Highly recommend these movers to anyone. The 3 guys that moved us were very professional. They know their job, very kind and respectful. They arrived on time and worked so swiftly. They answered all our questions ànd helped us figure out a few last minute packing. Very considerate of our house moving everything gently at all times. They had the greatest teamwork too. We love these movers and may they be blessed.

If this review was based on the crew alone, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately I’m not able to do that because we had a TV damaged in our move, no big deal, things happen….and we had to buy a new one. We submitted a claim and did everything we were told to do by the company, including pictures of our TV. It has been crickets since then. No one returns calls, we aren’t able to get anyone to help us with taking care of this problem. Again, crew was great, but the customer service on the back end has been awful!

Originally my belongings were just going to be placed in a few locations in my future home but the morning of the move, I found out the seller’s had emptied the house and my belongings could be set up. The guys were great with this change and did a really good job. They were very professional and definitely knew how to get the move efficiently completed. I have absolutely no complaints, only praise for a job well done. Everyone at Lint has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Lint.

I set up the move over 2 months ago, support to have the delivery on 1st week of July. But even today, they have no idea when the delivery will be.

Everything was great until it came time to unload at my destination. The coordinator doesnt confirm anything with you until last minute on move in day. Then if you discover something damaged after the movers leave youre out of luck. My movers damaged a wall I didnt notice until after they left. You have to sign the paperwork before the movers can leave, so if you find something after the fact, there is nothing that can be done. I still filed a claim and no one ever responded, once they finally did, they denied the claim. Probably wont be using United Van Lines again because of this local offices professionalism.

United is a great company to work with the employees at Lint Van Lines in Iowa City are very unprofessional and inconsistent. What I was told during my estimate was not delivered upon during the packing day, including live loading so my items were touched 6 different times between packing and delivery rather than loaded and delivered. While the process seemed easy it was very late for delivery and I slept on the floor for 5 days.

What a wonderful company to work with! I’m a designer who works with clients out of state. When it comes down to transporting high end furnishings across country, it typically gives me extreme anxiety. After working with Lint Van Lines packing expert, and multiple moving coordinators during the process, I can confidentiality say I will be using them for all of my future moving needs. We recently used Lint Van Lines, an affiliate of United Van Lines, and couldn’t be happier with everything they did to move us. We used them recently for a residential move. If your looking for movers who will treat your house and belongings with care give them a call.It all started with the sales person Brian Griffin. He did an awesome job giving us ideas and ways to save money and make it easier on us and the movers. The goal was to save time to save us money. He even recommend I bring my truck to their warehouse to pick up free gently used boxes. This alone saved us several hundred dollars. They had awesome wardrobe boxes that saved us so much time moving clothes.We had a semi load plus a box truck on the day of the move loaded to the brim. When they moved our items into the new house they spent time protecting the floors and we had no damage. These guys (Dale and his crew) were so much faster than I could have ever been. They were even great about setting things up (bed, baby cribs,etc).Bottom line: if you’re looking for a professional mover at a reasonable price give Brian and Lint a call.

Professional, courteous, friendly and very, very careful with your belongings. Moved from Virginia to Washington state and was very pleased with our move. Nothing damaged, everything well packed and on schedule. I hope I don’t move again but would use Lint again if I do.

United Van Lines is a solid and reputable moving company. Your move starts with an estimator looking thru your house and all its belongings. This process requires sharp focus and attention to be paid by the homeowner, as well as assertive communication. You have to speak up on things the estimator assumes incorrectly, or tries to sell you on. For example, my estimator wanted to put in an extra shuttle on the load and unload assuming the full size truck would not fit through our neighborhood streets. He assumed wrong- the truck fit, and I knew it would ahead of time having seen other similar size trucks successfully navigate through. Know what youre talking about and itll help your estimator. Our load up and unload was wonderfully handled. Great, competent driver and crew on both ends. Id use them again.

We have made many moves with moving companies. This one was flawless.

Lint was great. Did a wonderful job moving my 91 year old mother from Iowa to FLorida. Super careful and polite and professional. Hard workers.Would use again without hesitation.

We have had many moves including different countries and I have never seen this much stuff damaged. The packers made our whole house reek of pot smoke. We just started unloading our storage unit and everything that can be broken is. Waiting for Brittney in claims to return my call. Do not even consider using this company unless everyone involved in your move has passed a drug test. I will post pictures as this process goes on.

They have poor customer service and gave an absolutely outrageous bid to move a small one bedroom apartment. I would highly recommend any of the other moving companies other than this one

I worked for them with family members very well trained an very coffterable moving company i would always use them on any move big or small just ask for the guys thats been there awhile they will get it done right

If United Vanlines send you to Lint Vanlines do NOT use United Vanlines. I entered into a contract with United Vanlines who charged me approximately $12K and then sent Lint Vanlines. The day of the out-of-state move, Lint showed up and started packing and taking my stuff then told me I owed them more money and I had to write checks out in the name of LInts personal employees. I refused and said thats not the way reputable companies do business and my transaction was with United Vanlines and everything needed to go through United Vanlines. When the van got to my new house, they refused to unload my possessions until I write out a check. I reluctantly made a check payable to United Vanlines, LLC who is the party I contracted with for the move. Lint then used the information on my check to fraudulently make an unauthorized debit to my checking account.
