BEWARE looked at the reviews before I came in a noticed mixed reviews but needed a phone and wanted to give this place a try. All I have to say is avoid this place at all cost!! Rodney is all about wanting to say what you want to hear and then as soon as you leave the store youre a inconvenience and well he is just simply rude. From what I hear this is a common issue with this gentleman and establishment and he even has this reputation with other stores. Will go to other stores from now and and encourage others to do the same.
My mother went to this location awhile ago and met with Rodney. He sold her a V60 when she went in to get a iPhone telling her that the v60 was cheaper… well he lied. She went in numbers times to complain about the phone and he told her he “fixed it” to come back if issues persist. She went in a could days later and said he switched the SIM card on the device and to come back if issues persist. She went in the day she called the store when Rodney told her to just to tell her “sorry your a day out of your return policy” we can’t replace the phone any longer. Why tell someone to come into the store so you can finally return the device she never wanted to just tell her you SOL. From looking at these negative reviews I can tell this is a common occurrence here at this location. Went to the corporate store and they told me that this specific location is known to do shady things. DONT GO HERE BUYER BEWARE!!!Disclosure: this happened a few months back but finally getting it dealt with corporate and the BBB

AMAZING SERVICE!!! The staff is very caring, courteous, & patient. I worked with Tom Seagrave (the District Manager) and WOW!! What excellent service!! He helped my family & I out with all of our phone needs & questions/concerns. You can tell he has a passion for helping others. To top it off, as he was helping us, 3 other groups came in.. he, along with his staff, worked as a team to assist us all to keep traffic in the store flowing. Every time I go in now I (along with others) request to work with Tom.Toms character is clearly admirable & outstanding.

I have worked with tom for the last couple of years and he has helped me with my business account. I went in with a issue with my phone a couple of times and I have been helped by both rich and nick and they have helped with no issues. I go in and i see a new gentleman whos name is Rodney first impression was he was nice but as soon as he gives me a sales pitch about me needing a new tablet and some lg phone and I told him I wasnt interested he immediately shut down and I told him I wanted to keep my phone and was told I need to contact customer support that they deal with sales only in the store. I even told asked my wife I wonder how many people have stopped going there. Safe to say I will only go inside that store if tom, rich and nick are there if at all.
Two weeks ago I was fed up with my current phone, and I came to this Verizon store. Rodney was extremely friendly and asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. He gave me a couple good options, and after doing my research I purchased the LG V60. From start to finish, Rodney was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and kind. My husband and I are in our 70s and trying hard to keep up with technology. We dragged our feet but finally decided to talk to someone at Verizon about updating our slow, old cell phones. We spoke to Richard at this Verizon store and he couldnt have been more helpful. He answered all our questions clearly and concisely which was much appreciated. We purchased the iPhone 11s. We highly recommend this store and Richard especially for your cell phone needs.

Great service at a very convenient location. I came to get a Gizmo Watch for my grandsons birthday and they informed me that it was also available in a Mickey Mouse version, which was very cool. While I was there, Nick helped me to find a better plan for my personal Verizon phone. More data for less money. Very helpful. We had a terrible experience at the Walden/Union Rd. Location after placing an online order. We went here, a location closer and more convenient for us. The sales reps were beyond helpful and friendly. They resolved our set up issues, took their time with us. They were very professional and helpful. I will never order online again and will always go here! Great customer service.

Very good instruction by Adam, know how to handle customers without talking down to them, good customer service on a return, I talked with 5 different men during two visits and they all were doing their best to help, I recommend them highly.

I have been wanting to write this for awhile now. I was in a few weeks ago and the district manager only knew he was that title because the man said it 100 times. I went in for a my phone upgrade and they didnt know that one of the former employees there nick who helped a few of my family and friends referred me to them speaking nothing but good things about the store for the district manager to speak nothing but negative things. Went back in and one of the employees wont give names said hes known for this. Wont be going back to that location if the district manager is there.

Called Verizon for a defective note 20 ultra, they directed me to this store. In store they said they couldnt help me, even when I called Verizon when I was in the store. They shouldnt be called Verizon if theyre not willing to help Verizon customers.

Came in and saw nick who I must say is absolutely amazing! As soon as i walked in the door he was waiting he was full of energy and was so understanding to my needs. Whenever I go to another Verizon I immediately feel that im such a inconvenience to them and they rush me out. I know my technology but its always nice to have someone else help out and actually have a conversation with. Walked out with a new phone and tablet and will be there to see Nick whenever I need a new device and will be telling all my family and friends about the service he gives!

Came in here to see what kind of deal I could get by switching to Verizon from Sprint. I spoke with Nick for awhile and he was really helpful and informative.In the end, they didnt have the phone I wanted but Nick called around to other stores to see if anyone else had one. He sent me to another store where they had one, even though it meant he wouldnt get credit for the sale.That really meant a lot to me and because of that, I will come back here for all of my future needs. Finding an honest cell phone salesman is like trying to find a vegan at Texas de Brazil - it just doesnt happen. Thanks again Nick and see you soon.
Spent a couple hours here with this morning. My MIL is getting her 1st smart phone. Our representative, Matt, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient. I was not able to get my new phone which I just upgraded and was supposed to pick up at this location. Was told they received a bad batch of Galaxy S10s and all the phones they had they couldnt sell. Called a Verizon rep who says this sounds fishy and to be weary of this place. Would not trust. Go elsewhere.

Everyone in this store went above and beyond to help me upgrade my phone and transfer everything over to my new phone. Mark found me a great deal on the upgrade and stayed well after the store was supposed to close to make it happen. Athena spent several hours over 2 days making sure that all of my contacts, photos, videos and apps transferred over to my new phone; especially difficult since the transfer failed numerous times. Brendan was also very helpful, making suggestions and answering questions throughout the whole process. I really cant say enough how much I appreciate their helpfulness and dedication. Other businesses could take a lesson on outstanding customer service from the team at TCC!!
Dont trust this store they stole the phone’s i was supposed to receive from online order and both verizon and store kept pointed the finger at each other ultimately the worse store ever no refund will never recommend verizon or this store worst customer service both instore and online avoid unless you want to pay for stuff you don’t receive

Wow ..... only one employee working. Myself along with 3 other people walked in and stood there for atleast 3-5 min. Not once did he acknowledge one single customer. Finally when he sat down to help his original customers he looked at me and asked “ did you have a quick question”. Lmao! I was there to get service for my entire business! The account had already been set up over the phone but I had to go in person to change to a business plan and buy phones. Apparently it’s my job as the customer to train Verizon employees on how to do their jobs. I made sure to tell him that normally you acknowledge people and tell them you will be with them as soon as possible. He made a sarcastic comment about me going to another store and just like that I was outta there ! I know the owner or manager would not appreciate the lack of service and rudeness I received. Verizon phone service may be the best but their customer service at this store needs lots of work. Go elsewhere!!!

Horrible horrible horrible. Horrible training of associates, 3 different people 3 different explanations, deliberately lied to make a sale. Verizon as a whole has gone down hill significantly and the satellite non corporate sites are a joke. Very misleading, horrible customer service and poorly trained.

Went to get a screen protector all they did was try and upsell me on another line a new case heres a tablet. I had to finally tell them if they tried to sell me one more thing besides what I was there for I was walking out with nothing. I will not return.
