I rarely leave reviews simply because I’m lazy. But I have to write one right here in the parking lot. I came in this morning with a tire with a nail stick to it. Left the car for an hour to run some errands and came back to have them taken care of the tire for me ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE. I asked why and Chris, the person that took my car in earlier, said “it was a small fix and we just wanted you to be safe on the road”. How awesome and thoughtful he is!!!! I know it does sound like I’m writing this review because I receive free service but it’s not. I’m writing it because I am touched by the thoughts of the employees at this Discount Tire location. Thank you so much for the kind gesture! You’ve won my business for life.

I had a tire that wouldnt keep pressure so I brought it in. They found a nail and the damage was such that they couldnt fix it. Also they didnt carry my tire in store.They did order me a replacement and it came in same day and they were able to get my car out before the end of the day I brought it in.The service I recieved was really great, four stars for that. Minus a star because I had to buy an entirely new tire, wait several hours for the repair, and the price was average, not outstanding.

Chase was a life saver! We had an appointment for tomorrow after noon to get new tires put on our car. Unfortunately my husband got a family emergency call and had to leave right away. He could not take our car with the tires that we had. Chase got us all taken care of and on his way as soon as he possibly could. I showed up with a little less than an hour before they closed, with a flat tire. They were accommodating and finished replacing my tire in about an hour. Luckily I had the insurance on my tires so it cost me less than $20 for the new tire. Ive been using discount tire for 7 plus years and they continue to do great work.

I have a 48 gooseneck flatbed. Theres just enough room for my truck/trailer to get next to the bay for the guys to work. They ordered my tires and got me in next day. The GPS will have you go through the parking lot of shopping center. Instead make the 1st right turn after exiting i15 and enter in from the back side of the store. Theres a pilot truck stop 30mins north on i15. Your welcome...

Made getting my flat fixed under warranty the easiest experience. They even had the warranty on file so I didnt have to explain or show paperwork. They were extremely fast. Whole process was an hour and a half total.

Went very smoothly. Went with tires that were recommended after a little research on line. Felt that sale staff was up front.Tires are not cheap so it pays to do your home work. I ve purchased tires from this store in the past. FYI get the right tires for your vehicle. If you own a SUV buy tires are rated for the vehicle.

Got a flat tire over the weekend. I was easily able to book an appointment online for first thing Monday morning. The staff were kind, courteous and professional. The gentleman assisting me at the front was extremely polite and efficient. He explained my options and was sincere in stating that it looked like a patch would be sufficient. 30 minutes later my tire was fixed as I went to check out he stated that I didnt owe anything and to enjoy my day. This was such a treat and made my day! Thank you to the wonderful staff and I will continue to keep my business there! Highly Recommended!

Service was fantastic employee knew tires and what was needed to perform the job. Explained what was going to be needed and why. Waiting room was clean well lit. They had the tires changed and made back on the road within an hour.

These people take the frust out of frustration! I was minding my business, driving down the road when a nail jumped up and detoured my progress. Not only did they turn my frown upside down, they took care of me. I will be purchasing my next tires from Discount Tire... they got me back on the road, quick and not making a dent in my pocket!!

This is one of the best tire shop in America. We were stressed out for the 300 mile to get back home. We went in for a nail in our tire. Chris Hooper assisted us. He was one of the most professional and helpful employees at any service business that I have ran into in a long time. He went the extra mile to help us and inform us of issues we were having. Ive brought two different vehicles (GMC Yukon and Nissan Altima) to this store. Both times, the employees were knowledgeable, cheerful, and willing to explain and help me with my situation. I needed off roading tires for the Yukon and good all season tires for the Altima. 10/10 recommend to this place!

Great service. Ran over a nail this mourning on the way to work. Did the repair on the spot and in less than a hour.

Scheduled appt online and was immediately helped. Tires looked great installed and it drive sweet... Only they forgot to replace the bent rim with the new one I had in the trunk. They did however quickly swap out the rim a couple days later when I was free.

