Do your diligence prior to switching, check your phone(s) on their web site for compatibility. They will want you to trade in your phone for a free 32a galaxy phone, if you want to cancel your stuck with their phone and cost. Thank goodness I did not.Use your phone while driving? You will have dropped calls. Traveling rural your limited to 200 meg data roaming then your cut off for the month.Very conversive support team that will promise fixing it.The bitterness of poor network performance remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

I was at this location today and a t-mobile employee Sydney Shah was taking care of me and my fiancee, we were looking to buy new phones. She was incredibly helpful and very friendly. When we decided on the phones we wanted she simply went over to the manager and asked him to get our phones for us when he had a chance and this HORRIBLE woman started to verbally assault this employee and degrade her. Sydney was very professional and walked away and when she returned this woman went at it again. This really upset us. And while Sydney was in the back this troll of a human demanded that she be reprimanded for simply doing her job. I just wanted to say that Ive been going to this store for over 2 years and Ive always had great service. So you cant always trust these reviews bc I witnessed 1st hand how unfair these can he.

Stopped in for an upgrade and Nathan directed me to the phone I wanted. We got things going and during the data transfer he said that it would be an hour. I knew that would bring us well past their 8pm closing time so I said I’d leave my phones and come back again tomorrow. He wasn’t having that and said he had no problem finishing for me. They even stayed w another customer who upgraded and both of the staff were awesome. To the female employee I’m sorry I’d mention the name but I didn’t see a tag. Thank you so much to both of you.

The rep I dealt with was very nice, however they were not knowledgeable about their promotions and outright lied to me when setting up my plan. I ended up having to call customer service to fix my issues. They gave me the wrong plan even though I asked numerous times, and was even reassured by the manager, it was the same promotional plan I requested. Go to the much nicer South Gate Plaza store if possible. Also nothing I personally dealt with but I noticed some of the reps openly talked about trying to get as much money as possible from customers and were very predatory when it came to accessory addons for phones.

Staff needs to be educated on their products. Sold me a prepaid phone for my 5 yr old to have access to 9-1-1 calls at home. Employee Eric told me the minutes stay on the phone for a year and told me to renew then if minutes weren’t used! I specifically said I didn’t want a trac fone because the minutes expire after 3 months. He assured me this was a great deal and idea! Well guess what the phone was cancelled!! Very upset! I am now getting a landline phone- these people just want the sale! Beware!

Very helpful staff! Julio worked with my mom and myself for a hour to makes sure she fully understood her plan and the breakdown of cost. Helped save her over $20 a month and got her a deal on a new tablet.

Great service provided by Kevin. He was a pleasure to talk to, patient and knowledgeable. We couldnt be happier switching to T-Mobile and leaving AT&T nightmare behind.

No one is willing to help you when you walk in. No one greets you and you feel like youre bothering the employees the second you walk in. Highly suggest you go to a different tmobile store
