Sad I didn’t try Liks until recently since it’s walkable and delicious. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors and the person working was super polite in telling us about each one. I’m sure they frequently get asked what each one is so I appreciated that he took his time in explaining things and letting us order. I got a waffle cone dipped in chocolate and sprinkles and it was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good ice cream.

My journey with Liks begins on a red eye flight from Denver to Indianapolis, where I first received the recommendation for this place. I was not disappointed. The ice cream is delicious, the flavors are diverse and interesting, and the staff is extremely friendly! I could not ask for more in an ice cream store. I purchased a double scoop, which was honestly too much ice cream as the serving sizes were very generous. I love this stores proximity to Cheesman Park. If you find yourself enjoying a nice day in the park on a Saturday afternoon, I highly recommend heading over to Liks to cap off a perfect day.

Nice girl at the counter scooped me two teaspoons worth of ice cream. Great ice cream but highly suggest that the girl lift some weights to work that scooping strength up! :D

I love ice cream, but Im also extremely picky. I like ice cream that is rich and creamy, without being overly sweet, and Liks delivers consistently. They have a wide variety of flavors, and we havent found a bad one yet. So far, this is our favorite ice cream parlor in the Denver area. The only downsides are that they currently arent doing hot fudge and they dont do ice-cream cakes.

Possibly the greatest ice cream I’ve ever had! I’ve loved all of their flavors — from “bear in the woods” (vanilla ice cream with honey and graham crackers) to salted caramel (I don’t usually love salted caramel, but this had amazing chunks of delicious caramel and was sooo creamy!).They’ve impressed me most with their cotton candy! I didn’t know cotton candy ice cream could taste so much like the real thing! It even had little chunks of it. Just a single scoop transported me back to a fair and made me feel like I was taking fluffy, mouthwatering bites out of freshly spun cotton candy.The prices are pretty awesome too. My go-to is doing half a scoop of two flavors, which is really more like two full scoops. And I love that their flavors change each week!

This place was pretty good! We got the Smores, Texas Turtle, and Cheesman, and they were all pretty tasty flavors. The service was good and the location is cute and convenient. Parking can be a bit tricky, but not terrible!

Liks, where the staff is always friendly, is a small, neighborhood, ice cream shop in the Capital Hill neighborhood that offers an amazing variety of ice cream flavors along with other tasty ice cream treats. Wether you put it in a cone ( they have several cone options) or a cup you will not be disappointed. The only, minor, downsides are limited parking and seating. Do yourself and check out Like.

I couldnt decide on which flavor so I got 3 scoops in a cup. The peach tasted like an actual peach, not that artificial peach flavoring. Pineapple upside down cake had a perfect balance of pineapple and spice. The fluffernutter reminded me of the sandwiches I used to eat in high school but frozen which was the perfect lunch treat on a hot day.

Liks ice cream is SO creamy and delicious! It tastes like it was especially made for you! We drive over 30 minutes to get this ice cream as a special treat and its so worth it! Highly recommend!!

Sherbet is actually pronounce, sherbet and offering free ice-cream to customers may be a little humorous and innocent but not when it is coupled with suggestive behavior that subtly requests the accompanying (paying) adult leave while the children stay behind?...nah. My husband went to pick up a couple of milkshakes for us as a special treat while we are in the hospital waiting for our son to be born and they aren’t serving milkshakes because of covid... that doesn’t even make sense. If you have milkshakes listed on your website, then you should offer milkshakes once a person makes the drive to purchase one. I even called ahead to check on a flavor to be proactive, and wouldn’t have thought they didn’t offer milkshakes. I’m tired of businesses using covid as an excuse to offer mediocre service and offerings.* To be clear, it is not that I don’t take the virus seriously. The issue is when the changes don’t make sense or aren’t clearly communicated.

Ice cream has been top quality for as long as I can remember. The pandemic did not change that. Masks enforced inside and no samples for hygiene.

Liks ice cream has been around town for a while and they are proud! They have a huge selection of amazing flavors and don’t sweat if your vegan they got you with a vegan salty cookie and vegan chocolate salty cookie and it’s truly hard to tel which ones I enjoy better the real or the vegan but y’all will have to try them both and let us know!

My friend took me here after discovering Ive never been---and I am now a fan! Their palette consists of wild flavors like Samoan Cookie and one of my faves, Green Nerds. Theres a good amount of space inside with the tables and chairs packed away but there are a few tables outside to enjoy the good weather.

A neighborhood institution that has been in business over four decades. The hand dipped scoops are delicious. Lots of flavors to choose from. I sat outside as their indoor seating was closed for COVID. Worth the visit. I think parking can be a challenge. There are a few seats outside. Street parking only.

Yummy! Warm afternoon or cool summer evening, Liks Ice Cream is a great place for grabbing a sweet treat. Their homemade flavors taste homemade, which makes it the real deal ice cream shop. I loved their variety, everything from the classics like chocolate to creative cherry flavors and whiskey. Its perfect to grab on your way to Cheeseman Park.

This amazing ice cream just made the staff of an entire veterinary hospital VERY VERY happy on a Monday. The salted cookie was amazing, and from what I hear the other flavors as well!

There were two customers tonight that got very upset about a fast paced work environment despite it being 10 minutes past closing. The on shift manager, lili, handled the situation with grace and dignity. Their service is impeccable and their ice cream is AMAZING! Made in house!