I’ll give them a 3. My son got tires a week ago... it was a good experience. They only had 2 of the 4 needed, but I willingly went to the neighboring city to grab the other two and bring them back. Was quoted 3 hours due to it being a Saturday... but was in an out within an hour and a half! 👍 THEN, there’s the experience for my tires today... not as good! Went in, they didn’t have all four tires needed - so I offered to go pick them up (like last time), I was assured they would get them in around 1:30, so no problem, I went ahead and purchased the tires (it was 11:00 at this point)... BIG MISTAKE! I called them at 2:45... nothing. At 3:45, I went to the store myself - they said the tires had just arrived.... So, then, they took three customers who had arrived after 4:00 and handled them - finally got me in the bay an hour later. I explained to them at the time of purchase that one of my wheels was bent and so I had a brand new wheel in the back seat to replace it. And that I wanted one specific of the ‘old’ tires put on the bent wheel to keep as a spare. They get everything completed to alert me that the last tire they were switching had a bent wheel and did I know that... are you kidding?!? So here we are, at 6:00 for something that started 7 HOURS earlier, and we’re redoing part of it because they couldn’t pay attention?? Then, I get to checking everything and they switched all but one of my original valve covers for the generic black plastic ones... Had to get them to collect my original covers and give them to me.To top it all off, they charged me fees I didn’t approve - I’ll be figuring that out tomorrow! NOT IMPRESSED.

I came in to get a tire replaced because I had gotten a flat, Nick T helped and explain all my tire problems without overwhelming (had a lot bald/crack tires). Really nice person and was so quick and helped get to work on time!

Have had a great experience here. The tires I purchased have held up very well so far. I have also had my tires balanced and rotated for free. The service is friendly and on schedule with appointments made.

Amazing. It’s hard going anywhere else

Today I show up for a tire rotation. One of my tires is 2/3s tread size on outside edge so its basically worn out. The other three are fine. I need a tire rotation and all their bays are open. This is what I’m told, “unfortunately I can only service the three tires.” So I ask incredulously “so you can’t rotate my tires because of the one “ He says, “unfortunately no, so let’s go ahead and get you some new tires”It’s inherently more dangerous to not rotate the good tires up front. I don’t have the money for new tires. Thank you for putting your sales tactics in front of the safety of someone who can’t afford tires.

Bought a set of new tires here and it was a good $350 less than what I was quoted at another tire store. They had to order the tires in & they werent there when promised and they made no attempt to contact me & tell me as much. Well challenge it up to a glitch in their computer. Friendly enough but the main reason I go here is the price. Just make sure to give you email so you will automatically be notified of your order arrival & confirmation of your appointment.

I dropped my truck off to get 4 new tires installed. My appointment was for 11:00 AM. At 11:30 I got a call from them telling me that 3 of the tires were mounted and balanced, but the warehouse messed up and sent one 18 tire instead of a 20. They should have caught this, since the tires had come in the day before my appointment. Anyways they tell me that they can get it in the next day, so whatever thats fine. I got off work to go pick up my truck at 4:30PM, and my truck is still sitting in the bay with a wheel off. I go talk to the guy in the store and he tells me theyve been having a hard time getting the side walls to seat to the wheel, and so they were taking a break. I had a doctors appointment to get to on the other side of the valley. No one ever called to tell me that they were having problems with it. Infact, the guy that I talked to at 11:30 had told me that they were already done. At this point they had the 2 fronts done, and couldnt get the 3rd one to mount up. They decided to throw my old tires back on to the rear (one of them they mounted in the wrong direction). I asked if there was anything they could do to help me out for all the trouble of making me miss my doctors appointment and still have to come back in a 2nd day, just to get some tires changed. The guy at the desk told me no, and started giving me attitude. So I told him forget it, I will pay for the 2 they got mounted and I will go somewhere else that knows what they are doing for the other 2. He gets the bill rung up and then I go wait for the kid to go finish putting my wheel back on. He is taking forever and in no hurry, I was about ready to jump in there and finish it myself. The kid then walks away and starts working on another car, and just leaves my truck sitting there. Another employee comes and asks him what the deal was with my truck, apparently the kid stripped my lug nut and so he decided to just walk away. So the other guy takes my wheel back off again, and goes and grabs a locking lug nut to replace it. He then tells me he is going to go balance that wheel and tire. If it wasnt already balanced, why was that kid trying to put it back on my truck already? So after my visit to Discount Tire I left with 2 new tires, 2 old tires, a stripped lug nut, missed my doctors appointment, and am now forced to go try to track down 2 more tires and get them installed by a company that actually knows what they are doing. I will not be returning to Discount Tire again.

