Stay away from this place. Took my car there for inspection. We asked them to top off fluids, they told us they did- they didn’t. Also took the tire off to inspect brakes and rotors (which they failed and quoted us $800+) to which we declined and they replaced my 17mm lug nut with a 15mm rusted one. Took it to a different place and they said the brakes and rotors were fine, just needed to be cleaned up.

Use to come here all the time, in and out without any hassle or problems with one of the guys that use to work here but since I was told he got fired a while back, it’s like every time I call now or stop in since then it’s always rude customer service. Save yourself the time and hassle, go across the street to Monro. Guys that are well mannered, straight forward and get things done quickly.

Dropped my truck off for proactive maintenance. Worked with management to identify the work to be completed. They made good recommendations and were not trying to upsell. Work was completed faster than I expected. Prices were inline with my expectations.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation. They only did my oil change. I have a slow leak in 1 of my tires. And a scuff mark on one of my rims that I did prior. Checked 2 days later and I noticed the tires couldnt have been changed. I called them and left a message and told them I wasnt pleased. No one returned my call. I paid over $40 for a oil change no tire rotation. Dont do business with them.

The staff is very friendly and there is little to no wait for basic services like oil changes and inspections. I recommend going to their website and printing out the coupons they have. You can save some money that way.

Manko Auto is the best place I have ever been to before!!! I have a truck that had issues from day 1 and they were always helpful and very upfront about cost and what my vehicle always needed!!! Never once was I ever treated poorly. I was always treated like a person and never talked down to or tried being swindled. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Dropped of car in the AM, I left it there all day (I like to do that so they dont feel rushed and I dont get cranky) they call and told me how much tires would be and great news they had the tires. Most places you have to order ahead of time. They said car would be ready at 4 and YES it was. Geat place Ill be back!

I waited MONTHS TO HAVE MY 1 YR.OLD LEASE W less than 2k miles environmental part to be up to snuff! I wont go back there...it was winter, I use a cane, and they wanted me to drive more n more. Wound up NEVER having it done!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP Very dishonest business, do not take your vehicle to this shop. Tom Manko lied about the status of my bake system, failed my inspection for no reason, and would not refund my inspection cost. He does not honor coupons that are posted on his own website. He told me that i needed a repair for over 400$ I had my car reinspected the next day at another automotive shop and it passed with no issues DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP

The old saying you get what you pay for couldnt be more true in the automotive aftermarket. As an aftermarket professional I can tell you that the knowledge to diagnose and work on todays vehicles does not come cheap, and neither does the tooling. Seminars can run thousands of dollars per technician. However the knowledge learned will save valuable time and allow the technicians to ensure a completely safe and satisfying vehicle to transport your and your family.If your worried about price, think about this. There may be cheaper mechanics in town but are the equally capable to diagnose and repair your vehicle as the technicians working at Mankos? You could save $15 an hour by going down the street to your backyard mechanic that is going to require an additional 40% of the time to diagnose and fix the problem which ultimately just ate your labor savings anyways. I made a horrible mistake in stopping here for a nys inspection. They were close to home and could get me in right away. Boy, I should have just waited until friday for my mechanic. They told me my front springs were broken which they are NOT and that I have a bad outer tie rod. The tie rod might be true, will find out soon. I sat there waiting for an hour while my car sat on a lift, ignored so they coukd work on a vehicle that arrived after mine. The woman working there told me the wait was so she could find the springs, clearly assuming I would just agree to an unnessesary repair. They pulled the sticker out of my windsheild when I said no to the ridiculous price they wanted for the repair (93/hour for labor is outrageous) and when I asked how Im supposed to drive it without a sticker, I was given a shrug and told they had to take it and sent me on my way. I got home after driving terrified of getting pulled over and read the sheet. I was failed for front end suspension and steering, which went with what they said, but under that it says FRAME/CHASSIS?! Nothing was said to me about the frame and the frame is in exceptional condition for the age of the car. This shop didnt get to milk me for money and clearly thought I was some dumb girl who doesnt know anything about cars. Nice try! Im currently having my car towed to my HONEST mechanic. AVOID THIS CON SHOP!

This guy is a crook! Wanted to charge me $300 for a $100 part, and then wanted to charge me two hours labor ($200) for a job that I did myself in twenty minutes
