The customer service is beyond good compared to any other south florida retailer. Thats why they get 5 stars. Yes for some things you pay more but you have to look at it like investing into better customer support staff.

Would like to see improvement in the online sandwich ordering process. Last time slips for our three subs had fallen behind the printer and I helped the deli clerk find them. Added ~20 minutes to my pickup time..

Publix is not what it used to be. Prices are thru the roof. And were before all this inflation was. Steaks are almost see thru and no deals there anymore. A shame

Very well stocked and very clean. Also like that most of the handcap parking is right in front of the store .

Publix has everything. The aisles are long but move quickly due to intelligent shelving and signage. Their produce, deli, and bakery areas are well stocked and have personnel to assist shoppers. I have given one less star in my evaluation because parking at this location is tight. Otherwise this is a fine example of the Publix group.

It nice and convenient everything is very very nice I dont understand how come some of the prices are so high when theyre lower at a different store but its always will not help and the floors are clean and everything seems to be real clean

Mornings, the bakery department never has some of the products ready like empanadas & managers dont fix the problem.Lately they have had produce and juices have with expired dates. Also, the fish department sells you fish that smells bad, so be careful.I expect better when they say Where shopping is a pleasure.

Very very busy Publix. Since the closure of the Publix at the Polo Club Center Shops, everyone is flocking at this one since months. Parking space is limited and very congested. Mens bathroom is closed for remodeling (remodeling has been ongoing for over 6 weeks?!). Employees are doing their best and thats why Im giving 3 stars.

Ok this store has everything its a great store with every product. Its also spotless and gleaming clean. The only thing everybody knows is there prices are more than other supermarkets its expensive. Its great when they have BOGO free.

Really bad customer service ...the way they were telling us how to keep distance and how i feel attacked when by accident i walked out from the wrong door at exit ....is the way you communicate with clients what makes you or brakes you.. The shopping area is well laid out making product selections easy to make. The staff at all levels are not only knowledgeable but also very courteous and friendly.

Worse customer service! Waited in customer service line to exchange a baby product only for the cashier to tell me Im in the lottery line and directed me to another cashier. She insisted there were signs which you can only view from when you enter the store.The line unfortunately, was wrapped to the side. After moving to the next line and being serviced, the same lady who told me I was in the lottery line checked out other customers and a publix employee. The audacity! Will never go back to that location again.

Only reason Im taking the time to write this review is because of Tiyler, a young charismatic gentlemen that attended to my sub order today. He cut more cheese for me after he saw they were low and served me my side sauces without huffing and puffing. I think he deserves to be a part of management after he smiled throughout and said thank you. His customer service skills are a rare find these days. It was definately a pleasure shopping at Publix today, Thank you!

Large and well stocked store with a bakery, deli produce and meat departments. Most of the staff are helpful and pleasant, particularly in the deli. The butcher will cut to order upon request. Most of the cashiers are pleasant and helpful. The area which could use improvement is that there are not enough shopping cart corrals in the parking lot. Because of the lack of a place to put ones cart after use, there are carts askew in the parking lot, often using prime parking spots.

I was ordering a sandwich and the lady in front of me started screaming, come on, hurry up... The deli attendant kept her cool and respectfully answered, Mam, I will be right with you. The client was in a hurry I guess because she continued blowing steam. I dont know how much these people get paid but they should definitely get a raise for being so patient with such demanding clientele.

Ordered a chicken tender wrap. The chicken was hard and dry. The person making it tore the wrap and i got a soda to go with it that was flat on tested water down.

I live across from my Publix, I’m there at least 3x a week for the last 4 yrs. my opinion has been ok, clean, nice etc!!! However, now during the VIRUS, they have gone beyond during this time! Still under this time, they have been vilgilant with their rules, asiles, masks, cleaning carts, and still mantained a courtesy to everyone! THANK YOU, ALL THE STAFF AT PUBLIX AT JOG AND LINTON!!! Thank You!!! A customer who loves you all!!!!

I shopped at my neighborhood store the Addison Centre store. I have not been going out as I have asthma and if I caught covid-19 I would be a dead person. That said when I got there I was greeted by people who work there and they were making sure that everyone was spaced-out 6 feet apart. They did a very good job and most of the people in the store that I met up front abided by that and seem to think that that was important as well I guess. Anyway, I got what I needed and I had to go up front to pay. They have all the areas marked for where you can stand. So I got in line and a gal got in line behind me and she came right up on me, very close its where I was very uncomfortable. I was going to turn around and say something to her and while turning around and the manager who is a lovely man came up and asked them to kindly back up. He actually had to ask them a few times because she just didnt listen. This woman today was Also in Walgreens yesterday and did the same thing to me. Anyway the reason why Im writing this is I wanted to recognize the manager on duty today Eric Grubert. He really cares about the patrons at the store. Thank you Eric!Judith Leonard

No gloves or hand sanitizer at cashier. No traffic directions. I got caught several times in aisles with people coming from different directions making it impossible to stay at least 6 from other shoppers. I was terrified. Cashier got nasty with me when i said she should be using gloves.. I wont shop at zpaPubi

Its a nice store but they were out of 2 items I needed...and I got the fried chicken box last week..supposed to be 2 of everything and a only eat the white meat...there was only one breast and 3 thighs which I just hadto throw away...told the girl about it and she said I should have brought it in...REALLY???? not happy with them...Will go back to the one on Atlantic and military never have a problem there..

The Deli Dept is in complete disssry. They need to find ppl who actually understand English and know the products. Don’t bother complaining to management,they know the problem,but are scared to address it.
