Service king repaired my car after I hit a deer on a busy road, and it looks better than it did before! Its like getting a new car all over again. I hated the black decal on my original hood, and they gladly did not include it on the new hood upon my request. They also provide lots of info on caring for the new parts and paint so you dont have to worry about potentially harming your new car, they worked with my schedule, kept me up to date with the entire process daily, and they finished a week before the expected finish date. Highly recommend service king draper! They wont disappoint.

My car got hit by a tire on the free way and did a great deal of damage to my bumper, tire well, and completely broke my wind shield wiper fluid container I brought my car to them and it was fixed before expected, It came back to me in better condition than before I had even came in contact with the tire, the paint was matched perfectly, and the service was fantastic. Went in to get an estimate done for the damage on my car. The receptionist (Uh, maybe? She didn’t even tell me who she was.) came out, took a bunch of pictures of my car and told me I’d hear from an estimator within the hour via email. Never received an email. Called the next day and was told the estimate was done, just never emailed over. Weird.I asked if this was going to be a prelude to how the service would be done on my car and the lady said they are separate from the shop itself.My concerns: Why did no one physically come look at my car? Pictures can only do so much. That’s just super strange as the other shops had someone come out and look at it. And no follow up? Also strange.Definitely not taking my car here.

Amazing customer service. Easy to schedule. Easy to drop off vehicle. Completed job early. Returned my vehicle cleaner than when I dropped it off. The repair made my vehicle look like it was new. They handled my rental car return. Great experience all around. Will use again if needed. Highly recommend.

I took my car here for an estimate because it was a preferred vendor for the other persons insurance. They performed an estimate for me that was approved. I called to schedule the repairs after getting the approval from the insurance company only for them to tell the insurance incorrect information... then told me that they couldnt repair my car after all and were just going to pop out the dent in the side of my car and paint it. When the estimate was for replacing my side panel and painting it. They are insurance scammers..........

I dropped off my 2014 Hyundai Sonata at Service King in Draper, UT for collision repair on Wednesday at 10am and was told it would be ready in one week. I was sent continuous progress reports, but still, I could not believe it when I was informed my car would be ready Friday at 2:30 pm... 5 DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! The car looked like new! From the start I had an amazing experience. The GM stepped out to greet me and see what suggestions I could provide. They made me feel better as I was a victim of a hit & run. Next Dixie assisted me and took pictures of the damage, and even found additional dents, much to my surprise. I am happy that State Farm provided me w this tip to see Service King Collision! Ended up here after my sons Subaru got hit while parked. It had front end damage and they did an absolutely fantastic job that seemed effortless and they communicated and worked very well with myself as well as the insurance companies.Besides them being fairly busy and maybe having a wait time to get in, everything else was excellent including their customer-service.I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends and if need be Ill take my vehicles there again.

Took my car in after someone had backed into me. Dropped my car off and Enterprise brought the rental car straight to Service King which was nice. While my car was being repaired they kept me updated via text. It was nice that I could actually text back and get a prompt response. Repairs took a little less then a week, but when I got it back it looked amazing. It was very well done. They even vacuumed my seats and floor and touched up the dash. I was able to just leave my rental on the lot and drive my car home. The partnership they have with Enterprise makes the process as convenient as possible. Which is a nice touch.

Staff is courteous and helpful, but if you want a shop willing to do repairs that arent quick fixes instead of artificially inflating the repair estimate until your insurance company totals it, I suggest looking elswhere.

Outstanding service! They kept me updated via text throughout the entire process so I never needed to ask for an update. After the repair, my car was still acting up, so they ran more diagnostics at no charge. There was an issue with my wheel bearing, so I called to schedule an appointment. Not only did Matt order the parts overnight, he got my car in first thing in the morning and had it fixed before noon! Outstanding service, wonderful people, and I will not take my car to another shop!

This place is great! I went over a curb and ripped part of my undercarriage. I was right down the road from Service King and figured it couldnt get worse, so I called them and headed over.The associate was amazing and they had it fixed within ten minutes!I will be recommending Service Kings for a long time to come.

My overall experience was poor at best. I ended up having to take my vehicle else where AFTER Service King had completed repairs, to have repairs done properly. I would look elsewhere and do some homework and read reviews FIRST before using any body shop - especially this facility.

