My vehicle vandalized by someone pouring sunscreen all over my vehicle. The sunscreen etched into the clear coat and a few trim pieces. I got a quote from unique at $3,000. So I took it to Valet to get another quote and they referred me to Steam Team Auto to do a cut and buff on the clear quote and Valet ordered the trim pieces that needed to be replaced which ended up costing me a fraction of what unique quoted. I’m super happy of the job that they did and impressed that they referred me to someone else that they felt that could get me taken care of. Trace was great to work with and I would recommend.

We are so happy with the work they did on my Rav4 that was only 4 months old. They made it look brand new again. They were extremely nice to work with. When I took my car in they came out and showed me and explained what they would do to fix the car. We didn’t have rental insurance and they let us use a loaner car, which was extremely helpful. We would use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Trace and Nicole are amazing at Valet. I won’t trust another shop after my experiences with them. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to take my car into their body shop due to unforeseen circumstances and I know that I will be taken care of here. They go above and beyond at Valet. They helped me figure out all the stressful insurance issues I had, helped me get a rental and they basically did all the leg work to get the repair done and paid for by the insurance company. I had an emergency with my front bumper and Valet Auto Body was the closest shop I could find. What luck! They are amazing. I messaged them after hours on a Friday asking if I could drop my car off and they responded right away saying that would be no problem. I left my car over the weekend and first thing Monday morning I went in and talked to them about my car. The fix was pretty easy, so they prioritized it and had it done within a couple of hours. They didnt try to upsale me or make it into a bigger issue than it was. When I asked them how much I needed to pay, they told me there was no charge. I was floored! They now have a customer for life! I had the misfortune of being bumped by a U-Haul renter in a parking lot while visiting Lava Hot Springs. Unfortunately, said renter did not leave a note, nor reply to the note I left. People are awesome, right? I went through U-Haul/RepWest to get the damage taken care of. They sent a check, and I took their email/check amount to Valet. Valet had me come in, they took photos, and booked me for a couple of weeks out. I showed up on Monday morning to drop it off and was given a ride over to Enterprise. The car rental had been arranged by Valet for me (although Enterprise made a bit of a mess of it, surprise). I received a text on Tuesday afternoon that my car was done, and as I was already out (and work right by Valet), I decided to put some gas in the rental and take it over there. Valet did beautiful work in fixing my bumper, and only charged the amount covered by RepWest insurance. They were so fast, thorough, professional, and courteous. They made an ordeal a lot less stressful than I expected it to be. I love and appreciate businesses that just want to make your life easy.

Quick and professional. Someone rear-ended me. They replaced the rear bumper and paint matched it perfectly. There was some damage on the tailgate that they fixed perfectly, too! I am a very detail oriented, picky person.Before the service was scheduled, the auto body technician was very communicative, step by step, and responsive via text. This is important to me; I can’t stand flaky people.After the service, in the office, the staff was very concerned that I was absolutely satisfied. Took our truck to them for collision repair and it came back looking awesome. 4 years later we needed to get a replacement hood painted and we brought the new one in that I purchased and they completely helped on the spot and even helped me put it on the truck when the paint job was done. Don’t go anywhere else!This is an amazing body shop! I was in a difficult spot after a fender bender and they were extremely helpful with assessment and advice. They estimated my damage free of charge and gave me several options. They did not try to push me into getting the repair. The owner of the business even gave me advice that I may be better off just paying cash to the other driver rather than increasing my insurance premiums.Valet auto body is an honest business! Even though they did not do my repair, they saved me money, and helped me choose a different option I will definitely use them when I do need a repair next time.

This is a fabulous organization. They say they put you first and they mean it, everyone of them. Their workmanship is impeccable and I am a perfectionist. The work they did on my car looks to be brand or even better if that were possible. Weve had two autos in their shop and have been thrilled both times.

Shane, Callie and crew took Great Care of my brand new Tacoma that was side swiped on I-15. Shane even helped get the drivers insurance company to pay for side steps. I took my car in and they gave me a tour while I was waiting for my rental help me set up to get. We called several locations to try to get some damage done to a friends van that was a little bit older and didn’t want to do all brand new parts. They were the only ones that were able to find us a used parts that they could use to replace the door and it came out looking better than new. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if we have the need in the future

I randomly chose this place because it was nearby and so glad I did. I needed a small repair on a rental car and was paying cash, which they ended up saving me a lot of. Trace looked at the damage and suggested a Paintless option rather than a much more expensive full paint. They were even able to get it done that same day. Looks like new. Many thanks guys. I had a couple parts I wanted to get paint matched to my truck. I dropped them off on Friday and got a call Monday that they were painted and ready to go. I stopped by the shop and they installed them for me in about 10 minutes without an appointment. Watching the interactions of the staff with every customer, I can say this is a great business and Ill be back if I ever need more work done on my vehicle!

