I love, love, love Lush products!Every product is available to trial. Every product Ive tried has been affordable and top shelf!

Store smells like a pure explosion of soaps and cleanliness. Maybe a tad bit too clean. Nice store and merchandise was displayed well.

I want to give a special shoutout to Brenna, one of the employees working yesterday. Lush is one of the only stores in the commons that still requires face masks, yesterday while I was in the store there was a middle aged male customer who was being so mean and disrespectful to her just because she asked him to wear a face mask. While he was making hateful comments she continued to be very kind a patient with him, she really went above and beyond. I felt so bad that this employee was getting belittled while she was just trying to do her job, I hope Lush knows that they have an amazing employee on their team ❤️❤️

I love Lush products. Today at 6:45 I went to Destin Commons location in Florida. Two employees were clearing up the table that is in the front entrance. I tried to open door but it was locked. Both workers looked at me, one (guy) walked away and other one (woman) kept clearing up table, but none of them bothered to answer me. I was knocking on the door (store was not supposed to be closed yet), and they looked at me a couple of times but still decided to ignore me. One more customer walked near me and started knocking as it was supposed to be open still. They saw her too but ignored her too. Its okay if you decided to close early to go home on Sunday, but have a courtesy to answer your customers and inform them that you closed early. Dont just ignore them even after looking at them. The other lady felt ignored too. Their behavior was just rude and arrogant, didnt expect this from Lush employees.Update- Even if you are closed at 6pm and not at 7pm, but its not updated on your website, So if your customers are coming after 6pm just because your website says its open till 7pm, just have a little courtesy and wave at the customer from the inside saying you are closed, you dont even need to open the door, but dont just ignore us even after noticing 2 ladies standing outside, knocking on the door, waving at you and waiting for your answer. That was just arrogant attitude. Please update your timings on your website to avoid further confusions. I will contact lush customer care for sure. Thank you for your reply.

I adore Lush. Im definitely a Lushie. I have been to the location in New Orleans on several occasions and fell in love. I was excited when they opened a location a little closer to me. The ladies at this location went out of their way to assist during alternate methods of shopping. These products are amazing and them being organic is a definite plus.

Love The Bath Bombs!

This place has terrible customer service. I love lush but hate going in this store. I have made myself go back 3 times, women were awful each time. I also watched other customers leave because of it as well.

I visited this location last week and April couldn’t have made the experience any more perfect. Of course I love Lush but April was the best! Thank you April for your kindness and expertise! It made this season bright

I was really impressed with their products. They take the time to let you sample and rejuvenate your skin. The new salesperson that helped me was somewhat knowledgeable and if she didnt know something she asked another, I really like that quality! She didnt try to make something up. Im not really sure why she read or the ingredients of some of the products, some of which I didnt have any clue what they were for, but I didnt ask either. I was a little pushed for time. I wound up buying a little more than I bargained for, but Im thoroughly happy with the products that I came home with! You really must try the Ocean Salt scrub, then the smallest amount of Lemony Flutter.. the combination of the 2 will leave the driest of hands, feet, and dry spots on your body so soft and smooth. I cant wait to try the soaps out. Overall I enjoy going into Lush! Next time maybe I will find out about those ingredients! Expect to spend a great deal of time here, JS.😁

Absolute WORST! The times are never accurate; service is at a snails pace when open not to mention completely rude. Never have what is needed. GO somewhere else or order online. CLOSE THIS STORE. Manager brags about being with lush for 12+yrs but it’s clear they need to clean shop or CLOSE this one. Leadership lacking, products are unavailable, service is unacceptable.

The ladies there were SO nice. We came from out of town where theres only one small LUSH far away that we never go to, and the girls here walked us through everything we needed to know about their products. Everything smelled absolutely amazing, and I love that they are against animal testing.💕🐾I also love that everything they sell is 100% vegetarian and 80% of their stuff is vegan. They use ingredients that will help the environment and your skin. Being my first experience, it was a solid 10/10 !🙌 A little on the expensive side, but once in a while you gotta treat yourself.🛍

I love everything about lush. Everything is handmade organic and safe for the animals and environment. They fight animal cruelty of testing animals for beauty products. I love that they love animals too. The products are always on point and smell great. Plus the products work really well 💚

I didnt shop but my lady loved it.

