Joel was very helpful and not pushy at all. The Bosch 300 series is working great. You barely hear it run! The Whirlpool above range micro/exhaust fan is sleek and small enough that I can see the entire stove top. It is also so quiet you cant hear it run from another room. Love both of them!

The service was excellent, from ordering to install. Everything about purchasing our washer machine from them was 110% better than working with a big box like Home Depot, which was out of what we wanted anyway. I cant recommend this company enough. They even delivered to us on Christmas Eve.

I did not dislike it. I was greeted expeditiously and the gentlemen seemed genuinely interested in my question. However, they did not have what I needed and were not informed about a specific technical question I had. So, in this case I rank them as about average.

We were in need of a new dishwasher at the beginning of the week. I was able to communicate with the folks at Johnson Mertz virtually and they helped me find a great new appliance without stepping foot in the store. The new dishwasher was delivered by the end of the week and the installers were prompt, did a quality job and were nice guys. Hats of to this local business for going above and beyond!

They have been pretty nice over the phone, but it seems like someone has dropped the ball on the original order. The lead time keeps changing on the Kitchen Aid induction stove. First October, then November, now December. This was after they up-sold us into Kitchen Aid claiming the delivery would be a lot faster than GE. Wish they would have been up-front with the stocks and accurate lead times.

Good selection of dishwashers, no flexibility on pricing! Bummer.

Last summer, we needed a replacement washer and they had one delivered the next day (and we live an hour away). We’ll be there again…likely sooner than we hope to be.

Walked into 20 minutes before closing time.I had the intent to place an order for 2 full kitchens but don’t think I was taken seriously and the first person I talked to basically said they were closing so I’d have to come back tomorrow. Ended up going to Daugherty. I don’t post negative reviews but was disappointed in the customer service side. They had a great selection and everything I wanted was there. Just wasn’t taken seriously.

I **really** want to use local businesses for as much as possible. Ive purchased a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and probably more from this organization. I have a service agreement with Johnson and my experience was horrible. The repairman (J) attempted to make me feel very stupid and ignorant (after all, what could I, an older woman, know?). I started asking around and have found that he has done this with other women--unless their husbands are present. (By the way, it took months and months for them to finally fix my machine which was under an extended warranty.)SO, normally I wouldnt say anything bad about the company itself (it would just be directed at the repair end of the business), but I have called the company wanting to speak with the owner (Jeff Olsen/Olson?) and left at least five messages asking to be contacted, and I know that emails have been sent to him with the same message. After a month or so of non-communication, I feel compelled to write this review.If he has had horrible family or health issues and hasnt been well enough to call me, then I will retract this. Otherwise, please spend your local dollars elsewhere, if possible. Im so sorry to have to write a negative review of a local company.

The salesmen were extremely patient with me during the decision making process of purchasing a refrigerator. I was very indecisive and made several trips to the store, each time they thoroughly answered each question Id have. Their prices, also, were very competitive with big box stores. I cant say enough good things about their customer service too!

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Complete ineptitude from beginning to what should have been the end. Appliances were in stock when we bought them, but still took over 2 months to get delivered, and only after at least one phone call per week. Not all were installed as paid for, ended up installing the hood myself. Save yourself from an ulcer, go somewhere else. Only reason I gave one star was because 0 or below wasnt an option.