I went in because my tire pressure monitoring system said I had an issue with one of my tires. I didnt have an appointment, but Chris was willing to help me. He checked all my tires, adjusted my pressure, and fixed my problem. I was back on the road in no time.Chris was friendly and professional. Excellent customer service!!! I used to love driving up for the free Tire Pressure Checks, rotations, alignments, and more at the (PROVO LOCATION) usually I go in with a coupon in hand and ready to go, and 7/10 Im treated by great staff. Sadly after my last visit, the beginning of this winter 2020 to this year 2021, due to my Check Tire Pressure Light.. I was told it would turn off after 10-15 minutes of driving. Just after they had filled my tires, and removed a screw from my tire, I noticed the light was still on when I got back in my car. I drove an extra 20 miles out of the way omw home just waiting for it to turn off. It never did. So I had a different shop take a look. They told me that whoever had filled my tires last had done a poor job and had broken my tire pressure gauge sensor. 😮 Apparently Discount Tire is notorious for breaking these.

Best place to shop tires. I have had so many unexpected tire issues. Discount has taken such good care of me. Always going above and beyond to help me with product and price.

They said I needed new tires, I called my dad to ask him what he thought (cause he’s really into cars and knows his stuff and I don’t) and he ended up on the phone with Phillip for about a half hour... Phillip was extremely patient with him and answered all of his questions. He truly went above and beyond and we were both really impressed with him. This was my first time at a discount tire. Salesman (Nicholas) was nice and it took a few hours but that’s expected on a Saturday. However after leaving I noticed a 4in gash in the paint down below by the passenger back tire. Also, Nicholas also did not ask if I wanted the $18/tire certificates of refund/replacement, which is literally a scam. It doesn’t cover anything and the salesmen are supposed to ask, but he just tacked it on without me noticing and went through the checkout process really fast. I was not happy to get home and find out I paid an extra $72 for a scam “refund” policy. DOUBLE CHECK they haven’t added this before checking out! I would never go back to discount.

Pretty good place to do your tires. Theyre inexpensive, and do a good job. Also, they do a free tire rotation and tire fill up.

They always have something that will work. They always have to order in what I want and it takes a couple days but they get it. Rotation and balance is free just make an appointment, but who wants to sit around for a half hour waiting for them to bring your car in for 10 minutes of work

I brought my car in to get a tire repaired or replaced. I went back to work. I got a call that the tire was fixed. That night the tire sensor came on, I reset it thinking they just forgot to reset it. The next morning it comes on again so I came back. Turns out there was a screw in the sidewall and they didn’t communicate that to each other or to me. They were nice but just didn’t get the job done.

Nate was great, he helped me out with my wifes tire that was punctured with a nail. Very quick and professional experience, and no charge. I have been buying tires here in the past and I will not go anywhere else. Thank you.

A few years ago I ripped a chunk out of the sidewall of my tire after curbing it somehow. I went to a burts brothers, big o, and one other store I cant remember. All 3 stores didnt have a straight answer on the condition of the tire and if it was safe to drive on.The guys at DT took a look at the tire, and gave me an honest opinion on the condition of the tire- it was safe to drive on, but there could be hidden damage that could blow out. I decided to replace the tire through them! They had to order the tire, as they didnt have large size performance tires for German cars in stock (I mean, I didnt expect them to).I was looking for a set of new rims at the time, and they provided an awesome catalogue of available rims with an extensive knowledge base. I decided to go third party, as they didnt sell the brand I was after, the brand being a smaller out of the way brand of rim. I *did* order my tires from them, however. They gave some stellar recommendations for performance all-season tires in my price range.After ordering my set, I ended up changing my mind on which set of tires I wanted! When I called in the next day, they happily changed the order with zero complaint and no cost!Installation was smooth! Zero contact, I got to stay in my car as they installed and balanced the new tires. They showed me two sets of lug nuts they had, (chose silver, glad I did- in technicians opinion, they looked *way* better in silver anyways! They even tried both sets to see which looked best).And last but not least, they put my old wheels in bags to keep my interior clean, and loaded them into the trunk for me! I never even had to leave the car.Awesome experience. Honest team. Extensive knowledge base, and ready to help you at every turn!10/10, have earned me and my families business for future years to come!

