Avoid bringing cars here for oil change. They start digging around and find things to sell. I have never had such experience where I go for oil change and then guys come with additional 100 to 300 worth of work even though my Honda is barely 2 years old, which makes me think that why did I buy Honda when its needing this much work at such a young age.
This Honda location gets the job done!!! This was the fourth location I have been to to fix a small section of seal on my door. The other places in the Dallas area pretty much told me that I was imagining it or that it was normal road noise. The service team here investigated it and fixed the problem in 30 minutes!!! I wish I lived closer because they gave me such great service and relief from the stressful ordeal.
Best car buying experience ever! Classic Honda does NOT add a market upcharge like many dealers are doing now. I spent 5 minutes on the phone with Zach Walston who agreed to sell me a brand new 2022 Civic EX for MSRP + 299.00 for window tinting. We drove 5 hours from Houston, and Zach had the paper work done, and the car ready. He came in on his day off, and the deal was finished in 5 minutes. If you live in Plano this is a great place to buy a new car. By the way, Classic Honda is licensed in both OK and TX so they can take care of all the details for either state. Zach is a straight shooter, and there were no surprises.

Took my car in for oil change and service. The price was less than other oil change providers. I compared prices. The service was completed within an hour, even at a busy time of day. All personnel contact was polite, friendly, and professional. The exterior of my car was very dirty when I arrived but it was clean when given back to me. They washed my car! That how to go the extra mile!!

We had our Acura serviced at Classic this AM and I also requested that the headlight low beam HID bulbs be replaced (I supplied the bulbs) and was given a labor quote. Turns out that replacing the bulbs was a lot more complicated than anticipated but when I received the bill I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was charged precisely what I had been quoted. Nice to see that some places still do what they say they will do at the price they say they will charge. Well done!
Went in to get my wifes TPMS reprogrammed. Blake took her car around and 20 minutes later handed me back the keys, no charge. If this is the way to earn future business from me, it worked.

The actual service was good, BUT they allowed customers in the waiting area to not wear mask.I was the only one for a while and had to move due to someone who sat down close to me- not 6 foot- and no mask. I also saw several staff not wearing mask. The service guy helping me did wear a mask and I did appreciate it. Hello!!! We are in a Pandemic and need to follow state mandates.
Great service and parts department; gave me a parts discount after I had to order some tires. Also once lost a part they had ordrered for me and not only ordered another for free but overnighted another one I ordered on top of it.
My 2015 Honda Fit had a recall on the paint. I used to live in Ft Worth and used a near by dealership for service. The person in charge of the recall lost my information so it took almost 3 months before I could get my car in to be fixed. I was told I could not get a loaner car while my car was in the shop for about 8 days! I take care of my elderly parents, so that was a huge problem. The customer service there was a joke. Then, about 2 months ago, the paint started peeling off again! However, this time I took my car to the Denison Honda. A man named Steve treated me with respect. I had my car evaluated within 2 days. Then they told me I could have a loaner car, no limit in miles, etc. One week later they called to tell me my car was ready. When I picked it up it looked fabulous. My windshield had a crack on the passenger side before. They went above what was asked, and fixed my cracked windshield also!! ( no charge for any of the work) THAT is customer service. Every step in the process was easy, so I didn’t have to worry. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you so much, Steve, for helping me out!!!

I can’t be without a car as I drive a lot for work, so I asked for a courtesy vehicle. I filled out a Internet form and drove out to the dealership. After being on the dealership lot for about 10 minutes I received a call from their office asking me if I would come test drive one of the vehicles I told them that I had been outside already for 10 minutes and no one came to help they said that they apologize and would send someone out right away. 10 minutes later I left . I took a picture of two salesmen sitting on a bench on their phones.

We purchased our Honda Odyssey in March 2019 and were amazed with our total sales experience. Very poor communication and followup whenever I have contacted their Parts department. Both online and phone. Cant speak to quality of their service because if they cant bother to respond to simple, quick parts requests I dont trust them to work on my Honda Accord. They smile on the TV, promise the best personalized experience. Well, my experience is they seem to be too busy to try to help a potential new customer on minor needs that could lead to major ones like buying my next car.

Was interested in trading for one of their leftover 2019 Accord Sports. While their selling prices were okay, they werent earth-shaking. Even more disappointing was their ridiculous trade amount offered for my 2019 Hyundai Elantra Sport! $!5k for a $27k vehicle. There are two other north Texas dealers that offered a whole lot more. Sadly, Classic wont get my business.

If you live within driving distance of this dealership and are tired of being treated like your current dealership is doing you a favor by ignoring you...this is the place for you. Salesman Erik Bevill listened to my explanation of what items and features I wished to have on my new car and he then found exactly that car on the lot! The test drive then had me completely satisfied that this car was exactly right for me. We then worked out pricing for which I was also very comfortable. I agree with all the positive comments as I have had a great experience with the service department. I was ready for another oil change and was hoping they would do the tire rotation for free but they would not. I didnt want to pay an additional $22 for a tire rotation so I had to go to Quick Lane to save the $22 as that is currently included in their service. I know Honda needs to get paid but I also have to look at my bottom line.

Staff was friendly, comfortable waiting area, and some of the best complimentary coffee you can find. By the time you finish two cups of coffee, finish eating some fresh popped popcorn, watching tv, all with a 7 year old who got to play on a computer, they pull your car up to you with a peace of mind the oil was changed and everything was inspected. Makes me glad I own a Honda to had this experience and cant wait to hit my 5k to come back.

Went to the service center. They took two days to fix the air conditioning in my insight. They had to order parts, so the time wasnt bad. I live about 16 minutes away and they offered to come pick me up when it was done. I almost accepted. Great people. No pressure to fix $5000 in other things like what you get at most dealers. It was pricey, but you need air conditioning in Texas.

The service was expedient and excellent plus we came out with a newly washed car which was a delightful plus -- just wished it had been vacuumed also. Our service assistant was Anmar Mal. Great, as always. My dad has been coming here for 20 years; Ive been coming here for maintenance every chance I can for 10 years. Ive been to a lot of different dealerships over the years, but never with the same level of satisfaction and customer service as at Classic (Red River) Honda.

He came and picked the care up from our home the next day to have the window shading put on and then he returned the car to us about an hour away from the dealer. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the hybrid car. We really appreciate how he cared for us as more than just a sale. It has been 12 years since we had been car shopping and they sure have changed. He is definitely the main reason we would come back to this dealer rather than other that I had dealt with in our shopping experience.

We have had our car taken care of at Classic for years, before they were Classic because of the Service Manager, Steve Jones. We stopped by to get our oil changed without an appointment. I usually call, but did not this time. Steve always has a smile and is very helpful. The guy, dont know his name, but he came out and said our cabin filter was dirty and showed us, gave us the price of the new filter and said it should be replaced of course we said yes! Steve came and told us we were done. Quick and everyone is always friendly. We will consider looking at Classic for our next vehicle because the new owner (have never meet him, just seen his commercials) seems very down to earth and wants to please his potential customers. We have not looked there for many years because it was not like that before. Keep us the good work, see you next time, great service dept.

Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early. It is now 1 and 1/2 hours PAST my appointment time and I am still waiting. Really? Obviously an appointment is meaningless

The 5 stars is for their maintenance department which is outstanding. Steve has always given me respect and attention that I think all auto shops should give their customers. I purchased my Honda Pilot here a few years back and it has been well cared for with quality work and from what I have seen reasonably priced parts and labor - at least for a major dealer.
