Moved using Brown Box Movers back in June. Excellent experience. The two guys showed up at 7am, drove 6 hours, then unpacked the truck at like 9pm at night. The main guy, Dan, literally was running in and out of our house to unload stuff after a 12+ hour day. Good communication with this company as well.

When I originally called to get two trucks on a quick turn around they weren’t able to accommodate but called back within an hour to let me know they could accommodate AND it would be the day I requested!! The guys that helped moved my stuff (Julian, Joe, and Hunter) did a phenomenal job moving my stuff from my old apartment to my new one in a two hour window I had. The crew and service was exceptional. They went above and beyond our expectations. This crew of 5 was awesome ! We had a lot of old and odd pieces of furniture and things. They picked our things up from storage brought them to our house and placed everything exactly where I wanted and moved them when I changed my mind about placement - all with a smile in 98 degree weather. Every one of them was polite and very personable. If I were to move again heaven forbid I would for sure want this crew - they were the best ! I highly recommend that you do what you can to keep them they work so very well together they are an asset to your company ! Just finished using Brown Box Movers for junk removal after a move across the city. They were AMAZING! I worked with Jessica to schedule the junk removal, and she was very helpful, responsive, and worked with me to find a good time on a very tight schedule. We even added some things to the junk pile and they still honored the original quote. Justin called ahead of time as they were supposed to, the crew was super nice and professional in person, and moved everything out within 30 minutes. There were a few things they were legally unable to move, which they explained in detail. I wish we could have moved with this company, but everyone loves them so they werent available on our moving day. Thanks for being great!

We had a great experience with Brown Box Movers! I was very anxious about the details of our move, having to move our belongings into two different trucks as half would go into storage and the other half into an apartment. However, these guys made it look easy as they safely and accurately moved everything into the two trucks without a problem and also with little guidance needed. We had 3 movers all lead by Grayson who was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. His confidence instantly put me at ease! Office personnel professional, emailed estimate, very clear communication, no hidden costs. When you choose Brown Box you will get trained movers, especially the head guy. Justin oversaw every aspect of our belongings and their condition from storage. We had some heavy oversize pieces of furniture - very daunting, and they carefully handled/dollied/carried and placed the items. These guys have my vote. Brown Box couldnt have served us better.

My Brown Box crew was super. They showed exemplary skill and service in both packing my belongings and loading the PODS. Furniture placement takes a special talent and experience. Arturo has just as much talent and skill in placing furniture in a moving van as the HGTV decorators when placing furniture in the model homes! All the crew catered to my needs as a geriatric customer and I really appreciated it. Several friends recommended them and I can’t imagine anything but A+ ratings. Hiring Brown Box movers is a good move.

I’m not even sure where to start but in short I have only positive things to say!I’m just going to make a list of the reasons why I liked them, and you should use them, in the order which I experienced.1) The online quote was a great tool and they responded quickly with my estimate. The representative who called me was very patient and answered all of my questions, making sure everything was clear and I was getting the perfect estimate for my move.2) Every time I called to make a change to my moving plans (date, number of stops, number of items, etc.) the representative was extremely kind about making my changes and assured me it was no issue at all. I’m sure it was a little inconvenient but they made me feel like it was no trouble at all.3) The communication from the team about my move before the move day, and on moving day was fantastic. I felt confident that they would take care of me and make my moving day a lot less stressful because they would be there!4) The movers were very polite and professional. They followed my directions perfectly and made sure I was happy with everything they were doing.5) All of my stuff got moved in the exact amount of time I predicted it would, and their attitude about the work was great!!6) The company has a policy (that I’m sure most have) which forbids customers from moving their own furniture, so all I had to do was make sure things were organized and getting taken care of how I wanted them to! I didn’t lift a finger for anything other than items that I personally wanted to take on my own to my vehicle at the end like the sheets on my bed. They would’ve carried them to my car for me but I didn’t need help lol.6) The total amount I paid was SO fair and SO worth it! I did quite a bit of shopping around for moving companies in Denton and I feel like this was the best one to hire.Side note not about the company:If you hire movers, they accept and highly appreciate a tip! Generally a good tip is between $20-$40 per mover. I only know this because an ex boyfriend of mine worked for a moving company in another town, and he told me this when we were together. Sadly many don’t know that tipping is a thing for movers, so spread the word! They bust their a** for their customers and they could always earn a little more than what they get paid, so please tip!!

My wife and I had a local move and decided to hire a company to help us move our larger items. We got several quotes and Brown Box was the most thorough, transparent, responsive and professional. My move window was 2-5pm. I received a call n hour and a half early asking if I was able to move at that time (no pressure from them to do so but I readily agreed!) I wanted to get the move started. They were there about 10 mins after our conversation.Both guys were very accommodating, kind and professional. I had another stop before my destination and they were in and out! My last stop included them placing the furniture and removing the shrink wrap. Move was a 2 hr minimum and we stayed within that. Very affordable and would use them again. Hands down!Much appreciated!!

I was moving from a second story apartment to a townhouse and had several pieces of furniture that I had gotten up the stairs on spite and willpower alone, but would definitely break my back if I tried it again. I asked around for quotes from several places, and Brown Box Movers quoted my move at half the price of other places for 2 hours with 2 movers. Even if they just got the three heaviest and biggest pieces, I would have been happy, but they moved practically everything that was safe to move in that quoted time! When we got to the new townhouse, my sofa wouldnt fit and I was at a complete loss for the 0.3 seconds it took for one of the movers to say theyll just take the door off. And honestly, the door locks easier after they put it back on! They were professional, absolutely knew what they were doing, quick and efficient and arrived early on in the window of time Id booked literally the day before. Cant recommend them enough!!!

They showed up a little early, which was nice. They worked hard all day, however, they broke my refrigerator and two large-screen TVs, one of which was only a couple of months old. They had explained the insurance really badly so I only got the lowest level, but then they tried to lowball me even on the lowest level of settlement. Also, I have completely unpacked everything and am missing at least one box. I dont know if they lost it or not. If you are in a bind and have to move and no one else is available, move all your expensive things yourself and let them move the boxes of things you dont care about as much... and get the best insurance for the things they break
