Absolutely inspiring place. First time visiting today and had a blast. The smell, the atmosphere feels like going back to high school/college practice rooms, but even the smallest offering has all the gear and gadgets you need for whatever youre planning to do. Full PA was super easy to set up, full stack amps were set up and ready to plug in and jam away the hours. I want to live there.

Really good place to rehearse, enough equipment to use, maybe just need to be checked a bit more often because some amps are blown. The only issue I find is that the walls are a bit thin or not soundproofed enough, good luck if you have a death metal band in the room next to you.

I just want to be in a place where I can turn my amp up past 1.

Great place, inexpensive and they have all the amps and drums already set up. The drum pedal was even messed up and they immediately gave us a different one so we doesnt waste any time there. Great staff, safe location and a good spot to have a beer before practice nearby.

This place is not glamorous, nor does it need to be. What it is is incredibly accommodating for such incredibly low prices, maintaining and providing access to all sorts of good and functional equipment, ranging from XLRs and mics to even guitars and full blown amps and cabs ready for you to utilize in well deadened spaces that may not have the best air conditioning, but what youre getting for the price (including dollar sodas and snacks for sale!), It more than makes up for it.

Street parking can be hard to find. Great facility with good gear. Good environment for creativity.

Great place to jam . Not the best equipment, but it’s a good place to go if you need same day rehearsal seasons . Plus the hourly prices aren’t too expensive. Very affordable

I’ve practiced drums and held group rehearsals at RocketSpace since I moved to the Denver area last summer. I really enjoy it here, it’s truly a home base. The rooms and equipment are great, the online portal is straightforward and dependable, and seriously these past few months it’s been especially nice to be able to come play in a space that is on top of it re: Covid protocol. Hands free, no worries, great space. Make loud music, pls and thank you.

The rooms are clean & stocked with quality gear, they have loaners for every need from instruments to cords.On my first visit:I showed up and the streets were shut down due to an event. It was a struggle to get the gear loaded in, and half the band gave up trying to find parking & went home.Kate, the owner, offered a free reschedule, and let two of us practice for free for an hour since we drove down there already!Top notch customer service.

Absolutely a great time ! The equipment was neat and in good order. The only downtime we experienced was where our drummer had to reconfigure the drum set from a jazz setup to a rock setup. Ten minutes of our time was spent getting settled in. Other then that it was a lot of fun dialing into each other and feeling each other out for our first time ! Thanks to the staff for being helpful in getting us where we needed to be, not just our room but our attitude... Keep up on the good vibes !

Though I don’t play in a band, I rented a room here to practice my french horn while I was waiting to check into my Airbnb. The sound in the room was nice and the checkin process was easy. I reserved the room ahead of time via text, and paid when I got there. I can’t speak to the quality of equipment they have, since I didn’t use it.

Clean place, extremely friendly staff( and owner) they are the new home for our band. I will be booking a room when i feel like blowing my head off with volume in the middle of the night sometime also.

Its a really good idea. Price is definitely fair. Equipment is adequate for sure. Only downside is the awful location by a bunch of bars so parking is a drag when youre carrying your gear.

What a fantastic idea! And a lifesaver! Ive had to downsize which meant goodbye to my drum kits but I wanted to keep practicing if I could. I can rent a room with a kit already set up for$5/hour! Im home!

My band and I have been using this place for about a year now for show rehearsals. Customer service is good. Easy booking. Price range is reasonable. Nice experience overall.I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes equipments don’t work and It’s time consuming having to tell staff to replace or fix it.

I rented a studio because I no longer own a drum kit and wanted to just mess around and jam. It was quick & easy to reserve a studio, and the rates are incredibly low especially considering the studios include a drum kit, PA, mics, amps, cords, etc.I cant speak on other studios, but the room I rented on Larimer was bright and clean.The only reason I cant give them 5 stars is because their equipment is quite run down and not 100% functional. But I suppose thats where their monthly rental space on S Broadway comes in.Overall I definitely recommend Rocketspace for individuals and bands who need a reliable place to practice. And its super CHEAP!

