After we had several trees professional removed we were in need of additional chains for our chainsaw (purchased at Mowbility). We stopped by our favorite lawn care sales and service Mowbility and were greeted by Krista even after the store had closed. Krista’s kindness to let us in and purchase the much needed chains allowed us to finish the job on time! We will continue to support Mowbility as the customer service is always excellent and so helpful. Thank you Krista and the Mowbility team, we will be back again and again!

Commercial customer here and in my experience the best way to judge a business isnt when everything goes right but rather how they approach resolving problems. Brandon turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into an overwhelmingly positive outcome. He was super easy to work with and extremely generous. Awesome Service! Bought an Echo gas trimmer, (didn’t read the product manual) and improperly loaded the line and jammed it up. The awesome sales and service pros at Mowbility Sales and Service fixed it in minutes and showed me how to correctly do it! Would highly recommend buying any lawn care product there and using their service department for repairs and maintenance. It is the after the sale service that counts the most! Thanks Mowbility!

Wish I could give 10 stars for this place. The staff is super courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I had a boundary wire break for my auto-mower and was getting the dreaded no loop signal blinking blue light. Spencer and crew was out the next day and had me up and running in no time. I really appreciate the excellent customer service you folks provide.

Poor customer service. Had problems with their service dept last summer not doing quality repairs. Called this week to order a $9 part. Close to home so I thought I would at the very least try to get a part for my mower from them (Shop local?). The man remembered me from the service issues the year before when the unit was in their shop several times. Stated they showed they had one part in stock but they wanted to make sure they had it actually in stock. Specifically told me they would check on the stock or see if they had it in stock and call me right back. That was Monday, it is now Friday and I never heard anything from them. I was done with the service dept after last year, they worked on the deck last year and dropped it off but didnt notice that it was missing 1 of the 3 blades? I ended up finishing the work myself last year. Now they arnt even able to return a phone call that they specifically stated they would? Dont waste your time. Ill drive farther to get the part. With this kind of service I dont know how they are still in business.Added: I contacted your Pella store because I was camping at Lake Red Rock all week and a part would be easier to pick up there if you had it in stock. I wasn’t avoiding anyone. And why would I take the time to leave a google review unless I had waited for the phone call that was never made. I think any reasonable person can read through your garbage to see your service history. I have never bought a product from your store. I don’t think replacing a spindle on a mower deck completely tearing a mower apart? I would like your definition of going above and beyond? I spent 2 years getting service from your company for my mower, including dealing with Paul, your rude pick up person, to pick up my mower, whenever he felt like it, not when he said he would. I always paid for everything as service was rendered. And obviously you had no intention to call me back as you stated several times you would and even repeated back my phone number but just wanted to be a jerkabout a $9 part that I have bought from another company later in the week after not hearing from ANYONE. You just didn’t have the balls to tell me on the phone you weren’t going to do anything to assist a paying customer.I believe your excuse last year was you had a new person that you were trying to train that wasn’t working out for you and that’s why your service was lacking.Blame the paying customer. Find it interesting that the bad reviews are missing facts.

I was in for tune up for my mower the salesman/manger asked to help another guy. He told that guy to wait for the parts person helping me. This not acceptable. My sales person would have never done this. This sales person that would not help a customer needs replaced

Customer service is just about unbelievably good! Fast, friendly, honest and patient - every time.Last night my mower started vibrating and the deck was noisy. I showed up as they opened and they were already working on another commercial account mower. I waited for 5 minutes for them to finish and they took mine in. 35-40 minutes later I got a call and I was good to go. Fortunately it was a simple fix.I didn’t even buy the mower there - but I’ve been buying blades and oil change supplies, but they treated me as if I was a long time customer, which I will continue to be now, even with the extra drive time to get here. I would recommend them to everyone.

What started as a great experience ended after after I paid for an $800 saw.Had another chainsaw dropped off to repair and have waited a month + to find out they are $200 in and the original repair request hasnt been completed - in a saw that isnt worth $200.Had the new $800 Husqvarna a week before it failed.#in thier defense I lent this saw to a friend helping with derecho effort and cant guarantee gas was proper mix ratio.They said the saw is destroyed and is now a paperweight.Im now over $1000 in and a month and a half later and have two non-functional chainsaws.I was told I could get a new saw at cost and now it seems they are going back on that saying it must be a Husqvarna - which I wouldnt buy again after not helping me at all with the saw.This place is great at selling and terrible at everything else.

Very friendly staff. Carry excellent products and have competitive pricing. I purchased a number of Echo units at the end of last season and have been very pleased with not only the equipment but the customer service I have received. Adam, one of the sales managers, is very knowledgeable of the various landscaping equipment that is sold at the location and gives honest opinions of the units in advance of purchasing. Will continue to bring my business to Mowbility and recommend other interested customers to check them out prior to any other competitors.

If you want customer service dont go here. Took my tiller in for warranty work and never once received a phone call with an update. I have called every week for 3 weeks. 1st week was great just waiting on huskavarna to ok the work. 2nd week i called they said its approved and new gear box is on its way. Today I call to see if its ready and they say oh nobody called you they dont make a gear box and huskavarna is going to repurchase your tiller. I ask when I can expect a check and they reply We dont know, oh wait on the ticket here it says we need to send in the serial plate quality service and staff here super unhelpful in anyway

Very very happy with Spartan Mower sold to me. So here I am 4 years later, and with the exception of the gas gauge, this mower has never had an issue. Ever. Highly recommend these guys for attention to their customers!

Took a chainsaw in to find out what it cost to fix. Was told it would be cheaper to buy a new one. That even if it were put back together it wouldnt run. The machine was used before it was ever taken in. It cut out but still worked. So now, Ive got a chainsaw setting here gutted. Not impressed. Might wait to start drinking until after doors are locked or you go home. Unprofessional all the way around. You dont expect to get your equipment back in pieces, gutted. Non english speaking gentleman? My husband speaks perfect English. Actually very rude to say he doesnt. Concidering his english is perfect. Doors were not locked, nor was it after hrs, while they were drinking. Nice to know this is unexceptable for your store. Why should he get it back apart, when we took it in all together? Like I said above it worked, just cut out before he took it in. Terrible customer service.

I have a club cadet that I stripped the bolt trying to change blade...called pnp motors were they sell this brand and they said couldnt get me in for at least a week, called another place on 2nd they wouldnt work on it because it wasnt their brand, a couple other places wouldnt either....took it here they were done in 10 min and didnt even charge me. They will continue to have my business, plus they were all so nice

Piece of equipment was supposed to be repaired and ready for pickup. Couple days later I went to pick it up and its no where to be found. Was told theyd make some calls and let me know. That hasnt happened yet either. Terrible customer service. Despite what the owner says I used to be a customer of theirs and I live in Ankeny. Theyre so awful theyre trying to discredit my review.

I took a new Husqvarna power washer to them because it appeared as though the power washer was assembled incorrectly from the factory. They inspected the unit and concluded that it was indeed assembled correctly but that an updated part was not shown in the pictures in the manual. We expected to have to take out a warranty claim and (and for it to be free), but since no work was needed, no warranty claim was made, so we owed Mowbility $45 for the inspection after everything was said and done. They waved this fee however since we were under the impression that any costs would be covered by warranty. They could have gotten their $45 if they wanted to, but they chose to treat their customers right instead. Excellent service all around. I wouldnt hesitate to have Mowbility service my power washer in the future.
