Love this little store. Service is always efficient, staff are friendly. Always our first choice when needing UPS services.

The Notary Public at this location does not do vehicle titles, citing personal reasons and too much risk of fraud.

The only reason I give this store 5 stars is because the owner is a really nice and helpful guy, unlike the younger lady there. She seems annoyed, like she just expect you to drop the package all ready and leave, but some of us don’t have printers or tape home and that’s why we come here, for a service.But overall, this is a great store, it’s my favorite.

So helpful, anticipating my needs and patiently helping me along the way with my 8 pretty heavy boxes shipping to donate to Veterans since theyre not doing pickups still yet. Customer service at its best.

This year we were traveling for the holidays so packages needed to be packed and shipped. I made a few hand made woodworking items, large and small, had them pack and ship both as well as an antique train set, and 2 boxes of Christmas ornaments. Rebecca and her team did a wonderful job taking care of us and getting everything safely to our family scattered across the country. Thanks guys. You’re the best.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this UPS store today. The owner Bridgette said to me that she was here to make money and that by me not taping my .43 (which was literally about 5” x 8” box) weighted package was a courtesy and she expected for customers to tape their packages. I told her that I didn’t have the tape and she rudely replied “well you could always go somewhere and purchase it I’ll do this as a courtesy this time”. She was super rude and tried to cut me off when I asked for clarification because I noticed that the white woman before me did not have her package taped as good but didn’t receive the same kind of hassle. I didn’t bring the woman up but I noticed the owners polite tone as compared to the way she acted towards me. I DONT recommend this UPS for people of color. Condescending and rude owner. I will gladly use my money and time elsewhere.

Just reviewing because I think this place has improved recently. The staff were very nice and made shipping a backpack back to Amazon easy. It was also pretty cheap and they had all of the supplies I needed.

Just wanted to let everyone know that this UPS location has been under new management since October 2018, and it’s made such a difference (based off of older reviews). I’ve been coming to this location for months and have had wonderful experiences each time. Also, Bridgette is super helpful and kind!

This location is awesome! I went in with a mess of items to return and they were so patient and helpful in working through it with me.

Love the new owners. They are helpful, friendly, thoughtful, always ask how you are doing. Even when they are busy you feel like you are the only person in the store.

Either the old guy that everyone is talking about doesnt work there anymore or doesnt work in the mornings because the guy I dealt with was very nice. I didnt have any problems dropping off a package. They were open on time too.

The woman who works here is a doll. Every time I’ve been in, folks have been pleasant and packages have arrived safely.

This review is based on my experience with the older guy that works there. The older guy is awful, he might be the proprietor... if hes not he should be fired. If he is, UPS should pull the franchise affiliation for giving them a bad name. He does his best, and he is very successful, to make you feel that as a customer coming into his store you are ruining his day. The younger guy is awesome, and if he is there its a great and efficient experience.

This location is under new ownership. The new owners are FANTASTIC! Best staff you will find in any UPS in Columbus. Please disregard older reviews because that horrible man doesn’t own it anymore.

I am normally pleased with the different packaging moving centers. This one is the WORST, and I dont like to write angry reviews, but this place really earned it. The old guy that was supposed to help and talk to the customers just grunted. Amazon NEVER got my return and as a result, I am now being charged double for an umbrella I dont have. Please dont use this UPS spot, you are forwarned!

This is family own business that’s what it looks like and they have an issue then call their family to try to solve. If the owner of store it should not matter to call to family should have called to customer service.Also, if not able to solve for customer is not a good thing.UPS this location is not a good place to go please go to some other place.Called to Customer Service and asked them that where the package can be delivered and accept. Also, the print out said that no driver pick up available for the large package. So need to tell customer for where we should go and give to.Hopefully will get better.

UPS is not a SAFE company to ship withDO NOT SHIP THROUGH UPS. They opened my pavkage and caused a damage to the document and sealed it again with a tape which is not legal, and they said it is not their responsiblity and they cannot do anything about it. I have the pictures and i will put this comment everywhere on the social media and google and will tell my experience with you to everyone.

Arrived at this UPS Store to drop off a package and was greeted at the door by a pleasant female employee who assisted me promptly 20 minutes prior to the stores opening at 8:30 AM. Ignore the bad reviews, most are providing feedback about UPS delivery personnel.

Bridgette is always helpful and goes out of her way to fill my orders promptly. They are my go to location for making signs.

Worst service I have ever got. Richard is the owner of this store. I took UPS packaging service to pack my TV and transport it. After that when I received the packaged TV it was broken. I contacted the store owner as well as UPS and both were so terrible to respond. Multiple times I talked to both UPS and the store. I sent the photos of the broken TV and UPS told that they will visit me to do a inspection. That never took place. I regret my decision to take the service from this store as well as from UPS. Please stay away from this store if you dont want to loose your money

Honest price and good service.

Never send something to there again. I had a package send there, first time it’s my fault, I forgot to let them know there are something coming. But after that, I let her know. I called her and specifically told her when the thing come, and she says no problem. The next thing you know, it got refused by her again. I don’t know why she refused my package for delivery to there after I called and she says no problem.

New mgmt here is fast, effective, and courteous. Great job!

Supposed to be open at 8:30. Its 8:43 and no sign of anyone. Had to give up and leave. As much of a trainwreck as the post office is, at least theyre open on time.Update: Hours seem accurate and new staff is professional and friendly. Had an issue, however, returning a package to sender. Dropped it off twice only to have it reappear ay my door the next day. Took three visits to finally get it shipped to the correct address.

Paid $1.95 to print a label for a amazon return I had. And the lady was not nice at all, more like sarcastic and belittling to me. I could see like a 50 cent charge for the ink etc but still! Wayyyyyy Overcharged and they expected me to do everything packaging up my shipments. You’re already overcharging me... how about you help me get the labels on them and close them up since I’m paying for YOUR service. I’ve returned things from amazon before at other locations and no charge was incurred. Not impressed at all. ✋🏻

$70 for a bag of styrofoam peanuts that is $21 at every other UPS store. They over price, over estimate, & over charge for everything they ship or sell. $68 to ship a 13lb box. I went on the ups website & printed the shipping label for $17. They are thieves at this store. Avoid it like the plague

Bad store!! Dropped of a prepaid return at this UPS store and it was never sent back. Others have complained of the same. Find a different UPS store to go to, avoid this one!!!!!!

Rude. Older gentleman acted as if I was interrupting his day by showing up in his store. I NEVER come here because they were rude the last time I came. Worst CSR ever. Returning Att cable equipment or Id have used FedEx.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was that terrible. Had an old guy tell me to just call ups after I had given him the tracking number and telling him it was out for delivery. I didnt know where it was going to go.

Never open on time. Rude...like you are bothering them when you come in.

Scheduled appointment online to have a couple of things notarized. When I arrived at the store, no notary was present. The guy working there said that this always happens and he did not know why they let people schedule appointments.