Very disappointed, I purchased a fairly large and expensive item that I wasn’t sure about. Both ladies there assured me I could return it if I changed my mine. I decided to return it but was told I could not today. The item I purchased was not opened. I felt like I was nothing but nice and I was met with snarky attitude and no sincere apology or guidance. This is just my experience and they’re usually positive I just don’t like being lied to then treated like I’m stupid.

This lush location is exceptional. The workers are so kind and helpful. My mom asks for samples of everything, and they are always kind to her and give her pretty good sized amounts of the products to try. They have the full line of lush products and they were nice about me bringing my dog into the store. Very kind staff and great selection

I was and still am very impressed with this lush location!! Everyone there was so kind and helpful! I met the sweetest staff and found some amazing products! I havent been to the stores myself but my brother has bought me Lush products 3yrs in a row for Christmas and I love them. I actually use the bath bombs in my drawers instead of a sachet or dryer sheets. My clothes smell awesome all the time. I know its not what its for but it works and lasts forever.

Everyone was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable about the products and uses for them. Each one of the staff memebers made sure that I was helped and even asked about skin routines and what type of skin I have so they could help with just the right stuff. Sam even made us little samples of the toner before we left! Overall, I loved how involved and caring the staff members are.... definitely coming back!

All of the workers are great. We were helped by Lindsey and she was amazing. She helped us for probably 30 minutes and new her products very well. We visit here frequently and are always treated amazing and never ignored like other places Ive been.

I am on vacation with my family in Destin, Florida and this was my first time at the store and as I walked through the door, all the sales ladies were so nice and helpful and it smelled so good! I am excited to try my products, I cant wait! It was a great experience!

Clean store, helpful and friendly staff, but I dont appreciate getting fooled into buying things. This is totally going to work! I use it, it leaves my hair so soft!, “This mascara is so good”, “My boyfriend/husband stole this from me because he loves it so much” — snake oil salespeople. Not shaming the hustle, but you need to be weary of what they’re trying to sell you if you’re not already knowledgeable about the products. Some of the staff members are super nice, and others just want to push product without really listening to you. Don’t care for the body lotions or sprays, but the bath and certain hair products are very fun.

The girls here are SO nice!! They always stop to chat with us while were shopping and theyre all super knowledgable about everything in the store and will help you find exactly what you need

Theres not a LUSH where I live so I always make a point to go to one when I can. The Destin location was the biggest and nicest one Ive been to! And youll smell amazing all day.

This was my first time ever seeing a Lush store. Ive seen lots of videos and information online but it compares nothing to being on the store and seeing all the products and demonstrations... loved it!!!

My wife, kids and I went here today on our trip to destin and stop by this shop for my oldest daughter. We were greeted by a young women who was the most helpful and friendliest person we have met in a while. I wish I would of caught her name or ask but I didnt. But she was so amazing and wonderful to my daughter that it made our whole day better!

If you have asthma I do not recommend spending much time in there. The products are really good, though they are a bit in the pricey side, they are natural and organic so definitely worth it. The few times I have been in their I either feel like they are pressuring to have you buy stuff or they will just try to help you find what you need and what you are looking for. However, if the bath bomb has glitter in it beware! I have used a few from here and was assured by each associate that the glitter would not stick to my skin and would just wash down the strange. Neat no long term glittery skin and the glitter they used was eco-friendly! However, the glitter stuck to me for days and my tub was covered for days in glitter no matter how much I tried to clean. So it does still stick to skin and your tub no matter what a sales person tells you. Though it at least is eco-friendly.

Omg. I smelled the products just walking by the door . I had to go in to investigate. Never tried these products but they smell amazing. I recieved help as soon as I walked in the door. The products were explained and discussed and 5 stars to the new products I will be trying. Watch out bath and bodyworks, theres a new body care in town. 😉

Customer Service representatives were very friendly and helpful. They werent pushing their products but were still informative when you had questions about them. We even tried one out and liked it at first but as we cotinued walking around Destin Commons the scent was a bit too overpowering so we returned it. The lady at the register made it easy to return and after asked for some feedback and then provided suggestions based off what we said. Extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely be return here for our other products.
