I usually get a meal from the deli section on my lunch break. Everyone there is very delightful, professional and gives great customer service!

There is a large variety of items to eat. The staff is efficient and friendly. I love the food.

This is the best Publix Ive been in, so far. First time in this one, seems to be a big size. Very clean and appears well organized. Had to be quick this time, but I will stop in again soon. I saw some items I havent seen in other Publix, I would highly recommend a visit to this store.

Clean, well stocked and no crowds. Its a smaller store and everything is fresh. Almost feels like a gigantic convenience store with everything a larger Publix has to offer but in an easy in and out fashion.

Very nice. Good variety of groceries and a little bit of pharmacy too. Some great deals found on food purchasing.Not that busy when I was here.

Nice publix. I had never been to Delray marketplace shopping center before and it was some kind of mess to try to find publix. I drove and drove thru a crazy maze of streets and stores trying to find Publix with no signs or anything telling me if I would ever get there. Also had a Very hard time finding my way out. Quite the adventure!

Very weak bakery little selection, no cooperation as far as the meat, its at end of life. Fish department has very little selection. The pharmacy is good the parking is good. Its always stop at this one and then end up driving to Clintmore Publix

Sick an tired of everyone being so dreary and overall rude. I’ve worked the job it’s not that complicated. Specifically the boars head employees. Just completely lifeless and depressing

I choose to shop at Publix because they normally provide good service. The service I received from the deli department tonight was appallingly bad. At 6:30pm, I stood at the counter for several minutes with NOBODY working at the counter. A woman saw me waiting, unattended, and continued washing dishes or pans until I finally had to ask, with a strong voice, if anyone was working the deli counter. After looking for someone else.to help me, she tried. She was not unpleasant, but she was clearly untrained. She had ask someone to help. Both moved at a snails pace. I expect more from Publix

Beautiful supermarket. Neat, clean, customer friendly. I dont get to go here often, however, it is always a pleasure when I do.

The deli department at this location is terrible and rude! I called to place a large order from the catering menu and the transfer the phone multiple times like nobody wanted to help. Ended up talking to someone uninterested and he had no idea about the menu or offerings. I hung up and called another location and the experience was night and day. The other location was polite, knew their stuff and did a great job! I left a 5star at the other location. This location is clean for shopping but terrible for anything behind the counters. Stay away from the deli or bakery. Management, time to step it up!

Honestly usually I have a pretty good experience but the white woman at the register with a bun and super slicked sides and chewed off nails to the nubs was rude. I greeted her energetically and she ignored me and told me my total. Thank you for the experience Kendall!

Nice store, friendly helpful staff, plentiful parking, drive thru pharmacy. This store is not as large as others and doesnt have as many items. The pharmacy has flu shots by appt. and walk-in.

Well stocked, neat and clean! Enjoyed the fact that it is right next to Teslas supercharging stations. Even found the much coveted (during these CoVID 19 days bread flour although I wasnt looking for it!

I work nearby Ive tried to eat at the deli here but the service is horrible. When the manager helps its ok, but when it is just the girls they will look at you and turn around. I just waited there for a few minutes while the Boarshead rep was back there he told a worker she had someone, she said I know, never addressed me or even acknowledge me. I was the only one there. This is the worst publix. Dont shop here unless youre desperate.

Love this publix, BUT the bakery department is horrible! Don’t order cakes from this location. Their decorator is terrible! They ruined my sons first birthday cake. I will never get anything from the bakery at this location ever.

As with any Publix we visit in this area the staff are always extremely pleasant and helpful. Customer service definitely makes for a more enjoyable shopping experience. The store itself is laid out very much like the others but is larger so may have a larger assortment. Fruits and vegetables are as good as can be expected at any major supermarket chain. OK but not excellent. Havent tried the butcher recently but am sure it will also be ok.

Found what I want always clean and exelent service

It takes the deli so long to make sandwiches. Magda specifically helped me and it took 30 minutes to make 3 identical sandwiches! And average lunch break is only 30 minutes how am I supposed to eat? She’s also rude. I asked her something and asked someone else to be positive and I got a sarcastic response similar to “I told you so”. She also loves talking to coworkers so I couldn’t tell whether she’s actually listening to my order. There’s nothing wrong with talking to coworkers but there’s a time and place. Love the delray marketplace location, but absolutely dread going to the deli.

Felt awkward with a thing going down in parking lot... with an old lady and another car down the parking isle. No need to do it in the parking lot...take it inside for privacy. Shopping was fine, they have what I need. Awkward.

In general I had a good experience and the shop is always very well stocked and the staff is friendly. However in my most recent journeys around the store I often get latched onto by a middle aged man who keeps telling me hes a bodybuilder, bro and that hes on all kinds of skittles, bro. He even attempted to take his work shirt off mid floor to show me his gym progress until I stopped him, though he did pull down his trousers, exposing what looked like an unwashed pair of red Speedos, and started flexing his legs in the vegetable isle. I dont think this is very professional to have an employee like this representing your store. I really want to continue shopping here as it has everything I need but until this man is taken off the shop floor I will avoid his man thongs and skittles, bro. 4.5 stars down to 2.

Came here around 8pm for a deli sub for my dad. Asked when they close because I didnt want to be that person who keeps the employees there late. They told me 10pm. I walk to the deli and before I even say anything to the woman behind the counter she said we dont have any bread. I said ok and called my dad to let him know. The woman behind the counter tells me I can go look for a piece of bread and bring it back if I want. I was shocked. Why couldnt she do that? Finally I say Ill just have it on a wrap. Half way through her making it I notice a few loaves of bread on the counter. Looked perfectly fine. I said excuse me, whats wrong with those pieces? She replied, nothing we thought you wouldnt want them. I was dumbfounded. I came to the conclusion they were playing the whole no bread thing when I walked up because they didnt feel like making a sandwich in the first place. I finally get to checkout and tell the manager of my experience. She apologizes and I got the wrap for free. Thanks to the manager for making it right.

I live closer to a different Publix but I come here instead because the staff are very pleasant and it isn’t as crowded. Today the cashier Christina remembered my name.

Wife works for this publix and was the victim of sexual assault from a male employee, management did nothing except cover them selves and after 4 weeks transferred him to another location. Actually a manager told her they dont have time to review the video of this sexual assault.They actually cut her hours, guess thats what type of family business this is thatdont protect the rights of its workers.This was a criminal act, which they did nothing about..One manager Marcus, after I found out what happened I was extremely mad he told me dont come in here acting like a fool, I said a few choice words to him and told him Im far from being a fool, I will do this legally..Really wonder if it was his wife what would he say.this was very unfair treatment

People and employees here must be miserable. I checked out in the express lane of 10 items or less with 11 items and both the cashier and shopper behind me had a conniption fit. As funny as it actually is considering worse things are happening in our world. It was very rude of a public employee to count my items and I’m one over because of a little juice shot.

Like almost every time I ordered a sandwich at any Publix, it was not even started by the time I got here at the appointed pick up time. Publix deli service consistently sucks.

830 a.m. and the deli doesnt have 3/4 of the toppings to make a simple sandwich,this is unbelievable when the nice lady at the customer service counter said theyve been here since 5a.m.

Associate Kathy at the service desk very disrespectful. I hand her my cash and she put tickets on the counter and I said I handed you the money its right for you to give me back the tickets in my hand she started to argue with me and continue to drop my cash back on the counter. I said thats disrespectful she replied she doesnt care.

Might of well close the hot food department..They never have nothing fresh..the food always look like its days old.Went in at 12:00 for lunch they didnt have nothing but dry chicken and some sort of greens..like really???
