Customer service here is beyond my expectations. Seth, the salesman, had done an excellent job when he provided me all the information that I need to complete my paperwork. He and his manager were also willing to spend 2 hours to help me find my old Toyota key when I lost sight of it. They also called me on the day after my purchase to check if the car is running well. Ill recommend all the people I know or anyone looking to buy a vehicle to consider this place as they have the best quality services around here in the Texoma region.
I thought I was at a loss of help overall, the insurance company even left me stumped. I loved this location, I strolled in a late afternoon and they helped me like a dream come true, its also in a beautiful part of town and I spent the rest of the evening visiting before going another hours distance to a more familiar area. Brought my rogue in for an oil change and was done super fast and for the first time ever in getting oil changes i wasnt told i NEEDED to have this filter change added to the price. and i asked the man to help me understand some of all the bells and whistles on my car and he patiently walked me thru everything. LOVE nissan. i bought my car used and afew weeks after buying it i had to bring it in for the heat not working. turned out it was a very expensive part and what with corona the part was on back order so they had to hold my car for afew months. they gave me a loaner car and called me almost weekly with updates on the part. i didnt have to pay a dime towards the part. me and my family always buy our cars here. 3rd for me and many cars for my parents. nissan will always get our business. LOVE YALL!

The Nissan Rogue SL AWD is what brought us to Classic Nissan of Texoma and Davion Quinn is what kept us there. I spent a little over a month contacting dealerships in the Louisiana/Arkansas/Texas area -- speaking with 9 salesmen from all different dealerships and ultimately finding myself disappointed and frustrated with the lack of quality customer service. I tracked him down because he is a trustworthy and not a high pressure salesman. He did so much with the other dealership and warranty place with little to no cooperation from them. In the end we had everything fixed and we are very happy with the outcome that may not have happened if we didn’t have the customer service we received. Classic Nissan got me right in and made a loaner car available for me and were excellent. Rudy really took care of me and my car. 2 days later and I have not had any of the issues I was experiencing.

The sales team was great!One Months Later: They sent my paperwork to someone else and their paperwork to me. Also, they changed the financing company on the paperwork without telling us. I finally received the correct paperwork the day before we had to register the car. The pleasant experience at the dealership quickly soured by whoever messed all the paperwork up after the sale.

Check engine light came on and sensor was replaced- my only dissatisfaction is the $130/hr labor charge. Labor was $390 for a tune-up and replacing a sensor. . almost half of the $876 invoice was labor. Now I get why people try to work on their own vehicles and watch YouTube videos!

Service dept overall is great. They completed the necessary repairs to my car, and gave me a car to drive during the repairs. But my daughter has been dissatisfied with the service tech Rudy the individual who writes up the repair forms during her last visit. The cashier and everyone else were very friendly, cordial, and nice.

My wife and I came in and we were greeted by Beau the sales manager. He then introduced us to Chastin who took very good care of us. We told him our needs and he went to work and found us a vehicle that fit those needs. Once we negotiated they took us over the Chad in finance who explained all of our options for extended warranty etc. He never tried to push us in any direction, he just explained options and let us pick. This was a great experience for us. I already recommended my neighbor Kelly to come down. His son needs a car.

You get a great price for your trade in when you take the car in for service the prices are reasonable they have a free loaner car they tell you what theyre going to do they show you what near car needs everything is as you are treated as you are a guest or family!

Went in for an oil change, 2 tires, for an inspection. Had to wait for tires, to be ordered & shipped for a Nissan Rogue. What Nissan dealer, has not a variety of tires, to service cars you sell? I got an EXCUSE for this and that; no tire, people late, the service time stretched out to more that 2 hrs. To top it all, I get a coupon ($100) savings for services I just received. A sales manager, reviewed my situation and said I would receive the rebate. We exchanged e-mail address, one communication was it is being reviewed. Now months later, nothing, no confirming communications, no replies to my updates....Beau Childs; I have not heard from you or gotten any rebates that you said was coming my way...Eric Bryant, you say, Relax & enjoy the difference. Well, you are either I forget my experience or maybe Ill receive another EXCUSE for your service.Word of mouth dissatisfaction is not something, I would want towards me personally, let alone of my business I was conducting. I have 2 vehicles a Rogue & NV2500; should I drive all the way to Ada Nissan for satisfaction and my next service of my vehicles?I give you that question.....

Called and could not get the service dept.Then chat on line to see if a recall reprogram had been done on my 2017 titan XD diesel. I went in for an oil change, and even though I had received a notice concerning a factory recall regarding the Nissan Altima I had forgotten about it. They quickly brought such to my attention and took care of the issue. That was pretty cool.
My Nissan was stalling when giving it gas and I took it to two different shops in Durant and neither one was able to correct the issue. I took it to Classic and it is now fixed and I was given a loaner car while it was being repaired and this was a big help. The staff was very friendly and this too was appreciated. I loved my car buying experience at Classic Nissan of Texoma! I went about an hour before they closed to look at a car and they stayed late to finish everything up. I highly recommend the service department as well! Every time we have been in to have the oil changed/tires rotated we have been treated so well! They are great people to deal with. Jay Lacy was our service advisor the last time we were in and he was very helpful in explaining all of the things I had questions about.

She greets me by name, when I come in, makes my stay comfortable with the Starbucks coffee machine, gives me a good estimate of the time it will take and updates on what service might be coming up next. It is nice to work with a dealership that is top rated from sales to service!

Took my Nissan van in for routine service, oil change and tire rotation. As I was pulling in to the bay I received a call from work asking me to be back in less than and hour. I was promptly met by Jay Lacy (Service Mgr.) I told him about my need to be back to work shortly he said he would see how quickly he could get me in and back out. He came back and told me that he could get the oil changed now and I could return after my meeting or later in the day to complete the services, which is exactly what happened. Cudos to you Jay and your team for such great customer service.
