The best! My fiance and I hired Jeffrey for our wedding bands and theyre absolutely beautiful. He engraved a Chinese-Jewish design on the inside of the bands, so definitely use him if you need a custom piece. Very easy to work with and really listens to what you want. Just a good all around guy and very accomodating. Its clear hes been in the industry for a long time. Highly recommend!

The worst a lab made diamond should still ping as a diamond but they have those fake pens. Took my ring elsewhere to see if they could fix it after almost 6k that we spend on it they tell me they can’t even work on it the stone is not diamond at all shame on you guys for taking advantage!

When my now-fiance and I were talking about the next step, he wanted to make sure that the ring he proposed with was something I would want to wear forever. My friend had recommended Jeffery B. and so in we went. Jeffery worked with me to design my perfect ring. We started from scratch until we had a digital blueprint to start from. He called us in a few days after we had the concept finished to make sure that the blue topaz he had procured for the center stone met our expectations. Throughout the entire process, he was communicative, friendly, and professional, and he created the exact ring that I had envisioned. To me, its perfect, and in no small part thanks to Jeffery.Since the initial purchase, Ive had to take it in to be sized down and later to be repaired and replated after I knocked out a side stone. His wife and business partner (I regret never getting her name) has taken great care of me. Shes super friendly and helpful.Its great that we have a talented, professional, and independent jewler in our community. I researched several jewelers in the area before deciding to come to Jeffrey B. I had my friends watch I wanted repaired, it was his fathers who had recently passed away. I just wanted to know if we could get the back replaced, the crystal had been broken. We just needed to know if they could repair or if we needed to send to the watch maker. I was assured that someone would call within the next day or two. After three days, I called and was told they still needed to find out. After a week, I called and was told they still didnt have an answer. After two weeks, I left a voicemail, no one called back. Each time I reiterated that this was all my friend had of his father and it was special, I asked that someone just call and let me know what was going on. Zero response.Christmas came and passed, no one called or updated me. After the New Year, I stopped by to pick it up, they were closed for the holidays. No problem, I completely understand being closed. I finally was able to get in touch with someone on January 18th, **five weeks** after I dropped the watch off just to find out if it could be fixed there or if it needed to be sent back to the watch maker to be repaired.This is completely unacceptable for customer service. I called several times and was given the run around or my voice mails were not returned.**EDITED**As I stated above, I had no problem that it couldn’t be repaired. My frustration was and is your lack of communication and consideration for a watch which had sentimental value. You still are failing to acknowledge you all dropped the ball here. That’s my problem, six weeks and zero communication, NOT that you couldn’t fix it.

So grateful to have this family in my life. From excellent appraisals to designing a new setting for an inherited ring that made it SPECTACULAR, always fair, flexible on payments or trading in gold etc.---Cant say enough about these folks. In short, just dont go anywhere else. Ever.

Unfortunately, I was that guy that showed up right at closing time. The customer service was absolutely awesome...the door was locked when I walked up. I was spotted and got the universal hang on gesture. I dont recall the last time I was greeted with such enthusiasm...especially for being closing time! Its rare to not feel like an inconvenience these days! They were able to fix up my Moto 360 as a pin fell out over the weekend. It didnt really use standard parts but the fellow there was able to put my watch back together! I will definitely return here for any future needs.