This place is awesome. They have equipment you can use there if you dont want to use your own or just too lazy to bring your own. This place continues to improve. They even have a small store in the front now full of useful nic knacks. Flexible payment options. They charge an hourly rate but really cheap if you split payments between band members.

Rocketspace is great and constantly improving, and Kate is a fair and capable owner. So glad to have it in the RiNo neighborhood!

Decent place to jam if you got a few extra bucks Im sure some of the most pretentious bands in Denver have played there a time or two she listened real closely at the walls you just might be able to plagiarize some of their riffs LOL just playing but seriously if you have a drummer and guitarist and want to have a little fun stop by this place for a few hours you might surprise yourself with a small room for walls and the stench of sweat my do for your inspiration

Highly recommend!!! Such a great place to practice! I live in an apartment and have been missing being able to play my saxophone as loud as I want. Ive been needing to prep for an upcoming show and this has been amazing. Super easy and affordable to book a room - all you have to do is send a text to their phone number thats on the website and someone replies within 30 minutes and lets you know if the room is available and what the price is, then if you want it you just agree to book it and pay when you arrive. They have different sized rooms -solo, full band, etc. equipped with amps, drums, music stands, PA systems, and more depending on what room you book. They have created such an amazing thing for musicians who dont have a good practice space to still be able to go make some noise. Ill be starting a band again soon now that I know Im not limited by my lack of a practice space at home.

If you want crank it to 11, but you and your cop-calling-fun-hating neighbors walls are paper thin, this is where you should go. Ive probably spent at least 20 hours here and Ive never had a single issue period. Friendly efficient staff, quality equipment and kits, and VERY affordable pricing you cant beat it. There isnt a parking lot but you can usually find some street parking no more than a block or so away.

So dang convenient. Reasonably priced, legitimate 24 hour access with room reservation, decent equipment for practices (but you can bring your own stuff if you prefer), cool atmosphere... They have 6 rooms available, so peak hours fill up fairly regularly. Availability is posted online so check that, schedule early, and you shouldnt have any issues. The staff is super chill and flexible.Rocket Space is sweet!

Decent spaces, but extraordinarily loud! Even if your group isnt that loud, youll hear the other groups near you. Provided backline gear is decent but functional so long as youre not too picky.

I dont have enough good things to say about this place: Super easy to schedule, air conditioned, rooms are fully equipped with every possible thing you could need, amps, drums, sounds system, community cables, ect.... The list goes on. Kate is extremely responsive to any of your needs and works really hard to accommodate whatever you or your band needs.I would HIGHLY recommend RocketSpace to anyone looking for a top notch rehearsal space at more than reasonable rates.

I’ve been to rehearsal studios all over the US and this is one of my favorite ones. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s absolutely the most affordable I’ve ever come across.

This place is great for anyone who plays an instrument or a musician themselves. Its also a great place to take and host lessons.

Very reasonable pricing, fast and friendly customer service, and when I forgot a cable they had backups so I didnt lose time making a quick trip back. Will definitely be coming back for more sessions.

Great option for bands that dont practice multiple times a week (for those a dedicated space might be cheaper). Rooms are setup with full backline so can just plug in guitars and go.

Plenty of available gear so you can just show up and jam: PA, a variety of bass and guitar rigs, drums, mic stands, cables. Picks, strings and other accessories for sale so youre never stymied by breaking a string or forgetting a cable. Upper Larimer location is centrally-located if you have members scattered across the metro area. Lots of available parking in a well-lighted and trafficked area of Upper Larimer. VERY reasonable prices, supportive owner, sense of musical community growing all the time. Highly recommended.

Not a suprise, but theres a vast amount of bleed through sound from the surrounding practice rooms that you have to play at a competing volume to hear yourself. Nonetheless, its an awesome place to practice if you dont have the comodity of your own practice space.
