It took 20 plus min to get waited on then it was the Mgr who was good but kept having to help other staff n my issue was pH not keeping a chg so when it came time to transfer unable to forgot to put in Sim card total time was over 2 1/2 hours never did transfer phone completely died by time returned to me

ONGOING ISSUE (5/1) Seem to be good people, but did a terrible job setting up our account. In November 2020, we ported several lines from a different carrier. It took nearly 4 hours in store. When we received our first bill, we recognized features and charges that we explicitly said “No” to in store. I gave Joan the opportunity to fix his mistake, and he ignored my messages.When I visited the store, the manager understandably gave me a terrible attitude because I reacted unprofessionally. However, despite going to a different store and requesting help from management, as of this review (over 5 months later) we are still overpaying for our service and have yet to see reimbursement or promotional discounts as promised by Joan. Tomorrow, I start my 22nd hour on the phone with AT&T customer service attempting to fix this issue myself.This is likely one customer experience in 1,000, but the injustice is should not be ignored. I intend to update this post as the situation continues.—————Update (5/5): the agent over the phone advised me to submit a trade-in request online, and that this is the appropriate process. This is the first time I’ve been instructed to fill out my own request in nearly 6 months. Similarly, I was instructed to apply for a military discount through an online portal after Joan failed to add the discount to my account the first time. Even after submitting the request and validation online, an agent in store had to apply the discount manually.The agent today guaranteed their changes will be implemented in another 3 months and that promotions will be applied appropriately.—————Update (5/30): spoke with another agent over the phone approximately 3 weeks ago. They advised that I would hear from a manager within 3 days. I never received correspondence, but I did see some credits on my account in roughly the amount expected which left an $80 credit on our account. However, we just received our most recent bill which is about $20 higher than our previous bill, still nearly $60 more than what we were promised by Joan in store in November 2020. Still no promotions.

Absolutely the worst att store. I go there to return something that att customer care said to do. I waited a hour to tell me I had ti go to ups. Would not be a big deal but you can see I had something to return. I counted 6 people working but only 3 actually helping anyone. I told the lady how rude she was.

Went to this location to buy a phone and was helped by a young lady whose name unfortunately I dont know. She was very helpful and patient. I got home and promptly ejected the SD card by mistake. So next day back I go. I hoped to see the same person but I did not. I was helped this time by a young man named Joan. And again I was so grateful that he knew just how to fix my problem AND he patiently showed me how to recover from my mistake. Good man! Good store!

I love coming to this phone store, the manager and team are by far the best I’ve ever seen. They are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to spend the time with us to insure that we are well taken care of. I will always continue to do all my business with this store. During this pandemic I can honestly say that management and the team have risen to the occasion, I was so impressed. My recent visit I was attended by Stephanie, and again their the service was above reproach. I am so happy we have this store in our area.

My old phones touch screen stopped working, after being told at a screen fixing store that it would cost $150 to fix my old phone, I decided to go in for new options. Sarah helped me out and got me a new phone that I LOVE. She made it so easy and stress-free, which I was extremely thankful for! Ive been with AT&T for over 10 years, spend over an hour trying to get a new phone and upgrade my plan. Im told it to come back at 1 for an appointment the next day. I show up at 1 .....there was no appointment... 2 employees are available but ask me to come back again at 2? This store needs to recalibrate their customer service. Today was a fail for AT&T @ FM 646.

Both Bethany and Trey have been tremendous with their customer service. I usually don’t like to go into retail stores because I rarely feel prioritized, but the other day was certainly the exception. Bethany answered all my problems with my billing and really took the time to listen to what I had to say. I ended up adding two lines and switched to Uverse for an incredible deal. I walked out a happy camper. If I have any questions in the future — they are my go-to’s.

Awesome place to go to overall to get help or assisted on at&t services and devices. Its a big store with lots of selections on phone cases, screen protectors, ear buds, chargers and more. The employees are super helpful, and the wait is long at times which is base on their 5 star quality help to each costumers. The nice beautiful set up they have relaxes you too while you wait.

Just tried this place for the 2nd time and have never met more uneducated salespeople about Samsung products, and was told that there was a Samsung store in the Galleria for me to go to. I dont think this store likes people to spend money there. I will never return to this store, its been one bad experience after another. How do you sell phones and accessories and not know about the accessories or tell a customer to go to another store to get what they want?