This was my first time ever coming to this body shop. I found them on Google! Im glad that I came here. Unfortunately my car was totaled out but everyone at the shop was super nice and friendly. Especially Callie, she went above and beyond to make sure the process with my car being totaled out got handled in the proper manner. We were SO impressed with Valet Auto Body. We were driving through town on a long road trip, and they were able to give us a quick fix so we could move onto our final destination without having to wait three days for a permanent fix (all the auto body shops we talked to in the area said it would take minimum a few days). They fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes, giving us full confidence to continue our trip.We were so happy to not feel pressured to stay longer in town or anything, and they provided just the fix we wanted to get home safely. We would definitely return here if we were in SLC again needing repairs.Shane made the fix, gave us options, suggestions, and we were so happy with his service. He also helped explain the ins and outs of how and why things would work with our car, which is always super comforting to me.

The best experience I have had with auto repair. It only took them two weeks to repair the front end of my car, and they gave me updates on the progress while they had it in the shop. I was traveling through Draper, UT on vacation when a large rock came off the road and knocked part of my windshield out and some of the trim loose. After calling and failing to get a new windshield in all of Salt Lake City, I brought the truck to Valet to see if they could get the rain to stop leaking through the hole made by the boulder. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding. He pulled me right into the garage and immediately applied the epoxy himself! I was extremely impressed with his timeliness and professionalism and I cant recommend Valet Auto Body strongly enough. He was able to single-handedly salvage our vacation.

I was rear ended by someone who didn’t have auto insurance and honestly the people at Valet Auto Body were way more helpful than my own insurance ever was. They worked with my insurance and got everything figured out even though my insurance wouldn’t even respond to me. They made sure I had a car to drive while mine was being worked on (because of covid there’s a major rental car shortage) they texted me with updates, my car looks GREAT, and they were super friendly. This is actually the 3rd time I’ve worked with them and I’m always treated well!A few years back I tried to take my car to the Toyota dealer to get a little plastic vent cover piece replaced and they claimed I needed a whole new stereo to replace that vent (it made no sense) so I got a quote from Valet auto body and they replaced that little plastic piece for super cheap.GO TO VALET AUTO BODY, trust me! They’ll take care of you and they’re HONEST.

My Subaru Crosstrek was hit and this shop was recommended to me and I would like to state that this is THE shop I will forever recommend!I called day one & the lady who I spoke with was extremely informative and helpful, not to mention very nice. This was before I even brought my car in. I took my car in that day and was helped right away.I was texted updates throughout the entire time they had my car. Updates with when the instance adjuster had come (I had hardly heard from my insurance at that point), when they had sent the estimate to my insurance, when parts were due to arrive and when and what was going on with my car. My car was completed in a week and I never had to call asking for an update. Car accidents are a headache to deal with but Valet Auto Body made this so easy for me. 10/10 would recommend!!! Callie & Trace were amazing to work with! And the repairs done on my car are excellent!

Valet repainted hood. It was under warranty, but they took the time to get it right. It did take longer than projected, but they provided me with a loaner car, which was awesome, considering the difficulty in finding a rental. Deer hit the side of my truck and dinged up ever panel with his antlers and shoulders. I was pretty annoyed. These guys made it seam like the deer never hit me at all. Easiest shop I’ve ever dealt with. Had two respected mechanics go with to pick it up and they couldn’t find a mark they missed on it. Absolutely impressed and I didn’t have to deal with any insurance stuff or anything they took care of it all.

Not knowing much about cars myself, I took my car in and even though it was a simple fix. They treated me as if I were one of their own. SO friendly and helpful. I went in with a pretty bad looking scuff that appeared out of nowhere on my brand new car (2021 :( ) I expected to pay somewhere in the 200-300 range to have it repaired, and was getting an estimate to see if I needed to go through insurance. I immediately knew I made the right decision after my first interaction was nothing but great, but I had no idea what an amazing business I had just walked into. The accident I was in shook me up real bad and altered my life forever, and the vehicle was a hard reminder. I called the shop one morning to give them some information on the vehicle I had just dropped off and one of the owners, Niccole, answered the phone. After speaking with Niccole and explaining a little of my situation she told me that her and her husband Trace owned the shop and they would be willing to buy the vehicle before it was fixed so I could work on moving on to brighter days in my life. These two brought a full grown man to tears, I couldn’t believe what she was saying to me. This is the second time we have used Valet Auto Body to repair body damage on our vehicles and we have nothing but good things to say about our experiences here both times. The work was done much faster than we thought it would take and the loaner car was an unexpected bonus to see us through until we got our car back. The cost was over $1,000 less than we were quoted at the dealership and they did a fantastic job with the repairs and matching new paint to the existing color which can be tricky. All around another impressive experience here and we plan on using them if the need arose and would highly recommend them to anyone needing body repair work.

