Cool little shop. People there have been cool when i go in. Its close to.my job so I typically eun in on my lunch break.. Always have what i nees and the price is good definitely fair compared some of the other shops in the area. They do tattoos as well Im not sure who the artists are but Im definitely going to ask about next time I go in and ask to see some of their work. If everything seems clean and on the up and up then Ill have them do a little piece on my arm to see if i want more work done. .. if you go you will have a good experience and find what you need.. more of Mom and Pop kind of place where friends and family work the front counters and doing the work

Please never go here unless you want to deal with someone clearly intoxicated and doesn’t care at all. Asked for a 14mm-14mm female to male connector and got a 14-10, guy clearly didn’t care and wanted to end his shift. Avoid at all costs. There’s so many smoke shops in Denver that actually appreciate customers, please don’t shop here.

Fantastic service from Goldie (i think thats what he said his name was)! I was able to get everything i need and more for way less than what i wouldve paid anywhere else! Definitely my new favorite smoke shop!I had to come back and exit this post.. The bong i bought from Broadway Smoke Shop is by far my favorite rig/ set up Ive had yet! Like i said before i got everything i needed for the rig including a thermal banger!, a kick a$$ disc carb cap, and a Bender dab tool!! Even if you arent shopping for a specific piece, i recommend stopping in because the selection is fantastic! I will be shopping there again!

Updated: I have to change my review to a 1 star. The same guy I raved about before has completely ruined this place for me. Theaat few times Ive been in, there was a lack of attention or greeting while I waited and waited for help. He also has inconsistently charged me for regular items or has not given me correct change and will argue about it so I always just give up and lose the money. Im pretty sure he pockets whatever he dishonestly over charges. Sad to see but my friends and I will take our business elsewhere to more friendly, honest, and helpful shops in the area. I highly recommend Headrush Smoke Shop on 13th st downtown or the Freakys on Wadsworth in Lakewood.Original: The dude that was here when I went in was awesome! One of the best shops in Denver. Although its smaller, they have an amazing & unique selection. Staff is down to earth and knowledgeable about the products. Even if its your first time there, they make you feel like family. They offer personal insight to why they like certain products. They dont just push things to make a Sale. They try to make sure you leave out with exactly what you need. Pipes are unique and fairly priced. I bought a concave grinder with a door on the side that a young lady helped me with. I believe her name was Mackenzie. I love it. And just like she said the design helps reduce the amount that gets stuck in the middle...if I could give this store more than 5 stars I would. It was that amazing

I love Broadway Smoke Shop because every visit i have there reminds me that customer service is not completely dead.