Almost fried my Alarm and Computer in the car... After they messed up they only get it to factory standards... Gave them the number to people that put alarm in and said they put the Alarm in wrong... Alarm was working before I gave it them but they said it was not their fault... Thank goodness that Allstate, they made sure everything was perfect...

I was rear-end recently and my insurance company recommend I come here for my repair. The crash was pretty bad so I expect my car to take a long time. They had it done in less than a week and every time I called to speak Hermes (who was working on my car) he made sure to give me a full update and communicate what was going on with my car. Overall great customer service, and great repairs!

Getting into a collision is such a painful experience on all ends of the spectrum. However Service King could not have been more amazing from start to finish! The process of getting my car inspected to the moment I picked up my car could not have gone more smoothly. Uncanny terrible customer service. They keep lying to me saying that they are going to call me and tell me whats going on with my car. Its been 9 days since they told me they were going to be taking possession of it, and 8 days since I signed all the paperwork, and I still dont even know the answer to the most basic question: is it totalled or not? As yet they have not called me even once. Every communication has had to be on my efforts to get answers. Every time I call they tell me they are going to be looking at it here in a minute and call me back this afternoon. They dont. I call them the next day, same answer. They tell me they are waiting on the insurance company, so I call them and they still havent heard from service king on the status. Lies. Just own up to the fact that you havent bothered to look into it yet, at least just tell me the truth! Common decency people! Fail.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. THE BID WAS MARKED UP SO HIGH THE INSURANCE DECIDED MY VEHICLE WAS A TOTAL LOSS. THE MAIN PROBLEM WAS SERVICE KING NEVER TOLD ME, SO IT SAT THERE FOR TWO WEEKS WITHOUT ANY REPAIRS BEING DONE. WHEN I PICKED IT UP TO TAKE IT ELSEWHERE THE LADY AT THE FRONT SAID I WOULD HAVE TO DECLARE IT AS A SALVAGED TITLE FROM NOW ON, THAT PROVED TO BE FALSE WHEN I LOOKED INTO IT MYSELF. THEY DIDNT MAKE ANY GESTURE TO APOLOGIZE FOR WASTING MY TIME OR FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. IN FACT THEY ACTUALLY HANDED ME MY KEY AND LEFT ME TO TRUDGE AROUND TO THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY TO FIND MY VEHICLE MYSELF IN AN UNPAVED MUDDY PARKING LOT BURIED UNDER A FOOT OF TOTALLY ICED OVER, HARD REFROZEN SNOW. OBVIOUSLY I WONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND I WONT EVER BE BACK MYSELF.

IF YOU ARE WANTING TO PAY FOR YOUR REPAIR OUT OF POCKET GO ELSEWHERE.I towed my car to their shop to have an estimate written and left it over night. In the morning my wife called and to let them know we dropped off the car and asked if they would write an estimate. The person she spoke to said they would write an estimate and will email it to her when it was done. She waited all day and never received an email with the estimate. Right before the shop closed she called and asked if they had written an estimate for the repairs. The person she spoke with said they were not going to write an estimate because the car is a total loss. My wife then explained she would like an estimate written on the car because we wanted to see if it was worth repairing to us. The shop said again they would not write an estimate. I went into their shop and asked them in person if they would write an estimate because we would probably want the car fixed since the engine has less than 10,000 miles and there are a lot of new parts on the car. I was also told they would not write an estimate on my car because it is a total loss.I was an insurance Automotive Claims Rep and know the only way a car can be a total loss is if an estimate is written on a car and the repairs exceeds 75-80% of the value of the car. Even if this damage was being submitted through an insurance claim an estimate would be required to total out a car. I know this very well because I had to put 144 parts on an estimate for a newer vehicle before I could call it a total loss. Also this is the first time I have ever heard of any shop denying to write an estimate on a car when the owner of the car is willing to pay for the repairs out of their own pocket.Update 7/4/2018I had a friend who is an auto body tech with 33 years experience come out and look at my car. He spent 15 minutes using a body puller on the upper radiator support to straighten it out and it looks almost as good as new. After he did that I went to pick and pull and bought a hood, headlights, headlight brackets and hood latch. Everything mounted very well and the car is back on the road.