This guys are amazing somebody hit me from behind and my BMW didnt have a trunk any more, I took the car there on Monday and they got everything going right away, another thing is they used all OEM part and my car looks better then new. They were super fast and quick at everything they did and they were always calling me to let me know everything and any updates. I was given a terrible quote by another shop but when I brought my car to Valet they carefully looked at my car and gave me a great quote with all OEM parts (Genuine Kia parts). I dropped in without an appt to see if they could remove the rusted screws in my license plate holder that I had broken trying to remove myself. They removed the screws and put new ones in and it only took maybe 25 minutes. Great customer service and quality work!

We have used Valet Autobody now 3 times and they have done an absolutely stellar job on both our Lexus and BMW! You couldn’t find something to complain about- they work directly with your insurance from the moment you make the claim until it’s paid. I used the benefit in my insurance policy for a rental. They arranged the reservation and then when our car was ready- I left the rental car with them and they took it from there!You really couldn’t find a single complaint about any of staff, experience and their art of work!

I had received several bids for auto body work and even though they were all about the same price, I decided to go with Valet. I’m so glad I did! Trace kept me updated on everything. He ordered my new bumper and once it was painted I only needed to have my car in the shop for about 30 minutes. I didn’t have to leave it with them for days. This wouldn’t necessarily be the case for others, but I just felt like Trace was bending over backwards to make things as easy and convenient for me as possible. I have already recommended them to others.

I was looking for a body shop after a winter fender bender. I google and found Valet Auto Body. That shop had the best reviews Ive ever seen.After reaching out to the shop and got my appointment for the repair everything was running super easy and smooth. Very happy with the fender/bumper work they did for my Hyundai Accent a few months ago. The sections they worked on look as good as new, and they also cleaned the interior which saved me the time and money of having to do that.

We’ve taken our cars to valet on a number of occasions. And we’ve been very pleased with our experience! This for example, this most recent time they made the process working with my insurance so easy. They were able to get all Hyundai replacement parts, instead of the generic parts my insurance offered. They were fast and updated me on every step of the process. When I picked up my car it was cleaned on the inside and out. I felt like I got a brand new car.

I called and Valet and Shane immediately got us set up with an appointment and got our parts ordered that day for the needed repairs. The insurance company of the individual that struck our vehicle was very difficult to work with and did not pay for a rental up front. Shane provided us a rental car free of charge while the repairs where being made and dealt with the insurance company so we did not have to worry about anything. We dropped off our vehicle Monday and picked it up on Friday of the same week. We will definitely use valet for all of our future auto body needs and repairs. The repairs where flawless and OEM quality. All the required parts used for repairs where OEM dealership parts and not aftermarket poor quality parts.

Valet is a great shop! They are not affiliated with insurance companies but will work with any of them that will work with Valet. What I found is this gives Valet the leverage to do the job right.I am very satisfied with their work. Every employee interaction I had was no pressure, no worries. Good auto body work is expensive and they make sure you understand why and what you’re getting for your dollar. This is not a slapstick shop and I would be surprised if you walked away with a bad experience. The difference between Valet’s work and the other shops is that you are truly getting a value for what you’re paying. There is no reason to drive around feeling shamed of your vehicle. Valet will go the extra mile to make sure you don’t.

This place was recommended to me by a family member after I got into a fender-bender. Valet took care of both of the cars involved in a very timely, professional manner and I never felt taken advantage of. They were very thorough from the moment I walked in. No surprises. Getting into an accident is never fun, but they made the next steps as painless as possible. Hopefully I never have to, but if I do, I would use these guys again for sure.

I had some damage to the front end of my highlander and did not know where to go. Per the reviews, I decided to visit Valet. Callie was so kind and took care of everything with the insurance to the rental car. I showed up, she had the rental ready. When I returned, same process, very smooth. My car looks great! My husband, who has been it the auto business for 30 years, was especially impressed. He thought the car looked amazing! They even touched up a couple of garage door scratches on the back. My car back bumper was hit in a parking lot. I took my car to Valet Auto Body to be repaired. They were prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. They finished the repair on time, according to their word. I picked it up today and the damaged areas look good as new. Ok I rarely review companies but the guys and gals at Valet Auto Body are an exceptional team that deserve a huge shout out from me. I have had Shane take care of all my vehicles from times when my cars have been hit by other drivers, to restoration work, or just a few cars that had rock chips in the paint that bothered me. From Range Rovers, Maserati, classic cars, he has always delivered near perfect results. I made the mistake of taking a car to another local shop ONCE and will never make that mistake again. The paint work has been virtually undetectable from new which is a BIG deal to me. I have an eye that can see body work and resprays easily. These guys know what they are doing. If you need collision repair or just some cosmetic work done give them a try. You wont ever go anywhere else. Great work, great pricing, period.