So much for customer service and their road hazard warranty. Been sitting in the lobby for 2 hours with two constantly open bays waiting for a simple road hazard flat repair. Hopefully they dont lock us in when they go home at 5.Ive learned my lesson. No more Discount Tire.

We ended up at Discount Tire after taking our Toyota to the Toyota dealer to get our tires balanced. We waited for 3 HOURS for them to balance our tires. When they ended up bringing our truck out they told us our tires had an issue and because of the way they were wearing there was still was a shake in the wheel. Needless to say the shake was WORSE. We called them and received no response. You would “think” the dealer could handle the issue.However we ended up at Discount tire explained the issue. They honestly went above and beyond!! We dealt with Chandler who was extraordinary. He was extremely professional working with us but also very kind in the way he spoke with his co workers. He wanted us to be happy and leave with no issue. He literally problem solved the issue. It even meant him taking the wheels off twice. We hopped back on the road with NO shake!!!! Thank you Chandler for taking the time to work with us and fixing the shake.These are the real experts to go to!!

My tire indicator light came on saying I had low PSI in 2 of my tires. So I stopped by here and had them checked out. The young man that helped me with this was great! He checked each tire and then gave me two valve stem caps.The process was fast and the service was exceptional. Thanks Guys.

My husband and I are trying to get our car fixed up so that we could spend this horrible Covid quarantine with my family 18 hours away. We haven’t received unemployment or stimulus help yet. Discount here in Draper understood our situation and offered to help. The whole team showed us so much kindness and love. I honestly can’t believe how much they care about their customers. They care about our safety and our comfort. We want to say a huge thank you to the Draper team (Jared and the manager especially), and say we are customers for life. ❤️

If I could rate 0 I would. This was my main discount tire and I noticed they went through my car. Never again will I go here. Jordan was amazing treating me well but I will never trust the crew that works on my car. Now I go to discount in American fork even though the drive is worse.

I’ve been a customer of Discount Tire for many years because I get a very fair price, excellent work and they do exactly what they say. I could not be happier.

I had very expensive 3 piece wheels and just needed one tire and I ordered it and they said it will be there the next day and they will call me. But they never did and I had to go in and wait in a hour and a half line. And a hour the day before just to buy the tire. Then they lost my $35 value cover caps and they couldn’t find them so they said they would pay for new ones. I went in and I thought they paid me but it was never in my account.

Both times Ive been here everyone has been great! They make sure I understand what is going on with my tires, and I dont feel as though theyre just trying to get money out of me. Quick work and very nice people :)

The staff was nice. Unfortunately, they lack attention to detail. I made an appointment for the next day to have my winter tires changed out for summer tires and was told it would take about 45 minutes since they try to get all scheduled appointments done in that timeframe. The next day I showed up 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. After sitting in the lobby for an hour, two other customers that came in after me got the same service done and left while my car was still sitting in the parking lot. One of the workers came in and I inquired about my supposed 45 minute appointment at 10:00am and it’s now 11:00. He talked to the kid who originally helped me. It was determined that there was a mix-up with their paperwork and I got skipped - multiple times. 30 minutes later it was finally done. So much for saving time by scheduling ahead.

I’ve come here twice for a free patch on my tires. I’ve had a screw in my tire twice and it was such an easy transaction to have it fixed. They were super quick and friendly. I really appreciate the free service and will be coming back for all future tire needs because of it. Thank you!

The Draper Discount Tire store is amazing! Bill and his team are the best.I may live further away now but its worth the drive to know youll be taking care of. This is how it should be.StoryI purchased 4 new tires from the AF Discount store. When I got home I was shocked. The quality of work was deplorable.Fast forward to today. I called Bill from the Draper location and explained the situation. I wasnt charged a single penny and he got me right in. He and his team gave me peace of mind and now the car runs so smooth.While waiting for my car I also got to observe how amazing Bill and his team are. They didnt think anyone was watching but I was. Every single customer, in person or on a call, was treated above and beyond normal customer service.If youve got a problem with your vehicle give Bill and his team a call.

