Becky and Barry are amazing! I chipped the diamond in my wedding ring and was referred to them for replacement. When they looked at my diamond under the microscope in front of me, we found out that the diamond that was in my ring was not the diamond that was supposed to be in there. It had a completely different ID number etched in the stone and was of a much poorer color and quality than what I was supposed to have. The previous jeweler that I went to to replace a previously chipped diamond (Diamond Image in Westminster) had put in a far inferior diamond than the one that they were supposed to put in there and that they gave me forged paperwork for. I had been wearing it for 4 years without even knowing it. The appraisal and GIA report that I got from Diamond Image were completely false. If I had not chipped my diamond again I never would have known! Becky and Barry were so extremely helpful. They worked with my insurance company to make sure I got a replacement that was even better than what I was supposed to have. They educated me that you should ALWAYS look at the number etched in your stone to make sure you are leaving with what you are supposed to have. They are extremely trustworthy and honest, unlike Laura at Diamond Image. We will never go anywhere else for jewelry. Thanks so much!
