Alex was a great help. He worked us through all of our issues. I am glad to say I am AT&T customer now because I know in the future I have nothing to worry about for I have people like Alex and everyone at my local AT&T store!!!

So I was recommended to come to this location, because the staff here was amazing. Yes as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted, with a very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming staff. I’ve been with my previous phone company for years now so I’ve been content. I’m excited with the offers AT&T have for first responders. It adds to being proud to what I do for a living. Fast very informative!!! The gentleman that helped me was very friendly, explained how to get old info to new phone !! Explained the benefit if switching tv service to Apple TV !!! Would recommend this AT&T over all the rest I have been to in the past !!!

I had a scheduled appointment for an upgrade from an Android to iPhone. Staff was very helpful and courteous. You could see both representatives new there job and were excellent. I would recommend AT&T.

Nothing against the employees here never had a issue however att as a whole is the biggest scam company ever I was with them for a few months my bills would vary greatly in price no change on my end one I said enough is enough and left they would continue to charge me for service o didnt have anymore and when I tried to address it noone had any solution the only thing I was told over and over is if you dont pay on full today we will put it on your credit and by this time the bill was 1900 magically they would always talk down to me this is the biggest pos company ever
Upgraded our old cell phones. I had madean appointment and we were greeted as soon as we walked in by a nice young lady named Kimberly. Very helpful got our phones ready and downloaded all our photos and contacts. Was done in approximately 30 if not less and that was upgrading my wifes and my new phones thank you KimberlyJim & Janice

At all my previous trips to the store I have been completely satisfied. On this occasion my daughter took my frozen iPad mini into see what was wrong with it as it had a black screen. She was told it was not recoverable. She purchased a new iPad for me but was told that my old iPad mini was not backed up to the cloud. I was aware that it had not been backed up recently because the cloud was full. However it had been backed up at one time and should have been recoverable to the new iPad. I now have an iPad which has no contacts, I can’t retrieve any mail, all of my notes and recipes that I had stored are gone. As I have used my iPad Mini for almost all of my Internet connections and my banking it will be very inconvenient to try and replace all of my contacts and much of the information that was on my iPad Mini is not available right now on other sources.

The man I dealt with couldnt get me out of the store fast enough. Wanted me to order my phone online and activate it myself. Went to the store in Milestrip in Orchard Park and received amazing service. They ordered my phone, set up my account and when my phone came in, walked me through all of my questions.
We made a 10:00 appointment. We got there before the store opened at 10:00,and there were four people waiting outside. When they opened the door they took the other two peoples name and waited on them first and they didnt have an appointment. We said that we had an appointment for 10:00 and all the guy said was SORRY. Why do they want you to make an appointment when they dont even go by it. Then when I was explaining why we were there, the salesman didnt even look at me when I was talking, he looked at my husband who was saying nothing. Very rude. Then he wanted us to give him our password to get into our account !! We said No Way. Who in this day and age gives their password out to anyone. He finally figured out that he didnt need it. We just hope that what we went in there for he actually got right.
I came in to turn in a AT&T Next trade in, after I already upgraded my device. The salesman told me they no longer accept trade ins at the stores, and I need to mail it. I then pull up the email sent from At&t, which clearly states to return to a store, which I walk back in and show the salesman, and he then states he CAN send it back, but there’s no guarantee it will make it to att and I should do it myself because he “throws them in a bin, and the manager sends them out”. He told me he tells all his customers with trade ins to do this since they lose phones. Ridiculous.

Nothing but problems since we opened up an account!!! Keep being told one thing and then getting sent multiple bills well over $600 when we have 2 people on our account. Both the salesman and the manager said our bill should be $220. An extra account was added and they didnt even know how. Weve called multiple times and were told they would adjust our bill and that it isnt right. Yet here we are, still over $300. Cannot believe the customer service. Really starting to regret going with AT&T.

I got a phone from them.returned it within two days because there was no coverage at where I work. They made me pay $45 restocking fees and then after that sent me a bill for $108. After going to the shop four times I got them to deduct the $25 for the phone that I returned and still had to pay the rest. Worst company ever. Its there fault I returned the phone. What use is the phone if you dont have coverage. If there was a zero rating I would put that.
Worst store experience ever! Walked into store, waited patiently for a reasonable amount of time, all employees were with clients, but no one even acknowledged I was there! Third person in store to walk out disgusted. Time to rethink providers, I think...customer interaction is paramount.

Just received a new phone, went to have your associates help me set it up on Monday night She very nice and tried it was taking a very long time to update so she told us to go home and it will load faster!! That did not happen phone stopped updating. So came back today to get help and was treated with the up most disrespect! And had to walk out without having my phone fixed!! Do not go to this location!!! The gentlemen that was working was awful, not the first time I had to deal with him.
I recently went in there with my family on July 19, 2016 around 8pm. The Assistant Manager was extremely rude to me and my family. The whole time in there she was miserable. Not once did she smile or seem like she was even interested in helping us out. She provided terrible customer service. I work retail for over 8 years, so I know this is not how she was trained to help customers. My family and I are considering a transfer to Verizon after all of this. Something needs to be done about her. Terrible Service!

Friendly staff, but not very supportive. Quoted ~$250/month, bill ended up being closer to $450. Overall, the service coverage was good in urban/suburban areas, but very spotty and frustrating in the rural areas where I live. Finishing our contract and going to another carrier.
Employees are friendly. There can be a long wait if the employees are tied up with other customers.
