I dont purchase from gamestop often but did an online order where I purchased a new game only to get it in a generic gamestop case which means it isnt new, I brought it into this gamestop with my receipt and after I told the person at the counter which ended up being the owner the situation he replaced it no problem with a brand new sealed copy of the game, great customer service and again even though I dont purchase things from gamestop often this store will be my goto in the future

Had a super weird encounter here trying to trade in my PS4 pro. Not really sure what was up, but I was asked if I was a smoker or had a smoker in my house because my ps4 had an odor and could not be accepted. No one in my household smokes and I asked several friends and family members if they smelled anything thinking maybe I was nose blind or something.Anyways, fast forward to the next day and I took it to another Gamestop to check my sanity. The guy at the counter made a comment on how clean my system was and he was impressed. So, I dont know if the employee here didnt want to deal with my trade in or what but he was full of it.

All of the employees are super super nice and friendly and greet me when I come in to buy things and they have good prices if I could rate 10 stars I would.

This gamestop isnt as gigantic as other gamestops but it definitely one of my favorites. The employees always help when needed and they dont bug you or try to upsell you.The few times Ive been here the employees have always helped me find the funko pops Im looking for and they never act like Im a bother.

I had an issue that couldnt be dealt with in the store without getting help from someone higher up and the person on the phone is going above and beyond to get my issue resolved. Most places would tell me sorry and let me go so the fact that he was willing to go that extra mile speaks miles about the employee and the management there.

Unable to refund $10 for a Pre order I placed just before covid and GameStop was closed when release date of game occurred. Manager told me to read back of my receipt, only 30 day refund policy. But understood they weren’t open during that time. That’s how you run a failing business, customer or over 25 years is done.

Gamestop is eh, okay. They have a picture of the PS5, but still no in store stock.

Very knowledgeable about there field. I feel the prices they pay you for old games is a little low but the trade in value seams fair. I definitely would suggest buying used games the are warranted to work. So unless you save for nice your collection

After being treated very rudely when I called the Gamestop toll free number and speaking to someone from Corporate with no resolution to my problem I decided as a last ditch effort to go into the local store for help with my problem. The sales associate Ang was very professional and informed. She handled the problem with my console I could not get resolved through corporate. My 1 star rating for corporate turned into a 5 star rating for my local store. I was done with Gamestop until Ang saved the day! They have kept me as a customer at least at the local level.

This GameStop has the best employees. Theyre literally the only reason I still shop at GameStop.

Love this store for purchasing. I wouldnt however sell a game given the minimal amount received, however I wont complain bc we all have the option of saying NO. The staff is friendly and certainly knows their craft. Prices are good when your a pro member. I take my kids there at least once a week.

I went super excited to buy a game to find out that they say the new game is the same price as used but they didn’t even have the game new. So I bought the game used and I went home super excited to play my game and it didn’t even work. It was a WASTE of my MONEY and my TIME. Otherwise the service was good.

Best place for video games and accessories

The game stop over on Transit Rd in Lancaster, New York. Close to Cheektowaga. The two people in there are awesome. Plus I got a few freebies thanks to them. Bought a few games and am happy with my visit.

The staff here is great. They are respectful and helpful and easy to get along with. They answer questions the best they can and if they dont have something in stock they try to point you to which GameStops nearby that do.

I entered the store with the intent to purchase some Nintendo DS games. After being greeted by the man at the counter, I began browsing through the games. After about 5 mins later the man behind the counter asked me to leave the store for absolutely no reason. When I politely asked for an explanation he declined to answer. He even followed me out of the store to make sure I left the parking lot. I was embarrassed by this as it was done publically in front of the other customers. I will now be buying all of my games online, because of this experience.

Why do I ever bother going to this location, everytime I go there, the girl working there treats me like Im a complete idiot, Im coming to the store because I need your help not because I know everything, your position is to help me and hopefully make me enjoy coming on future visits.
