Didnt seem like the person who helped me was really interested in me, she was more interested in two Hispanic males at the store who I guess she thought she could convince to spend more money than I was. Not sure if they work on commission there but I wish my sale could have gone to someone else. She was so fixated on them, she even sold me the wrong product. I told her what I wanted then she corrected me and sold me something else. As I walked out, somewhat confused, I saw the product I had gone in for so I went back in and had to have an exchange done. I guess Ill just continue to shop online since the shipping is free when I spend enough. Ive experienced this same treatment in other Pandora locations so perhaps its just how they train their people to cherry pick for sales?

I absolutely love this store. The girls here take such good care of me. When I come in the make sure I feel welcome. I always shop here when I am in town.

Went to have my rose gold Pandora bracelet cleaned and they damaged it. The associate that helped me got the manager and she said it was normal to have it looked varnished and that would happen over time. It looked nothing like that when I dropped it off. The shine was completely gone and it had black spots all over the charms. It looked terrible! They had taken a picture of my bracelet when I dropped it off and I told them to look at it. After looking at the picture they took, the manager said she would try to clean it a bit more and polish them all. I picked it up and it looked a little better, but I can still see where they removed the finish in spots. I’m afraid once the polish wears off it will go back to looking how it was when I picked it up. The manager was not very friendly. This will be the last time I purchase from this store. I should’ve never trusted them to clean it. The associate that helped me was nice, but she was seasonal helped and not experienced. She should not have cleaned my bracelet. I’ve spent so much money on this bracelet to have had it damaged. So here is your warning. Never have it cleaned here!!!! I seriously want to cry. I will be contacting higher management.

I love this location and team!! Super friendly staff and amazing manager!!! I love you Gennnayyy this team goes up and beyond to help locate items they maybe out of stock or no longer carry. Definitely a must stop place when youre in Destin on vacation for their destination charms. And how they do it, I dont know but they always get my jewelry cleaned looking like BRAND NEW!! (Now that I know not to swim/go into the ocean with it on.) Thank you all for the smiles and wonderful service!

I had gone into the store a few weeks before Christmas to pick out something for my mother. All the associates were polite. The manager Genny was the one that helped me out on this occasion. She was so nice and helpful in asking about my mother to get clues to what she would like best. She picked out a carrier O and a few charms that represented my mothers faith, job as a school teacher, and one that was based on our birth month. 10/10 on customer service and would definitely shop there again and recommend to others I know.

I came in and didnt know what I was looking for but the store manager walked me through all the different options and ended up finding something very quickly. More bosses should be this attentive and I will be coming back!

Bought my wifes first bracelet with a lock clasp just over 2 years ago from this store. Was charged for the 2 pieces separately. The lock has since broken, and we know the warranty is expired. Went back to the store on 11/28/20 to try and purchase a replacement. The little girl at the counter was not interested in truly helping us. She only wanted to sell us a new different bracket with a different type of latch. They couldnt even look up the original purchase due to changing systems to many times. The final straw was when the sales girl stated I dont know why you want to buy the same thing, itll probably break too. How do you have people who dont support your product much less try to help us as customer who have hundreds of dollars invested in your product? Will be finding something else and some where else to shop from now on.

Anna was amazing and helped me find the perfect charm, and Tara showed me the importance of clips and said I could not leave the store without them! They also set me up with a care kit to take care of my jewelry. I can’t wait to shop there again!

I went shopping at pandora to look for a great gift to give my daughter. The sales people were awful the rudest was a Genny. I will never shop there.

The people working were so sweet and helpful while I was looking for things! ended up getting two rings and a necklace! would go back again !

I love the all the jewelry designs, but for the cost It should all be silver not plated. Several items the plated areas are peeling. My Earrings, bracelets and necklace’s are so tarnished I can no longer wear😢 and I have dozens.

I wish I could give this store 10 stars. Misha and all the women working were extremely helpful and patient with all the indecisiveness that we put them through. They had all the answers to our questions and were more then helpful. Even when a extremely rude and ignorant woman came in, they treated her with calm and truthful responses. We will come back again when we visit.

Loved the customer service we got a few weeks ago. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and patient, I got a new pandora charm and my boyfriend got one for his daughters birthday. She offered to clean my bracelet for me and said it needed at least 45 minutes to get a good shine, I never knew this and Ive been to several Pandora stores and no one said such a thing, I always got my bracelet back in about 10 minutes. While my charm bracelet was being cleaned she offered to hold our bags at the store while we stopped around and when we came back, she was ready for us with a smile.

Terrible, unprofessional, rude and arrogant. I bought my mom a bracelet and charms for Christmas. We went in there to exchange something. Raphael was the gentleman who was helping us, he was very polite and nice. After asking to have the number to call corporate as we had questions, Shane came over with a huge attitude, slams the paper down in front of me and tells me to put it on speaker so I can hear them tell you youre wrong. Meanwhile he wasnt even the person helping us so Im not sure why he had a problem with us. After that he kept looking at us, smirking and sticking his thumb in the air at us. At one point he went in the back to take his name tag off so I wouldnt know his name. I will NEVER step foot back in Pandora. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and to be honest a complete ass. He kept looking at us from across the store and making snide comments towards my mother and I. Im going to return the bracelet and buy from another company. Ive never been so disrespected in any other store before. We will never purchase from Pandora again!!!! I felt so bad for my mom. Shes wanted me to get her one for a while but after being treated like that we both agreed we will go some place else. I could keep going on and on about how nasty Shane was but its not important anymore. SHANE WAS ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL AND OUT OF LINE!!!! We did not deserve any of that. At one point my mom didnt feel safe in the store with the way he was acting.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Above and beyond and super friendly. Dont even get me started on the store manager, Bree, she runs a tight ship! All associates are just as pleasant as can be. 10/10 would nominate for customer service awards.
