This place uses poor quantity materials. They tried to separate windows on my truck both were very wavy and had divots in them. Was told they would try another piece of glass and then no one called me back to let me know anything about it. The customer service is very poor in their office. When you call the number listed online all it does is hang up on you and it refuses to connect you to somebody. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with this company.
Greeted courteously, windshield installed perfectly in half the expected time. Excellent employees and service. Highly recommend.
I am not sure if this is the correct place for the Tech that came to my office to replace my windshield. Jonathan Communicated very well called me when he was on his way and I was able to explain where I had parked my car and he came right to me. He was very professional and helped me understand what was happening. He did an amazing Job 10 out of 10. thank you for sending Jonathan. I am sure the rest of the techs are great as well but Jonathan exceeded my expectations.
Unfortunately when Safelite bought out all the Techna Glass shops around town this was inevitable. The customer service from the employees at the shop was horrible. After speaking to the shop manager Jake, it became clear the other employees just take his lead. If you are forced to use Safelite like I was with my insurance I would encourage you to choose a different location. The extra drive time will be worth it.
I scheduled a windshield replacement last minute, and they had a slot the next morning. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out in 1 hour. They cleaned all my windows and mirrors. They wiped and sanitized the front dash, stirring wheel, and the door. Great service!
I had a good experience here. The glass in my back door broke, they couldnt find the glass(no longer made) so they suggested pick-n-pull. I retrieved the glass and had Safelite install. They did this well, vacuumed the whole vehicle for glass and allowed a discount on this labor only service. They also approved warranty work for another gentleman while i was there. I was impressed.
Rock chip repair. A very small rock chip repair ends up worse. Repaired area looks like a small marble, around the edge and foggy in the middle. Vision distorted where repair done. Only about 3mm across, but very visible
I went in with a pretty big rock chip repair which I was S O mad about because I just barely got a brand new windshield but the guys at safelite were extremely nice and turned my day around. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Well done guys. See you next time
Had to have the windshield in my Ford Ranger replaced. It was easy signing up on line for the appointment. They did a fantastic job. Very friendly, communicative and professional.
Despite the fact that the first two Safelite locations in my area were completely booked for the day, I got lucky and managed to get an appointment for 1:30 p.m.What I didn’t like, and I think it’s a poor user experience (UX) was that the other locations couldn’t call other Safelite locations to see whether they had any openings. And since I was on the go, I had to call Safelite myself. I thought I was calling the number for the Draper location, but apparently everything goes through a centralized system. The non-human system told me that you can only schedule appointments online. And even though I have a smartphone, that didn’t seem appealing to me. I will check that out later, but in my experience, trying to do stuff on the web is not much fun on a smartphone.I am giving this location 5 stars, because the staff (all very young guys) was polite and professional.FYI: If you want to get rock chips repaired, just as I did, it’s $39.99 for the first one. Then they charge you $15 for each additional rock chip repair. I thought that was a little steep. I also didn’t understand why they couldn’t just charge $15 per rock chip, especially if you had more than one.Apparently, Safelite has changed ownership. I had a car a few years ago, and I did some rock chip repair at Safelite. They had a plan that cost $99, and you could get all your rock chips repaired for that price, as long as you owned your vehicle. I guess, companies don’t make enough money with plans like that…? So, next time someone tries to sell me a deal like that, I will ask for proof that they will actually stick around.Roger and out.
Called and went to automated answering system with no option to get a quote.
Draper Safelite treated me fantastic . Thank you.
I had a technician come to my home to do the repairs. We decided to run the repair through our insurance...everything went well that day...paid my deductible, and the window has been great. Fast forward 6 months later...I have been sent to collections WITHOUT any notice from Safelite that there was a problem and the insurance has not paid the claim. Not a phone call...not a letter...NOTHING! Now I have to deal with the collections company. I have an extremely high credit score....have worked hard to maintain that score and now have to deal with a collections agency because of their lack of communication. Very disappointed.
Had a technician come home. It was hassle free. The Technician took a lot of pride in the work he did. They took all precautions for Covid. The best part they worked with my insurance to make it all covered.
They were awesome! They told me it would take 2 hours but had me finished in 45 minutes. They even cleaned the rest of my windows. I hope to never have to replace windows again but if I do I have will likely return to Safelite Draper.
They were very competent and honored my Technaglass lifetime rock chip repair coverage.
Great customer service. Fast services!
Travis was so helpful and kind — went out of his way to make sure the service was perfect. Thanks for your help!
I had a 2:00 PM appointment. They started the repairs on the two chips about 3:00 PM. 3:30, I get my vehicle back. Id have thought they were manufacturing a new windshields. Im done with Safelight, first and only visit to a Safelight shop. The worst part was a lady who came in well after I arrived, but was taken care of before they had even looked at my windshield.Wow, what a great response to my review! One would almost think my review was in response to a positive experience. This response puts the final nail into the coffin.
Poorly trained technicians and managers dont take responsibility for their techs mistakes.Im extremely disappointed with Safelight. I used the mobile service to have a tiny rock chip repaired in my windshield. The technician came to my office and started repairing the chip, but he was very inexperienced and stopped the process half way through. He called me and told me he has to stop because the windshield is hot and I should have another technician come and finish the job first thing in the morning. The next morning an experienced technician came and told me that the first tech should have never stopped half way through, and by doing that he basically made it so it can never be repaired. When I called the store manager he said to me that he isn’t going to do anything about it because the windshield had a chip in it and therefore it was bad to begin with. The crack is still less than an inch long but it can never be fixed because of the poorly trained technician.
Excellent staff
I literally cannot believe the culture of bad customer service at Safelite. I call the number and it goes to corporate. Sorry but were not taking appointment over phone. Ok Im driving past Sandys location no big deal.Im sorry all of our technicians are off to lunch no request to reschedule for later. Leaving I can see not one or 2 technicians but 5 all in the empty bays not working not eating but just laughing it up hanging out.OkI drive to Draper. 3 workers watch me walk in. One is finishing his cigarette. I then stand at the counter for 5 minutes to no avail. Then walk out with 2 of the 3 watching me leave.I only came because I liked techna glass. On your posters it says combined service to better serve you.Obviously its not the case. Techna glass would have had me in an out. They would have asked for a review.I cant even get your service because you refuse to interrupt your schedule of which your not taking appointments. Its obviously from the other replies on the comments that your not interested in resolution or accountability so dont bother.Im simply amazed that your company exists and overtook an amazing one like techna glass.
So disappointed in this Safelite branch. I had them replace my windshield Wednesday of this week ($400) and as I was driving home today from work I got hit by a huge rock and got a big chip in my new windshield ( just my luck) . I then drove as fast as I could over to Safelite. They were getting ready to close ( It was 4:45pm) and I begged the manager to have someone Help me. He said bring it in tomorrow it would take 45 min- I told him I don’t have a garage and I’m worried about the crack spreading- he shrugged and said then you’ll have to replace it again.I felt helpless. I really was hoping for a miracle or at least some amazing customer service for something so simple even another recommendation on where to take it tonight but instead he turned around and left me there. Thanks Joshua from Safelite.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Staff was rude, uninformed, and seemed put out because I interrupted their smoke break (which interestingly they were not the required 25 feet from the entrance).Safelite purchased techna glass which offered lifetime rock chip repairs. They didnt want to honor that. They tried to claim my windshield want a techna glass even though it has a sticker proving it. Then they said the rock chip I got the previous day had already been filled; it must have done it magically overnight. Buyer beware on Safelite Auto Glass
Very good customer service. Friendly

Fast service and great work!
Fast and friendly
