I wanted to buy my son a new phone, they told me only one person could go into the store, mind you my son is a teenager, and wants to pick out his own phone, of course I needed to be with him because I was the one paying for it. They suggested that we take turns going in. That was unacceptable, but I was glad because I went to another T Mobile and they gave us a great deal. I bought 3 phones. To bad for their loss for business at that store!
Went in for a replacement screen protector. Alissa and Radia were both quite professional, courteous, prompt, and gave fantastic service all around. Would highly recommend to any T-Mobile customers. Their knowledge and experience is truly a blessing.
I came to T-Mobile today to get a new phone and do a transfer. We had so many issues with the people over the phone. Seth at the Dickinson location was amazing! He was so helpful and got everything taken care of and was so patient with me and all of our needs. I highly recommend Seth!
Excellent store visit, staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help! The manager Marco goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great store experience. I definitely recommend purchasing your phones there.
This is one of the only T-mobile stores that you do not have to wait in a line for a half hour. The store is tidy and kept neat. The employees are helpful and accommodating. This store is right off Hwy 45 by Krogers in Dickinson so it is very convenient.
Love T-Mobile and this store for the most part has always been good. However, dont know if hes a new employee maybe hasnt taken the customer service skills class yet but needless to say, I was very upset after my encounter with Jonathan. First of all, there was only one person in the store when my son and I walked in. He asked if he could help so we went up to his desk and tell him what we needed. We just wanted to put my sons ph# on a new device. Jonathan asks for my sons ph# and his ID. That comes as a surprise to us because I dont recall ever being asked for an ID to do a simple number swap. Im surprised so I tell him, Ive never been asked for ID and my son doesnt have his ID, but I can give him mine. He gets an attitude, suddenly I feel like Im inconveniencing him and he says to me mam, we always ask for ID, its for your protection! I get that, but its the way hes says it. He does it with a head shaking Im better than you attitude that just pissed me off! Anyway, I gave him my ID and he says - youre not in the system. Youll have to call to get help! So we walk out!I called T-Mobile Corporate and of course, theyre sweet as pie. Apologize for the idiot and ask me to go back to the store because all I need is to get a new SIM card for my sons new phone to work. I walk back in while on phone, and I think Jonathan realizes that he might be in trouble so now hes more than willing to help, which is what he should have done in the first place! Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe previous customer set him off, I dont know. But when you work with the public you have to be able to roll with the punches and not carry baggage with you when youre dealing with customers! Ive been with T-Mobile for about 20 yrs so Ill let this one slide but they really need to get a handle on employees like this one. What a loose canon!

25 min to make a payment but they havent bothered to ask. They did greet me but, I could have been in and out. Manager is training one person and the second is busy.
Very helpfull associate, I was having trouble with my phone., the gentalmen at this his location was very helpful help me solve my issue.
The staff was very helpful. The manager set up my phone and even paired it with my car.
You can never go wrong with being with T-Mobile 😊
