I was very pleased with the service I received. Matt was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I will be using this company again for future service needs.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.i would give them a negative 10 if it was possible.I will only state facts and let u decide. The facts I state can all be verified.1. I was given an estimate this May and paid a deposit of $1,000. The scheduled install delivery date was to be mid July. I received a text that it had been pushed back to mid August. I called end of August and was td that I would receive a new ETA. I never heard back from them I called early September and they scheduled installation for Sept 8th. When no one showed up I called and was told that their truck broke down.They did not call to let me know. They then told that they would be there the next day. Installer arrived at 3:26 pm and was finished at 9:30 pm.I now have to call another company to do a final adjustment as the door shudders when first closing. It is not smooth. Also the rubber around the out side is torn and not straight. There are gaps i can jjput my fingers through. It is an insulated door but what good is that if the gaps are still thereThe above are facts.My opinion and recommendation is to never use this company. They advertise as veteran owned. Which they probably are. I am a Vietnam veteran and will not use or recommend this company.The price and quality of the door seem to be good.But in my opion and experience everything else was a complete fail.
Technician came before scheduled window and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did an awesome job, I couldnt be happier. The price is right too.
Absolutely horrible experience. I feel robbed. Do not work with this company. They charged me $35 for a service call that consisted of the tech (who was a very nice person) telling me he had no idea how to fix my garage door. I don’t think I should be charged for a service call that provided me with no expert advice on how to move forward. I’m no closer to understanding whats wrong with my garage door than I was yesterday. Again the tech was a nice guy and very respectful. But it’s ridiculous to charge people and provide them no service.
The OGD Technician was on time (actually a little early which was wonderful). He inspected the garage door and gave several options for the fix. I appreciated the detailed explanation of the problem. He followed through with the option that was chosen in a seemingly short time.He was professional, efficient, friendly, and safety conscious (asked if I wanted him to wear a mask)!!!
Julian provided recommendations that made sense and I went with his recommendations. There was an issue that we worked out only because he was sincerely intent on making sure that I was happy with the service. I was indeed satisfied with his proposed solution, and I am very impressed with Julians sincerity and professionalism. If every service person operated this way then there would be a lot more happy customers out there. Thanks OGD. You have a solid employee in Julian.
Service tech was great. This company though has been horrible. They neglected to tell us our garage needed to be empty prior to the installation. Our top panel has a dent in it, which considering the $1800 price tag for a new door and for it to have a dent in it and the lack of communication. All this after waiting almost three months from the date we had them here to quote/order a new garage door. Not to mention the gap at the top of the door that is doing less to keep the cold out then my damaged door was. Definitely not happy with this company and would not recommend them to anyone else. Just hoping the top panel gets repaired and the gap to get fixed.
This is a rip off, trying to charge someone over $500 for a broken spring. I called around (it’s about $229 to replace spring on garage door) after wasting my time with ogd assessments and not telling me price over the phone and would tell you only in person after I took of work to be home.
Examined broken garage door, recommend options.Repair or replace. decided to replace and he gave me a nice discount. Nice guy!
