I love the Depew location. Pleasant, professional, and excellent work. They took care of all the insurance problems, and kept me up to date with the repairs. They quoted a time frame, and stuck to it.

Had my car repaired here after I was hit from behind by a 1933 Lincoln. Did near $13K in damage. Took about 3 weeks for the repairs. Communication from the shop was great! Repairs look great as well. Spacing around the doors and trunk is equal and operates like new. Highly reccomend them.

Hit a deer and my insurance company suggested Carstar. They were helpful kept me up-to-date about my vehicle. Vary professional delt with my insurance so I didnt have to. Finished my vehicle before they originally said it would be done. Would recommend.

FANTASTIC....After being rear ended while stopped at a traffic light, we brought our new car there for an estimate and repair. Carstar went above and beyond in their service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and very helpful, even when I arrived late to pick up my truck. When I dropped my truck off, the rental car was not available yet (through no fault of Carstar) and the gentleman offered to arrange a ride for me. Service was completed quicker than I expected.

I went in with a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix. Deer car collision. I was treated as if i had a 2020 Escalade. I have NEVER been treated so well. The entire place (where you drop your car off) to the end, is SPOTLESS! Amanda, Kyle and Jordan made it the most seamless transition from my damaged car, to a rental. My car looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. 5 stars all the way.

I had some damage done to my car from a deer. CARSTAR made it very easy to get the damage fixed. They dealt with the Allstate Insurance company and Enterprise car rental. Where do I begin? This place and the staff were AMAZING. I have a 2019 dodge Durango rt that I love and the staff made it as if they loved said Durango just as much. They took care of my car, detailed it, and kept me informed the ENTIRE TIME. Whenever you go into this place its like talking with a bunch of friends and not people rushing to only get your business and money. I was very happy with my experience with Carstar Northeast Collision. I hit a deer with my 2019 Hyundai Sonata, and took my car to Northeast Collision because they have done excellent work for me in the past. They wrote up the estimate, arranged for a rental car, amd told me my car would be repaired in a week (the following Friday). My car was actually finished a day early, and it looks good as new.
