Great place to find superior quality appliances for less than new prices. During this pandemic its difficult to find appliances in stock at the big box stores. A + has a vast selection regardless of your budget and brand preference. Very courteous and helpful customer service.

I do not recommend. I purchased a dryer here back in March. 38 days after my purchase the dryer exploded and caught my laundry room on fire. Thankfully A Plus was kind enough to replace it with another dryer. However, here I am 3 1/2 months later with a dryer that no longer heats. Don’t be cheap like me. Spend the extra couple hundred dollars to buy a NEW dryer from Lowe’s. You’ll save money in the long run.

Went today and purchased an electric stove, I have been looking everywhere and was having a hard time finding something that I thought was a good deal, I finally found it at this place, purchased a used but nearly like new electric range that goes for between $800-1200 new for under $400. After searching Facebook and the like it was amazing walking into this place, as far as I could find there is no place like it around here. They have a huge selection of appliances, all seem in excellent condition and all for a fraction of the prices I have seen else where. I am going back ASAP and getting a fridge. Every one was extremely nice also. This will now be the only place I buy appliances.

We loved ot there and got a great deal on both a refrigerator and a stove. Great product selection and great prices with a 30 day warranty. Very nice and very helpful staff. Would recommend this place for anyone in need of appliances.

I like the fact that they have a lot of different appliances that you can choose from and it has a 30-day warranty on it we had a problem with our fridge and we brought it back and they fixed it and it works just great and I cant be more happy about it and I definitely would recommend anybody to go there and get what you need theyll definitely be kind and courteous to you

Don’t have any complain. But I can tell you something about this people they are awesome I bough a refrigerator when I was going home the referir fall down from my truck, and then i went back to them and I ask them if they will help me out and they didn’t think twice to help me out and they fixed right away and they didn’t charge me at all. Bought washer smoking after 5 minutes brought back got stack washer dryer worked 1 load very loud then dryer locked up now need to call cops to resolve problem. Used them before and was good experience but not now

I traded in two perfectly working fridges and purchased a BROKEN LG fridge fromA+ Appliance. Which they broke by pressure washing the back and getting the capacitor wet. I told them it was not working properly. They told me I had to bring it back so they can fix it. Mind you This is a 300lb fridge. I have full of around $200 in food in. I gave them a bad review so the owners and employees attacked me online. I removed it. So I had to call another company which came out same day and changed out the capacitor and now it works great.

This Place is now a joke last week i got great service until bringing back a washing machine for two times now and the manager over sales went sideways at customer in front of other customers than preceded to say it was being over loaded how do they know this they not at the house DO NOT USE THIS PLACE I WILL DO WHATEVER TO MAKE THEM SUFFER YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO BE DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER MY WARRANTY JUST WENT OUT THREE DAYS AGO GUESS THEY NEED THE MONEY

Worst Appliance shop ever!! Does not stand by his work or his word. Sold me a bad stove. Said he would make good on it and repair it. Called him to set up time and he is screening his calls. Now Im out a lot of money and all I have is a very large paperweight to show for it. Should have known since he sells out of a storage unit and nobody can track him down. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM A+ Appliance! They are very rude! My family purchased a washer and dryer from them last week and as soon as we got it home it started leaking (when we did the first load) so mu family contacted abby and told her the washer was leaking she said we put to much clothes in there (like we dont know how to wash clothes) so we did a smaller load and guess what? Still leaking... so we told her yet again it was still leaking... she told us to just bring back up there and theyll fix it.. well they werent actually gonna fix it they were gonna put FLEX SEAL on the seal are you serious?? A professional company that has a warranty would fix it not put a TEMPORARY FIX on it... so we decided not to take it up there cause I mean having to disconnect the washer and drive 45 mins back there and be without a washer for a few days just for them to put flex seal on it? I mean we could do that! So they posted a refrigerator and we decided to give them a benefit of the doubt (this is our fault should have not purchased from them again) so my brother went and got the refrigerator well we get the refrigerator home hooked and everything of course it isnt gonna be cold right away! Well later the next day we noticed the refrigerator isnt getting cold at all (we got a French door) but the freezer was ice cold so weird right.. well we gave it another day and it STILL WAS NOT COLD! by this time our milk and dairy products were bad so we had to throw food out that we just shopped for! So we contacted them yet again and told them the issue with the refrigerator and they said to bring up there (another 45 min drive) and they said theyd fix it (Im sure they would have just fixed it temporarily like they were gonna do the washer/dryer) so they told us we would be with a refrigerator for a few days (cant exactly go without a refrigerator) so they offered a temp use refrigerator (KEEP IN MIND WE LIVE 45 MINS AWAY) they wanted us to bring the refrigerator back out there and pick up the temp and then bring it back out there when they got ours fixed and then pick ours back up and bring it back home... so we asked if we could just exchange for another French door they had (well that was a no) they would only exchange for something that WAS NOT a French door.. Doesnt make sense???? So we just asked for our money back I mean its not worth all that driving etc when we could just get a brand new from aarons and make payments... well they would not give us our money back so we said we would contact BBB... well Abby threatened my brother and said I cant help you if the owner starts conflict with you (ARE YOU SERIOUS!!??) Threatening a customer???? So we will be filing a claim with BBB cause you do not threaten customers.. Obviously we should have learned our lesson with the washer/dryer but we didnt! I definitely do not reccomend this place to anyone! They are rude! And not professional! Beware of AbbyGail Newton and Michel Edward Gibson (the owner)!!!

Unreliable, called and spoke with Abby. Informed I was driving 4 hrs for front load washers. Got here and they had sold said set.Do not go here !!