This store practices bait switch. I was promised no more than $200/mo to switch from Verizon. I wrote out everything I needed and was reassured $200 a month or less.I switched and first bill was almost $300. After multiple calls, visits to the store, and plan changes, I agreed to no more than $225 per month. I got this in writing from the store manager at this location. After more calls, temporary credits, and store visits, my bill is still $265. My data limits have been reduced without warning or plan change authorization (documented). I have met multiple people in the store with the same complaint. Its bait and switch. False statements to get you to buy, then a series of plan changes that dont fix the problem. I am well documented and I will begin posted detailed accounts on every review site available. The public needs to be aware of these practices.I will now sell my AT&T locked phones at a loss and go to T-Mobile. They will provide better service for a flat $120- no fees.

It was 30 minutes before closing when I walked in the store. I wanted information on balances for 2 phones enrolled on a monthly payment plan. My ultimate goal is to reduce my monthly bill for the 3 lines total I have on my account or find another carrier. I was approached and greeted with a smile by Sam. Unknown to me at the time, Sam is still learning the process. Sam and I sat down at a table with Debany, Dalton joined us shortly afterwards since I was the only customer in the store. I must say the chemistry between the 4 of us felt like old friends coming together for a chat. As I began asking Sam questions, Debany filled in information. It was then I was told Sam was in training but it did not matter. Sam was professional and looked to his peers for guidance, as a master trainer myself I hold that quality in high regard. Sam and Debany gathered the information needed to access my account. As they worked together I began a conversation with Dalton about options for television. I was totally against Dish, (and always will be), then he told my about AT&T Now which peaked my interest considerably. I got that information to go over later when I get home. By now Sam and Debany have looked at my account and came up with a solution that gives me the service I want and cuts my bill. Before we proceeded, Debany phoned the manager, Chris at home and informed her of the changes she needed a manager’s approval in the morning. Chris took the time and came in to the store, reviewed and approved my account. By now it was well past closing.I wanted to thank the staff at that location for excellent customer service. I have been with AT&T since the early 90’s and frankly did not believe options were available to lower my bill. However, you have managed to retain this customer and that’s saying something.

Really nice crew of people. They made simple what I thought was going to be a very hard task.Too, I found out that the department stores do not have a better price than the AT&T store.The price here is the exact same price as I paid at Wal-Mart a month ago.However, there is a huge difference between this store and the department store where I bought my phone.The workers at the department stores know nearly nothing about the available phone plans. I had asked several questions when I purchased my phone and the department store clerk could not nor would not get the answer for me.Here, to every question that I asked, I was given an answer. When the clerk could not answer a question, I was referred to someone who could. Several of my questions required the clerk to do research on the internet, but every one of my questions were answered.I told the clerk that from now on, I will be returning to the AT&T store to do my phone business.

We just switched from Verizon to ATT. Service isnt as good as Verizon, I dont have service in Walmart across the street. I can live with the spotty service but what has me really upset is we switched to same money. The guy that signed us up said our bill would be a certain price but its $150.00 more that what he said. We are now paying more than we did with Verizon with spotty service. They also got my social wrong on all paperwork. If they can fix these issues I will give 5 stars.

Went in today to try and get visual voicemail set up on my Galaxy S9+. The customer service guy in store had to call a separate customer service rep to try and get visual voicemail on my phone. After many failed attempts from the person on the phone my ENTIRE voicemail was deactivated and removed from my phone making me lose ALL of my saved voicemails! I am upset because I needed those voicemails for legal purposes. The in store rep as well as the one who he was on the phone with should have known that could have happened considering he told me has been with ATT for 10+ years.... I was not offered anything for the trouble they now have put me through. Extremely disappointed!

I’m not sure about anyone else who works here but if you need something from AT&T - ask for JT. I was having a very bad day and was not at all thrilled with AT&T. He very kindly helped me fix my phone and get me connected again. Then, when I had more troubles the next day he patiently fixed that too, he offered some intelligent advice on a couple other questions I had as well. Usually I leave AT&T very frustrated but I am happy to say that thanks to JT that’s not at all how I left this time.
