although there was a new manager the other day that wasn’t so nice but I won’t take it out of the stars because can’t let one person bring it down for everybody else LOL. I’m not usually one for writing reviews and I have had good luck with this place until today. I only use this store for the pharmacy, only to pick up my prescriptions. Today I went in around 11:00 am to get my medicine. There was a sign out front that stated ‘the pharmacist will return in a few minutes’. After standing out there for 15 minutes I was starting to get impatient. I wasn’t sure if the pharmacist was using the restroom or what. Also there were no techs working either. ON A SATURDAY!! After a half an hour of waiting for the pharmacist to return A lady that works there (she may have been a manager, not sure) told me ‘oh she may be a while. She is pumping’. After standing there for more than 30 minutes I left without my prescription.

The stores layout is bad and the place is too small & crammed. The entrance is jam packed with carts. Basically the stores main problem is SPACE, but the goods are good.

The entire staff starting with greeters who are all friendly & keep the carts sanitized. Bakery, Deli, Fish, cashiers, customer svs desk and all in between are well versed on customer interaction. I wish getting in& out onto 5th/6th were less dangerous. Its a horrible location. I know because my 2020 Kia was destroyed on my way there @ no fault of my own.

Ordered online to make sure I wouldnt have to wait when I got there. Ordered with plenty of time. When I got there I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make the sandwich. I wasnt the only one. Today they were not prepared for the online orders. The sandwich was delicious. Cant blame the workers. Blame the management.

The employees seem to realize what theyre working with. The fact of the matter is that they are working with a very small store and a limited selection. If we want to make a vegetarian recipe, they never have all the ingredients that we need. I understand that they have a limited selection so I often call them time to see if they have what we need. Unfortunately, sometimes they dont know what the product is, but they say they have it anyway. I wish there was a closer Publix so we wouldnt have to shop at this one anymore.

This is a nice and smaller footprint Publix than most. It will have some things other Publix do not and vice versa.It is always clean like you would expect from Publix with capable longtime staff.