I took my 2008 VW GTI here a few months back to get the front and side repaired through my insurance. The paint did not match the color of the rest of the car when I came to pick it up. When I went down to ask them why, they said it was because paint bonds differently to plastic then to metal, which is understandable, but the difference between the paint they sprayed and stock is extremely noticeable. When I picked up the car the radio was on and was blasting music and my window tint had been peeled, not sure what they were doing with the car. When I pulled of the front bumper a few months later to replace some bulbs in the front the fog lights were dangling inside and hardly attached. Overall the repair was very mediocre and the service was not very good.

If I could give these guys no stars I would. I had a vehicle that was taken there from Progressive Insurance that had some minor damage. It had dent in the fender. a bent bumper and some scratches. The dent on the fender was large enough that I dont think that body filler should have been used to fix it as you would have to have used quite a bit. So anyway the repair comes back and the paint has all sorts of imperfections that were visible and caught a microfiber cloth as I ran it over it. I honestly have no idea how that could have come out of any kind of quality check. Just terrible craftsmanship. Where the dent had been pulled and filled with body filler the contours of the dent were still clearly visible. It had to be taken back in. I just got it back and the paint job looks cheeper than the rest of the vehicle and just feels like subpar work. If youre looking for any kind of quality work, I would definitely avoid Service King Collision Repair of Draper.

They exceeded my expectations! Service King is a recommended repair shop for Tesla and USAA, so I, of course, took my Tesla X there to be repaired. Id hit a deer prior to moving to Utah, but the car was still drivable. Within two days of moving, I had them give me an estimate of repairs. Afterwards, they called me and wanted to see the car again to make sure ALL parts were ordered as Tesla is notoriously slow in getting parts to vendors. (This was confirmed by the shop in California prior to my moving- thus no time to repair before a drive to Utah.) Id secured my bumper enough to drive the vehicle, but the job they did after taking it off to get a better look was amazing! I drove the car for a couple of months before the parts came in. In the meantime, I was rear-ended, another trip to get more parts ordered. ;) Anyway, when it came time to keep my vehicle for repairs, they were thorough and kept me abreast of any progress made- updating me with an expected date of finished repairs. They made sure EVERYTHING was OK before closing the book on this service- including driving it to Tesla for a calibration/repair that was unrelated to either accident.OK. Sherry at the front desk if friendly and efficient. Daniel, the service coordinator, who helped keep communications clear from the service shop and myself, was AMAZING. He is friendly, thorough and dedicated to tying up any details and loose ends. Tyler, the manager, is the best. Again, friendly, dedicated to making sure they got it all right, and even drove me home one day from the shop after dropping the car off. Shaun and Nate from the shop were so wonderful. Shaun explained everything they were working on and needed to do and made sure all passed the tests Tesla has for the car. Nate took me home a couple of times from the shop after leaving my car, and hes not just smart and hardworking, hes the nicest. I was told before moving that people in Utah were nice, but I truly believe its a jackpot of people and talent at this location. I really hope that I have no more accidents, but if I do, theres no hesitation in deciding where Id take any of our vehicles. It sucks having your car injured, but when the people taking care of it and of you during that time are as friendly and helpful as the ones here, it shrinks any frustration and anger. A+ service

I took my car here for a repair a while ago because I accidentally scraped a barrier. It cost me $1,000 for my deductible and my insurance paid another $2,000. When they first fixed it, things looked great. However, after a year the paint started to peel off and the poor job they did started to show. They had just patched and painted over some minor rust. It looked liked they hadnt bothered to remove any of it. I dont work in the auto body industry, but I do know you need to remove rust before you work on things.

Ok body work but I would take anything of value out of your vehicle before dropping it off. I had a tire air pressure gauge and two dog seat belts in my vehicle before dropping it off, when I called to tell them that I was missing items, I was told that we dont take anything out of the vehicles.Any way, I cant prove it so my bad for not taking them out of my vehicle.

They will do great to fix your car BUT if anything is wrong and warrantied they will fight you and tell you nope that is normal. Or that is normal wear on the vehicle. I had my car fixed and painted and after 50,000 miles the hood is chipping. I am trying ABRA now.

Brought my 2002 wrx about 5 months ago after an accident they did good with the paint but when I got my car back it came with a misfire I asked them about it to see if they weren’t mistreating it because it is a loud sporty car they ignored my question now 4 thousand dollars later the car is back to normal THANK YOU SERVICE KING COLLISION!!!!!