Service member tried to scam me by skewing tread depth and wouldnt service my tires unless I bought new ones. I had bought new tires from the exact same store only a year ago.

Ive been to this location probably 5 times in the last year for different things. Ive worked with the same group of people there and they have never remembered me. Im not upset about that at all, if anything it just goes to show how amazing these guys are! Ive never walked out of Discount Tire feeling that I was treated poorly in anyway. I would recommend anyone to go here for any reason. They will treat you like family, because thats how they treat everyone.

Excellent service! Techs made quick repairs on my flat tire and had me back on the road. They made sure all my tires were good before finishing up and honored the Discount Tire warranties I purchased when the tires were new.

Ordered our tires online and came in this morning. It was so packed that we got an appointment for later this afternoon. Which we understood since its the day before Thanksgiving, and a winter storm eminent. We came back later at an afternoon appointment time and thought wed be waiting 2 hours still. We went shopping for an hour and when we came back they were finishing up our vehicle. Done sooner than expected! I am so impressed and thankful for the employees who are working extra hard today to make sure everyone who came in can have safe tires and travels before the Holiday. Ive also been incredibly happy with service at Discount Tire!

Stopped in to have air pressure checked and they noticed a nail in my tire, so they were kind enough to fix it for me so I court get on my way.

The staff is friendly, inviting, courteous, and respectful. They are very knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about customers (I watched them help others after I was helped). They have a large inventory and comfortable waiting area with activities to keep the little kids occupied. Bottled water was offered and the turnaround time was faster than expected. I will come back to swap out my winter tires for my summer tires. Thanks!

My husband had two new tires put on for around the same price we paid for all four last year at a different shop. When he went to pick up his car one of the lug nuts was in a bag sitting in the car. When my husband went back into the shop to ask why the lug nut wasnt on the tire they claimed that the lug nut was stripped and the stud it went onto was also stripped. They claimed whoever last put it on, put it on too tight and its not their fault they stripped it. They said they werent going to do anything to fix it because it wasnt their fault. My husband put a new studs and lug nuts on that tire when he did the brakes not long ago and put them on by hand and theres no way he over tightened them!! So unprofessional to not only not tell him while he picked up his keys, but to then not take responsibility. I specifically sent my husband to discount tire but will not recommend or go there again after this. Its going to cost us more money to fix what they broke now. Really wish discount tire could have had better customer service. Will not recommend to anyone. Not impressed at all.

I’ve been to other discount tires but never had this kind of experience! TJ and Chase were super helpful! I got my tires done 6 months ago at another location... the front passenger was wearing down really bad and fast I brought it in and explained the situation and both of them listened. They marked it as road hazard and they replaced my tire and told me exactly what I need to do! I came in expecting to pay a lot more than the $15 to just get the warranty on my tire again! Thank you guys for the awesome customer service!

Simple transaction after setting an appointment online. They met the estimated repair time and even highlighted all the relevant information for my rebate submission.

We have now purchased 4 new sets of tires from this location. Every time I am impressed by their professionalism and good recommendations. I do not feel like they are pushing me to spend more just so the salesperson can make a better commission. I also have had them order in an exact model of tire I wanted and they brought them in the next day. I will continue to spend my money here until that changes!

I have owed this place a review for a while. Have never had an issue, service has always been straight forward and they are willing to make it work when I have to drop my keys with the car on a quick dash from work. Have serviced my civic here and my wifes mkz and gotten tires for both. Paul and the other employees I have worked with here have always been kind and professional.

Great pricing on tires especially when they have rebates going on. The staff is always friendly and professional. I recommend having an appointment if you plan on waiting for your car to be done, otherwise I would arrive a little before they open to be the first in line as they get busy very fast in the mornings. I would recommend discount tire for all your tire needs. I go here every winter to get my winter and summer wheels swapped and its a breeze.
